Perry Electric is an Italian company based in

main European countries; it operated in the electrical
and electronics industry for over 40 years, designing
and producing equipment and systems to control

Fotogoniometro: dispositivo ottico che legge lo spettro di luce per
ottenere la curva fotometrica. Avendo il nostro proprio fotogoniometro ci permette di ottimizzare l’efficienza dei nostri apparecchi.
Grado IP: locale adattato per eseguire la misurazione del grado
di protezione IP ai liquidi di qualsiasi forma significativa, da IPX1
a IPX7.
Camera per misurazione resistenza polveri: in questa camera
si può testare la reazione alla prova delle polveri: test IP5X per verificare se gli apparecchi con questo grado di tenuta sono protetti
contro la penetrazione delle polveri.
Impatto del martello: con questo martello è possibile effettuare
una prova di impatto IK, gradi da 1 a 10.
Camera di temperatura: in questa camera è possibile effettuare
test a diverse temperature e gradi di umidità. Gli intervalli variano da
-20°C a 150°C gradi e dal 10% al 98% di umidità.
Macchina a filo incandescente: con questa macchina è possibile controllare se una plastica è autoestinguente, applicando una
temperatura di 850°C al campione.
Tester batteria: queste apparecchiature possono effettuare cicli
di carica e scarica delle batterie, invecchiandole ad alta temperatura. A test completato i risultati vengono registrati e valutati in un
computer dedicato.
Sfera di Ulbricht: questa sfera integra la misurazione di uno luxometro per misurare il flusso luminoso di un corpo illuminante.
Stampante 3D: con questa macchina, tramite un disegno 3D, è
possibile realizzare prototipi di qualsiasi componente di un apparecchio.
Test BUS DALI: verifica che un apparecchio è stato costruito secondo il protocollo DALI.
Test spettro elettromagnetico: con questa macchina è possibile controllare i livelli di interferenze elettromagnetiche attraverso
un apparecchio.

Emergency lighting
Photogoniometre: Optical device that reads the spectrum of
light in order to obtain the photometrical curve. Having our own
photogoniometre makes it possible for us to optimize the efficiency
of our luminaires.
IP Rating: Room adapted to make the IP rating of liquids of any
significant figure, from IPX1 to IPX7.
Dust proof rating chamber: In this chamber we can test how
dust proof the fittings are resulting in a rating : IP5X test to check if
the fittings with this degree of tightness are protected against dust
penetration.
Impact hammer: With this hammer it is possible to make an IK
impact test on grades 1 to 10.
Temperature chamber: In this chamber it is possible to test at
different temperatures and humidity degrees. The ranges vary from
-20 degrees Celsius to 150 degrees Celsius and from 10% to 98%
humidity.
Glow wire machine: With this machine it is possible to check if a
plastic is self-extinguishable, applying a 850°C temperature to the
sample.
Battery testers: These machines can make cycles of charge and
discharge to the batteries, ageing them at a high temperature. The
results are registered and assessed in a computer after this.
Ulbricht Sphere: This sphere integrates the measurement of one
luxometre in order to measure the luminous flux of a luminaire.
3D Printer: With this machine it is possible to make prototypes of any
component in a luminaire based on a 3D Design.
DALI BUS Tester: It checks that a fitting has been manufactured
according to the DALI protocol.
Electromagnetic spectrum Tester: With this machine it is possible
to check the levels of electromagnetic interferences through a fitting.

