L’UNA Hotel Palace è dotato di 2 ampi ristoranti
(l’UNA Restaurant al 2° piano e l’Etnea roof
al 7° piano) dove è sempre possibile gustare
le prelibatezze della cucina siciliana, il pesce
freschissimo e accompagnare il pasto con una
ricca selezione di vini della cantina.
Capienza banchetti: 140 persone al ristorante e
100 al roof garden.

A prestigious building dating back to the early
1900s, in the artistic and commercial heart of
Catania, was already an historical luxury hotel.
The restoration project has been carried out in the
view of maintaining the Sicilian style and traditional
cultural heritage. The hotel provides 94 rooms
and 8 meeting rooms, fitness centre, Turkish bath,
elegant banquet room, panoramic terrace with
restaurant and American bar.

It has 94 rooms, 14 of which are suites and junior
suites,and have a surface area of between 20 m²
and 48 m².
RESTAURANTS
The UNA Hotel Palace has 2 spacious restaurants
(the UNA Restaurant on the 2nd floor and the
Etnea roof on the 7th floor) where delicious
Sicilian cuisine and fresh fish are served. The meal
can be complemented by a wide variety of wines.
Maximum capacity: 140 peeople in the
restaurant and 100 in the roof garden.
