ONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE
The
appliance is covered by guarantee for the first user on the basis of the legislative regulations in force.
Any components that are found to be defective as a result of proven manufacturing faults will be replaced free of
charge by out authorised assistance centres during the guarantee period.
MELCHIONI SpA, European concessionaire of IRRADIO, reserves the right in certain cases to replace the appliance
found to be defective with an indentical or similar product.
This guarantee will be considered as valid in the other member states of the European Union for all the repairs carried out in the authorised assistance centres or by authorised retailers of IRRADIO.
This product will in no circumstances be considered as defective as a result of material or manufacturing faults if it
has been adapted, altered or adjusted to bring it into line with the safety regulations or techniques in force at national
or local level in a country other than the one for which it was originally designed and manufactured.
Home repairs or checks on presumed defects are not covered by the guarantee.
The guarantee does not include the aerial or mains power supply systems, and it will lose its validity if the appliance
has been tampered with, has been incorrectly installed damaged as a consequence of being dropped or during
transport, or due to any causes that cannot be attributed to manufacturing defects or defects caused by factors outwith the control of the concessionaire, including, merely by way of example, lightning, flooding, fire, public disorder,
incorrect ventilation, incorrect power supply or inverted polarity.
The guarantee does not cover professional uses of the product.
This guarantee does not involve any compensation for direct or indirect damage of any kind caused to persons or
property due to the period during which the appliance operates incorrectly.
Any extensions granted or assured by the retailer will be the responsibility of this latter.
For any factors not taken into consideration in this certificate, our General Sales Conditions will apply.
This certificate should always accompany the appliance when returned for repairs, and it is valid only if produced together with the purchase receipt or invoice.