Das Photogoniometer: optisches Gerät welches das Lichtspektrum
abliest um die photometrische Kurve zu erhalten. Ein eigenes
Photogoniometer ermöglicht uns die Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Leuchten
zu erhöhen.
IP Einstufung: Ein geeigneter Raum für die Schutzarteinstufung anhand
aller in Frage kommender Kennzahlen . von IPX1 bis IPX7
Raum zur Einschätzung der Einwirkung von Staub: In diesem Raum
können wir die Einwirkung von Staub auf die Geräte testen, resultierend
in einer entsprechenden Einstufung: IP5X wird getestet um zu überprüfen
ob die Geräte bei diesem Schutzgrad gegen Eindringen von Staub
geschützt sind.
Der Schlaghammer: Mithilfe dieses Hammers kann ein IK Schlagtest
nach den Graden 1 bis 10 durchgeführt werden.
Temperaturkammer: In dieser Kammer ist es möglich bei
unterschiedlichen Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsgraden zu testen.
Der Testbereich variiert von -20 Grad bis +150 Grad Celsius und von 10
bis 98% Luftfeuchtigkeit.
Die Glühdrahttestmaschine: Mit dieser Maschine ist ein Test möglich
ob die Kunststoffe selbstlöschend sind, dabei wird eine Temperatur von
850° C auf das Probestück angewandt.
Die Batterieprüfer: Diese Maschinen können den Alterungsprozess der
Batterien im Kreislauf von Laden und Entladen bei hohen Temperaturen
nachahmen. Die Ergebnisse werden danach registriert und in einem
Computer ausgewertet.
Die Ulbricht Kugel: Diese Kugel bindet die Messung von einem
Luxometer angezeigt beim Messen des Lichtstroms in einer Leuchte ein.
Der 3D Drucker: Mithilfe dieser Maschine besteht die Möglichkeit
basierend auf einem 3D Entwurf von jeder Komponente in einer Leuchte
einen Prototypen herzustellen.
Der DALI BUS Tester: Er prüft ob ein Teil gemäß dem DALI-Protokoll
angefertigt wurde.
Das Spektrometer: Mithilfe dieser Maschine besteht die Möglichkeit
das Niveau der elektromagnetischen Störungen fließend durch ein Teil
zu prüfen

Illuminazione di emergenza:
Segnaletica di sicurezza:
I sistemi di emergenza evitano il panico nelle situazioni di
assenza anomala dell’illuminazione ordinaria. Scopo principale
dell’illuminazione di emergenza è quello di indicare le vie
di uscita e favorire il deflusso del pubblico presente negli
ambienti.
Le vie di uscita, negli ambienti pubblici, devono essere sempre
facilmente identificabili tramite una immagine inequivocabile.
La Norma europea EN 60598-2-22 definisce le caratteristiche
tecniche degli apparati di illuminazione d’emergenza.
Perry propone una gamma completa di lampade di
segnalazione rispondenti alla Norma EN 1838 la cui
caratteristica principale è la versatilità di impiego e installativa
oltre alla efficienza fornita dalla tecnologia LED.
La Norma italiana CEI 64-8 prescrive l’installazione di almeno
un dispositivo per l’illuminazione di sicurezza in ogni abitazione
di dimensioni inferiori a 100 m2 e di almeno due dispositivi per
le abitazioni di dimensioni superiori a 100 m2.

Il D.lgs. 81/2008 indica caratteristiche dimensionali e
posizionamenti in ambiente della segnaletica di sicurezza.
Emergency lighting:
Emergency systems avoid panic in unexpected blackouts. The
main objective of emergency lighting is to indicate the way to an
exit and facilitate the outflow of people inside rooms.
European standard EN 60598-2-22 defines the technical
characteristics of emergency lighting devices.
Italian standard CEI 64-8 requires the installation of at least one
device for safety lighting in every home smaller than 100 m2 and
at least two devices for homes larger than 100 m2.
Safety signs:
Exits in public places must always be easily identified by means
of unmistakable images.
Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 indicates size and positioning
characteristics in the room having a safety sign.
Perry proposes a whole range of signal lamps that satisfy the
requirements of standard EN 1838, whose main characteristic is
its versatile installation and use as well as efficiency supplied by
LED technology.

Die Notbeleuchtungssysteme vermeiden Panik in Situationen,
in denen die normale Beleuchtung aufgrund einer Störung
ausfällt. Zweck der Notbeleuchtung ist es, die Notausgänge
anzuzeigen, und das Verlassen der Räume seitens der sich
darin aufhaltenden Personen zu vereinfachen.
Die Notausgänge müssen in den öffentlichen Bereichen mittels
eindeutiger Beschilderung stets leicht erkennbar sein.
Die europäische Norm EN 60598-2-22 bestimmt die
technischen Merkmale der Notbeleuchtungs-Geräte.
Die europäische Norm EN 1838 bestimmt die lichttechnischen
Anforderungen an die Notbeleuchtung in allen Wohnbereichen
vor, die kleiner sind als 100 m2, und mindestens 2
Vorrichtungen für Wohnbereiche von über 100 m2.
Die Technischen Regeln für Arbeitsstätten ASR A3.4/3 gelten
für das Einrichten und Betreiben von Sicherheitsbeleuchtung
und von optischen Sicherheitsleitsystemen in Arbeitsstätten.
Perry bietet eine komplette Auswahl von der Norm EN 1838
entsprechenden Sicherheitsleuchten an, deren wichtigstes
Merkmal die Vielseitigkeit hinsichtlich der Nutzung und
Installation ist, dazu kommt die Effizienz der LED-Technologie.

