ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
1. Setzen Sie die Blöcke entsprechend der Bedienungsanleitung des Systems in
die Maschine ein und stellen Sie den korrekten Vergrösserungsfaktor ein.
2. Starten Sie den Bearbeitungsvorgang.
3. Entnehmen Sie nach Abschluss der Bearbeitung den Rohling mit
dem hergestellten Gerüst.
4. Trennen Sie das Gerüst mittels Diamanttrennscheibe aus dem Rohling.
5. Entfernen Sie anhängenden Schleifstaub durch Abblasen mit Luft.
6. Trocknen Sie das Gerüst bevor Sie es in den Ofen geben.
7. Richten Sie das Gerüst im Sinterbett in der Sinterschale aus.
8. Programmieren Sie den Brennofen gemäss dessen Bedienungsanleitung
und der Henry Schein Brenntabelle.
9. Starten Sie den Brennprozess.
10. Entnehmen Sie das Gerüst erst nach vollständiger Abkühlung aus dem Ofen.
11. Kontrollieren Sie das Gerüst auf Fehler, ausreichende Wandstärken
und Passung. Nehmen Sie, falls notwendig, kleinere Anpassungen mit
einem wassergekühlten Diamantwerkzeug vor.
12. Spülen Sie das Gerüst unter Wasser und trocknen Sie es. Es ist
nun bereit zur Verblendung!

sistema CAM ed impostare il corretto fattore di ingrandimento.
2. Avviare il processo di lavorazione.
3. Alla fine della lavorazione, estrarre il blocco con la struttura fresata.
4. Separare la struttura dal grezzo usando un disco diamantato.
5. Eliminare la polvere di fresatura con aria compressa.
6. Asciugare la struttura prima di inserirla nel forno.
7. Posizionare la struttura sul piattello di sinterizzazione.
8. Programmare il forno come indicato nelle istruzioni d’uso ed in
base alla tabella di cottura Henry Schein.
9. Avviare il processo di sinterizzazione.
10. Estrarre la struttura dal forno solo quando si è completamente
raffreddata.
11. Controllare lo spessore e la precisione della struttura e la presenza di eventuali difetti. Se necessario, eseguire piccoli adattamenti utilizzando una punta diamantata raffreddata ad acqua.
12. Sciacquare la struttura con acqua ed asciugarla. Ora è pronta per
il rivestimento estetico!

HS-Zirkonium Blöcke sind zur Herstellung von Kronen- und
Brückengerüsten aus Vollkeramik. Einschränkungen gibt Tabelle 1
wieder.
I blocco di zirconio Henry Schein sono indicati per la realizzazione
di strutture per corone e ponti in ceramica integrale. Nella tabella 1
sono riportati i limiti di utilizzo.

MODE D’EMPLOI
1. Fix the blank according to the CAM-System instructions, set the
enlargement-factor.
2. Start the machining.
3. After machining, extract the blank with the framework.
4. Remove the framework from the blank with a diamond disc.
5. Remove dust the framework with an air-gun.
6. Dry the framework completely before firing.
7. Position the framework in a sinter bed inside the crucible.
8. Programme your furnace according to its manual and Henry
Schein sinter instructions shown below.
9. Sinter the framework.
10. Wait until cool down is completed before removing the sintered
framework.
11. Inspect the framework in respect of flaws, wall thickness, seat
and margin fit. If necessary, make small adjustments with a watercooled diamond tool.
12. Rinse the framework with water and dry it. It is now ready for
veneering!
1. Introduzca el bloque en la máquina siguiendo las instrucciones de
servicio del sistema CAM y ajuste el factor de ampliación correcto.
2. Inicie el proceso de mecanizado.
3. Una vez finalizado el mecanizado, extraiga la pieza bruta con la estructura.
4. Separe la estructura de la pieza bruta utilizando un disco de diamante.
5. Elimine el polvo adherente con una pistola de aire.
6. Seque la estructura antes de colocarla en el horno.
7. Posicione la estructura en la bandeja de sinterización.
8. Programe el horno de cocción siguiendo las instrucciones de servicio y observando la tabla de cocción Henry Schein.
9. Inicie el proceso de cocción.
10. No extraiga la estructura del horno hasta que ésta se haya enfriado por completo.
11. Compruebe si la estructura presenta defectos y controle los espesores de pared y el ajuste exacto. Realice, en caso necesario, pequeñas
modificaciones con una herramienta de diamante refrigerada por agua.
12. Enjuague la estructura bajo agua corriente y séquela. La estructura está ahora lista para ser revestida.

d’emploi du système FAO et régler l’agrandissement au facteur correct.
2. Lancer le procédé d‘usinage.
3. Retirer le bloc contenant l’armature, une fois terminé l’usinage.
4. Séparer l’armature du bloc par tronçonnage avec un disc diamanté.
5. Eliminer la poussière à l’aide d’une soufflette.
6. Faire sécher l’armature avant de l’enfourner.
7. Placer l’armature dans le creuset sur un lit de frittage.
8. Programmer le four selon le mode d’emploi et la table de frittage
Henry Schein.
9. Lancer la procédure de frittage.
10. Ne retirer l’armature du four qu’après son refroidissement complet.
11. Contrôler l’absence de défauts sur l’armature, lépaisseur correcte
des parois, láisse et l’adaptation marginale. Si nécessaire y apporter
de petites corrections avec un instrument diamanté refroidi à l‘eau.
12. Rincer l’armature sous l’eau et la sécher. Elle est maintenant
prête pour le montage cosmétique!

Zirconium blocks are indicated for use as a substructure for porcelain fused ceramic fixed dental restorations. Limitations are listed in
table 1.
