Possiamo vantare una lunga esperienza nel
settore tecnologico. La nostra storia aziendale
inizia nel 1986. Lungo gli anni ci siamo sempre
affiancati alle aziende sviluppando e proponendo soluzioni moderne e avanzate per risolvere
specifici problemi. I primi prodotti erano componenti per sistemi di scarico per autoveicoli.
Poi abbiamo sviluppato manufatti per ogni tipo
di isolamento termico. Oggi realizziamo giunti
di dilatazione tessili, cuscini isolanti, copri flange e copri valvole di sicurezza, giunti metallici e
giunti in gomma oltre a sistemi di protezione al
fuoco. Prevenendo e risolvendo sempre tutte le
vostre esigenze.
We can boast a long experience in the technology industry. Our company history starts
in 1986. Over the years we have always accompanied to companies developing and
offering modern and advanced solutions to
solve specific problems. The first products
were components for exhaust systems for
motor vehicles. Then we developed products for every type of insulation. Today we
produce textile expansion joints, insulation pillows and blankets, safety shields
for valves and flanges, metal and rubber
expansion joints as well as fire protection

Sistemi di tubazioni e di condotti che
convogliano ogni tipo di fluido sono
spesso soggetti a possibili danneggiamenti e rotture. I compensatori, o
giunti di dilatazione, sono connessioni
flessibili il cui scopo è quello di assorbire le vibrazioni e permettere gli spostamenti tra i due tratti di tubazione ai
quali sono collegati. I giunti di dilatazione tessili New Componit si prestano
a questo scopo quando i fluidi convogliati sono gassosi, qualunque siano la
temperatura e la pressione, e sono in
grado di compensare movimenti molto ampi.

Piping systems and ducts that convey
different types of fluid are subject to
stress, due to various reasons, which
may cause damages and breaks. The
compensators, or expansion joints,
are flexible connections whose aim is
to absorb vibrations and compensate
for movements between the two
sections of pipe to which they are
connected. New Componit textile
expansion joints are designed to this
purpose when the fluids conveyed are
gaseous, whatever the temperature
and pressure, and are able to
compensate very large movements.

I Copriflange Chem Shield New
Componit sono la più efficace barriera impermeabile protettiva contro gli
eventuali spruzzi di fluidi causati dalla
rottura di guarnizioni. Garantiscono la
sicurezza ed il benessere del personale, eliminando possibili infortuni per il
contatto con agenti chimici corrosivi e
pericolosi. Risultano pertanto essere
strumenti efficaci nella riduzione dei
costi industriali e sociali. I Copriflange Chem Shield sono realizzati con
materiali speciali come Ptfe e acciaio
inox, resistenti ai vari agenti chimici,
in funzione del fluido convogliato nelle
tubazioni e delle condizioni di esercizio,
hanno diversi tipi di chiusura, a seconda
della necessità, per renderne agevole
l’applicazione. In caso di perdita il fluido aggressivo viene trattenuto all’interno della protezione, con la pressione
eliminata, e gocciola innocuo a terra.
New Componit safety shields prevent
sprayouts by interposing an impregnable barrier between the chemical
flowing through the piping system and
the external environment. They ensure
the safety and welfare of staff, eliminating possible injury due to contact
with corrosive and dangerous chemicals, therefore being effective tools in
reducing industrial and social costs.
To provide this protection, safety
shields must be produced from special materials, Ptfe and stainless
steel, that are unaffected by chemicals and can tolerate exposure to
various temperatures and pressures. In the event of a leak, the escaping fluid is controlled within the
shield, and the pressure is dissipated, allowing the leaking chemical to drip harmlessly to the ground.