L’illuminazione di emergenza è considerata l’illuminazione destinata a funzionare quando viene meno
l’illuminazione ordinaria.
In base alle finalità, l’illuminazione di emergenza si
distingue in illuminazione di riserva e in illuminazione
di sicurezza.
Illuminazione di riserva:
Serve per poter continuare, senza sostanziali cambiamenti, le stesse attività che si stavano eseguendo durante il funzionamento dell’illuminazione ordinaria. Pertanto il livello di illuminazione di riserva
deve essere almeno pari a quello dell’illuminazione
normale.
Illuminazione di sicurezza:
È destinata a garantire la sicurezza delle persone
che occupano un ambiente qualora l’alimentazione
dell’illuminazione ordinaria venisse meno.
L’illuminazione di sicurezza deve non solo garantire
una certa illuminazione del locale, ma anche illuminare le indicazioni segnaletiche poste sulle vie di
esodo.
Emergency lighting is considered illumination designed to operate when there is no ordinary light.
Die Notbeleuchtung ist die, welche sich beim Ausbleiben der normalen Beleuchtung einschaltet.
To this end, emergency lighting distinguishes itself
as backup and security lighting.
Gemäß der Zweckbestimmung der Notbeleuchtung
unterscheidet man generell zwischen Ersatzbeleuchtung und Sicherheitsbeleuchtung.
Backup lighting:
Is used in order to continue, without great changes, the same activities that were being carried out
during ordinary operation of lighting. Therefore, the
intensity of backup lighting must at least be equivalent to normal illumination.
Safety lighting:
Is designed to guarantee safety to people who are
in a room when a blackout occurs.
Safety lighting must not only guarantee a certain
amount of illumination of the place, but also illuminate the signs on the escape path.
Ersatzbeleuchtung:
Wird gebraucht, um die gleichen Tätigkeiten weiterführen zu können, die bei normaler Beleuchtung
erfolgen. Daher muss die Ersatzbeleuchtung mindestens so stark sein, wie die normale Beleuchtung.
Sicherheitsbeleuchtung:
Wird gebraucht, um die Sicherheit der Personen zu
gewährleisten, die sich beim Ausbleiben der normalen Beleuchtung in einem bestimmten Raum
befinden.
Die Sicherheitsbeleuchtung muss nicht nur eine
gewisse Beleuchtung des Raums gewährleisten, sondern auch die Signalisierung längs der
Fluchtwege klar beleuchten und kennzeichnen.

A seconda delle diverse funzioni, l’illuminazione di emergenza assume la forma di:

ILLUMINAZIONE DELLE VIE DI ESODO:
Funzione primaria è quella di illuminare ed indicare le uscite di sicurezza con strumenti
che non solo creino le condizioni appropriate di visibilità, ma anche con indicazioni che
identifichino in modo immediato le vie di esodo.
Normative: la normativa EN 1838 prevede, per i percorsi di esodo di larghezza fino
a 2 m:
•l’illuminamento al suolo sulla linea mediana della via di esodo pari o superiore ad
1 Lux.
•l’illuminamento al suolo della banda centrale della via di esodo non deve essere
al di sotto del 50% del valore presente sulla linea mediana (nell’esempio 0.5 Lux).

Segnaletica di sicurezza delle vie di esodo.
Ha lo scopo principale di indicare e non di illuminare le vie di esodo e le uscite di sicurezza.
Le lampade di segnalazione devono avere:
•forma rettangolare o quadrata.
•un pittogramma bianco su sfondo verde che ricopra almeno il 50% della superficie
della lampada.
•il messaggio deve essere chiaro ed immediato in ottemperanza alla norma UNI EN
1838.

