Our melting and holding furnaces, are designed and manufactured
based on customer needs and the characteristics required from him;
with capacities from 5 to 200 tons, and with combustion plants projected to achieve maximum energy saving; designed to work with different
types of fuel (natural gas, LPG, naphtha). The heating can ‘be made with
common burners, radiant, self-healing, recovering and hot air.
I nostri forni fusori e di attesa, sono progettati e realizzati sulla base delle esigenze del Cliente e delle caratteristiche da Lui richieste; con capacità da 5 a 200
tonnellate e, con impianti di combustione proiettati per ottenere il massimo
risparmio energetico, predisposti per funzionare con diversi tipi di combustibile
(gas naturale, gpl, nafta). Il riscaldamento può essere realizzato con bruciatori
comuni, radianti, autorigenerativi, autorecuperanti ed aria calda.

The double chamber furnaces are designed to melt scrap aluminium contaminated. Our double chamber
are made by us, to allow maximum flexibility in charge and operate in semi-automatic way. So we reduce
the maintenance and its costs. Unlike other manufactures, we have the opportunity to build on the need
of the Customer.
I forni a doppia camera sono forni studiati per fondere rottami di alluminio contaminati. I forni a doppia camera da
noi progettati, sono studiati per consentire la massima flessibilità di carica ed operano in modo semi-automatico,
riducendo al minimo l’intervento degli operatori e le operazioni di manutenzione. Diversamente da altri costruttori presenti sul mercato, abbiamo la possibilità di customizzarli a seconda delle esigenze del Cliente.
