Le strutture in legno sono sempre in massello.
Quasi esclusivamente in listellare di pioppo sono imbottite
con un processo manuale di grande precisione applicativa
delle forme di poliuretano al telaio portante.
Ciò permette l’assoluta stabilità nel tempo e l’utilizzo
dell’imbottitura a densità differenziata.
I modelli realizzati hanno un rinforzo dell’imbottitura nei
punti più sollecitati dall’uso.
Tutte le imbottiture sono realizzate con schiume poliuretaniche a freddo e ad alta densità.
The wood frames are always made of heartwood.
Almost always made of poplar strips they are stuffed by
means of a high precision manual application process of
the polyurethane shapes on the main frame.
That enables a long lasting stability and the use of the stuffing with a differentiated density.
The different models are strengthen on the most used
and stressed points.
All the stuffing is made of high density cold polyurethane
foams.
The cushions
The polyurethane and the dacron polyurethane versions
have been used for more than thirty years by all producers, the quality that we chose increases the standard
resistance up to 30%.
The feather cushions are made according to a number
of criteria that comply with the most important sanitary
regulations for the treatment of feathers according to
Assopiuma protocol and the dimensional stability is the
result of a number of suitable workings that assure the
cushions a higher resistance to stresses.
The springs
Our rubber and nylon bands are fastened to the frame
thus assuring an independent constant and precise tension. The springs are calibrated according to the model
and type of designed seat.
THE LABOUR
The manual interventions are scheduled for the production of every SIT-DOWN product
The fabric cutting, the product covering, the assembling
are an opportunity to check the quality once again.