Normative: La Direttiva 92/58/CEE definisce a livello europeo il tema della segnaletica
di sicurezza è regolata in Italia dal D.lgs 81/2008

ILLUMINAZIONE DI SICUREZZA ANTIPANICO:
Limita l’insorgere del panico nel caso in cui si verifichi una situazione di buio improvviso.
In tale situazione è necessario garantire un livello di visibilità sufficiente affinché le persone presenti possano individuare la via di esodo più vicina ad essi.
Normative: La norma EN 1838stabilisce che il livello minimo di illuminamento richiesto
per l’illuminazione antipanico è pari a 0,5 lux al suolo (senza considerare le riflessioni)
sull’intera area esclusa una fascia perimetrale di larghezza 50 cm.
Poiché l’occhio umano ha bisogno di tempo per adattarsi ad un livello di illuminazione
ridotto, è opportuno aumentare il livello di illuminazione antipanico laddove sia molto
elevato l’illuminamento ordinario.

Normative: L’illuminazione di sicurezza delle attività ad alto rischio è pari almeno al
10% dell’illuminamento ordinario e comunque mai inferiore a 15 lux.
È fatto obbligo inoltre che il rapporto tra illuminamento massimo e minimo sia inferiore
a 10.
In osservanza del DPR 547/55, Art. 31 e del D.lgs.81/2008 , Art. 63, allegato IV, punto
1.10.7. La Norma UNI 12464 definisce i valori di riferimento per l’illuminamento in esercizio, generalmente compresi tra 200 e 500 lux.
Gli esempi qui espressi si basano sulla norma EN 1838. Particolari disposizioni legislative nazionali possono prevedere, in base al luogo considerato (es. alberghi, centri
commerciali, teatri, autorimesse...), specifici valori di illuminamento, autonomina, tempi
di intervento e ricarica.

Its main aim is to indicate, and not illuminate, the escape path of safety
exits.
The safety lamps must have:
•a rectangular or square shape.
•a white pictogram with a green background that covers at least 50% of

1838 standard.

In such situations, it is necessary to guarantee a sufficient amount of visibility until the people in the room can identify the closest escape path to them.
Standards: The EN 1838 standard establishes that the minimum level of
lighting required for anti-panic illumination is equivalent to 0.5 lux on the
ground (without taking reflections into consideration) of the whole area
excluding a perimeter area of 50 cm wide.
Since the human eye requires time to adapt to a reduced level of lighting, it
is appropriate to increase the level of anti-panic lighting in places with very
high ordinary illumination.

Il flusso luminoso è il prodotto tra la potenza emessa (Watt) e il coefficiente
di visibilità (VLamba) dell’occhio umano. L’unità di misura del flusso luminoso
è il Lumen (lm).
Le Leggi e le Norme in vigore non stabiliscono il flusso luminoso che la
lampada d’emergenza deve emettere ma stabiliscono l’illuminamento
minimo (in Lux) necessario a garantire la sicurezza delle persone.

Luminous flow is produced by the power emitted (Watts) and visibility
coefficient (VLamba) of the human eye. The unit of measure of luminous flow
is Lumen (lm).

The Laws and Standards in force do not establish the luminous flow that an
emergency lamp must emit, but they establish the minimum lighting (in Lux)
required to guarantee safety to people.
Die geltenden Gesetze und Normen geben nicht den Lichtstrom vor,
welche die Notbeleuchtung ausstrahlen muss, sondern sie bestimmen
die Mindestlichtintensität (in Lux) die notwendig ist, um die Sicherheit der
Personen zu gewährleisten.

enough to establish the quantity of light that illuminates a certain surface
since this depends on the direction of the luminous rays.
Lighting (lux)
Lighting is the quantity of luminous radiation that hits a surface since not all
luminous flows hit certain surfaces (e.g. the floor).

Therefore, 1 Lux is the incidence of 1 Lumen on a surface of 1 m2, or the
useful flow on the ground.
Die Lichtintensität ist die Menge der leuchtenden Strahlung, die auf eine
gegebene Fläche trifft, da nicht der ganze Lichtstrom eine bestimmte
Fläche erreicht (z.B. den Fußboden).

What is meant by duration is the period of time during which emergency
lighting must remain lit, supplying the required performance.
Autonomie
Duration usually depends on the time to evacuate occupants, therefore,
by the conditions that may obstruct the escape time such as crowding or
particular obstacles.
In Italy, a minimum duration time is usually required, with the exception of
health structures in which endurance of 2 hours is requested.
Unter Autonomie versteht man die Gesamtzeit, in der die Notbeleuchtung in
Betrieb bleiben und die geforderte Leistung erbringen muss.
Normalerweise hängt die Autonomie von der Evakuierungsdauer ab, folglich
von den Bedingungen, die die Evakuierungsdauer gegebenenfalls verlängern
können, wie z. B. Gedränge oder besondere Hindernisse.
In Deutschland beträgt die gängige Autonomiezeit 3 Stunden.

L’illuminazione di sicurezza deve, non solo rendere visibile il
locale, ma anche illuminare le indicazioni segnaletiche poste sulle
uscite e lungo le vie di esodo, in modo da identificare in maniera
immediata il percorso da seguire per giungere in un luogo sicuro.
Pertanto non è possibile parlare di illuminazione di sicurezza senza
tenere in considerazione la segnaletica di sicurezza per facilitare
il raggiungimento delle uscite di emergenza. Normalmente si
devono usare segnali direzionali luminosi, nel caso in cui si sia in
un luogo da cui non è possibile vedere direttamente l’uscita di
emergenza.
Gli apparecchi di illuminazione da utilizzare devono rispondere
alla norma EN 60598-2-22 (CEI 34-22) e devono essere installati
almeno nei seguenti punti (indicazioni minime che possono essere
integrate dal progettista in base alle singole situazioni):
11. In corrispondenza di ogni uscita di sicurezza indicata;
12. In corrispondenza di ogni porta di uscita prevista per l’uso in
emergenza;
13. Vicino (cioè ad una distanza inferiore ai 2 m misurati in senso

esse riceva luce diretta;

16. In corrispondenza di ogni cambio di direzione lungo la via
di esodo;
17. In corrispondenza di ogni intersezione di corridoi, cioè
quando ci si trova di fronte ad una diramazione o bivio che
comporta una scelta di direzione ;
18. Immediatamente all’esterno di ogni uscita che porta in
un luogo sicuro cioè la meta dell’esodo in situazioni di
emergenza. Questo apparecchio potrebbe non essere

Where installation of emergency
lighting during the planning stage
is envisaged
Safety lighting must not only make the place visible but it must
also illuminate the indication signs placed on exits and along the
escape path in order to immediately identify the route to follow to
reach a safe place.
Therefore, it is useless talking about emergency lighting without
considering safety signals to facilitate easy access to emergency
exits. Luminous direction signs must usually be used in case you
are in a place in which it is impossible to see the emergency exit
directly.
Lighting devices to use must comply with EN 60598-2-22
standard (CEI 34-22) and must be at least installed in the following
places (minimum indications that may be integrated by the
designer according to each individual situation):
11. In correspondence with each safety exit indicated;
12. In correspondence with each exit door envisaged for
emergency use;
13. Next to (meaning at a distance inferior to 2 m measured
horizontally) each flight of stairs so that each one has direct
light;
14. Similarly, next to (meaning at a distance inferior to 2 m
measured horizontally) each change of level or step;
15. In correspondence with safety signs;

La lampada 1 MODULO svolge la duplice funzione
di lampada segna passo e lampada ausiliaria di
emergenza.
Risponde alla normativa italiana CEI 64-8 che ne
prevede l’installazione in ogni abitazione.
1-MODULE lamp carries out the dual function of a step
light lamp and an emergency auxiliary lamp.
DIMMERABILE
In modalità segnapasso è possibile aumentare e
diminuire la potenza del led in modo da consentire gli
effetti di illuminamento desiderati.
DIMMABLE
In step light mode, it is possible to increase or decrease
the Led power so as to enable the desired illumination
effect.
AUTOMATICA
In modalità segnapasso è possibile impostare la soglia
crepuscolare alla quale si desidera che la luce si
accenda automaticamente.
AUTOMATIC
In step light mode, it is possible to set the twilight
threshold to which you wish to automatically turn on the
light.
EMERGENZA
In caso di mancanza di rete, il LED si accende alla
massima potenza garantendo l’illuminazione di sicurezza
necessaria a muoversi nell’ambiente per circa due ore.
EMERGENCY
In the event of network failure, the LED comes on with
maximum power, thus guaranteeing safety lighting
required to move around the room for approximately two
hours.

La posizione del LED e la finitura della cover trasparente
sono state appositamente studiati per evitare fenomeni
di abbagliamento. Ciò ne rende indicata l’installazione in
ambienti civili e terziari.

finish have been purposely studied to avoid dazzling
effects. This makes it suitable for residential and service
installations.
Die Leuchte 1 MODULO hat die doppelte Funktion einer
Orientierungsleuchte und der Hilfsnotleuchte.
Sie entspricht der italienischen Norm CEI 64-8, welche
die Installation dieses Geräts in jedem Wohnraum
vorsieht.
DIMMBAR
Beim Gebrauch im Orientierungsmodus ist es möglich,
die Leistung der LED-Leuchte zu erhöhen oder zu
vermindern. Dies ermöglicht die Wahl des gewünschten
Beleuchtungseffekts.
AUTOMATISCH
Beim Gebrauch im Orientierungsmodus ist es möglich,
die Dämmerungsschwelle einzustellen, bei der man das
automatische Einschalten des Lichts wünscht.
NOTFALL
Bei einem Stromausfall leuchtet die LED-Leuchte mit
ihrer maximalen Leistung und garantiert somit die
Sicherheitsbeleuchtung, die nötig ist, damit man sich ca.
2 Stunden lang im Bereich bewegen kann.
Die Position der LED-Leuchte und die Endbearbeitung
des Gehäuses wurden eigens dazu geplant, um die
Blendung zu vermeiden. Dadurch wird die Installation vor
allem in Wohn- und Dienstleistungsbereichen empfohlen.

La torcia 1LE 002 è dotata di una vite che, se
utilizzata, impedisce l’estrazione della lampada dalla
sua sede: funzione antifurto per l’installazione in

ANTI-THEFT
The torch 1LE 002 is equipped with a screw that,
if used, prevents extraction of the lamp from its
housing anti-theft function for installation in open or
public places.

Bei fehlender Spannung schaltet sich die

DIEBSTAHLSCHUTZ
Die Lampe 1LE 002 ist mit einer Schraube versehen,
bei deren Betätigung das Herausnehmen der Lampe
aus ihrem Sitz unmöglich ist. Dieser Diebstahlschutz
ist für die Installation im öffentlichen Bereich gedacht.

I due led di segnalazione (rosso e verde)

È possibile sostituire le batterie ricaricabili

COMPATIBILITA’ CON LE SERIE CIVILI
La lampada 3 MODULI, viene fornita di serie con
3 frontalini di colore bianco, grigio e antracite per
essere compatibile con le serie civili più diffuse.
Sono disponibili degli accessori per estendere la
compatibilità anche con le serie meno diffuse.

I prezzi esposti si intendono per singolo pezzo ed esclusi di IVA.

RESI IN GARANZIA
Si intenderanno resi in garanzia tutti quei prodotti giudicati non funzionanti che perverranno in porto franco alla nostra sede in Veniano
(CO) - via Milanese 11 entro il periodo di 24 mesi dalla data riportata
su ogni singolo prodotto. Per tali prodotti effettueremo la sostituzione con prodotti nuovi di fabbrica ad esclusione degli articoli il cui
prezzo di vendita, al netto di sconto, risulti superiore a € 52,00. Per
questi prodotti verranno effettuate le necessarie riparazioni e rinviate al mittente. Per i prodotti in Garanzia non verrà emesso alcun
addebito, salvo che il prodotto presenti danneggiamenti e/o manomissioni dovuti ad incuria nel montaggio. In questo caso verranno
considerati resi fuori garanzia.

PREZZI
RISCHI
La merce viaggia sempre a rischio e pericolo dell’acquirente che nel
proprio interesse deve verificare la quantità e le condizioni della merce prima del ritiro e fare, nel caso, le opportune riserve al vettore.

TRASPORTO
Per ordini con importo al netto di sconto superiore a€ € 600,00
addebito dell’1% in fattura a titolo di contributo trasporto.
Per ordini con importo al netto di sconto compreso fra € 299,00 e
€ 599,00 addebito del 2% in fattura a titolo di contributo trasporto.
Per ordini con importo al netto di sconto inferiore a € 299,00 addebito del 3% in fattura a titolo di contributo trasporto.
FUORI GARANZIA
Si intenderanno resi fuori garanzia tutti quei prodotti pervenuti in
PORTO FRANCO alla nostra sede in Veniano (CO) dopo il periodo di 24 mesi, ed entro 5 anni dalla data riportata su ogni singolo
prodotto. Per tutti i prodotti resi fuori garanzia effettueremo la sostituzione dei prodotti con un prodotto nuovo e/o rigenerato come
nuovo addebitando il 50% del costo prodotto secondo i prezzi del
listino in vigore. Per i prodotti il cui prezzo di vendita al netto di sconto e superiore a € 52,00 verranno effettuate le necessarie riparazioni
e rinviati al mittente con addebito del costo di riparazione.
Tali condizioni saranno da intendersi inderogabili e non daranno diritto ad alcuna rivendicazione.
N.B. Tutti gli articoli non più a catalogo, ma entro i 5 anni dalla data
riportata su ogni singolo prodotto, verranno riparati o sostituiti con
prodotti equivalenti e rispediti al mittente alle condizioni sopra indicate.
Ordini per quantitativi diversi dagli imballi standard a catalogo subiranno un aumento del 3% sul prezzo esposto a listino.

PRODOTTI RESI OLTRE 5 ANNI
Prodotti oltre i 5 anni dalla data etichettata sul prodotto non potranno essere resi alla Perry Electric S.r.l. In ogni caso non saranno riparati e la Perry Electric S.r.l procederà automaticamente allo smaltimento degli stessi con addebito al cliente dei costi di smaltimento.

Per ordini relativi a prodotti con tensioni di alimentazione diverse dalle tensioni a catalogo aumento del 15% sul prezzo esposto a listino.

Gli ordini vengono assunti ed evasi dalla Perry Electric S.r.l. in ottemperanza alle condizioni generali di fornitura di seguito riportate
che l’ordinante dichiara di conoscere e di accettare espressamente
con l’emissione dell’ordine.

RECLAMI
PAGAMENTI
I pagamenti devono essere effettuati alle scadenze stabilite e per
l’importo pattuito. Il ritardo di pagamento anche parziale delle fatture, oltre le loro scadenze da luogo alla immediata decorrenza degli
interessi di mora nella misura degli interessi bancari correnti aumentati di 4 punti percentuali. Lo sconto cassa viene riconosciuto per
un pagamento immediato o comunque non superiore a 30 gg. dalla
data della fattura. Dopo tale termine lo sconto cassa perde la sua
validità e deve quindi essere rimborsato.
ASSUNZIONE DEL CONTRATTO

Ogni ordine viene accettato alle sottoindicate Condizioni Generali di
vendita, e quindi per il conferimento di ordini vale espressa integrale
accettazione di tali condizioni senza riserva di sorta, a meno di conferma per iscritto da parte della società Perry Electric srl.

ADDEBITO PER IMBALLI FUORI STANDARD
Qualsiasi reclamo deve essere proposto per iscritto entro 8 gg. dalla
consegna alla società Perry Electric S.r.l. la quale si riserva il diritto di
accettare il reso di eventuali apparecchiature difettose che dovranno comunque essere sempre ritornate al nostro indirizzo di: Veniano
(CO) - via Milanese, 11 in Porto Franco.

Condizioni generali di vendita
ADDEBITO PER TENSIONI SPECIALI
FORO COMPETENTE
La trasmissione degli ordini vale a conferma da parte del cliente che
per ogni controversia si intente competente il Foro di Milano.
TERMINI DI CONSEGNA
Gli ordini vengono assunti con data di consegna entro 45 giorni,
salvo diversa pattuizione che dovrà essere confermata per iscritto
dalla Perry Electric S.r.l.
