Le caratteristiche di unicitá degli oggetti Yalos Murano
derivano dalla lavorazione e dalla produzione manuale
del vetro.
È naturale pertanto che non sia possibile aggiungere o
reintegrare oggetti in periodi successivi alla vendita senza
che si manifestino differenze di colore, peso e decoro.
Infatti, la minima differenza fra la temperatura di fusione
del vetro e quella dell’ambiente esterno durante le fasi di
lavorazione può provocare nel prodotto finito variazioni
sensibili.
L’azienda si impegna comunque a mantenere il maggior
standard possibile relativamente alla qualità dei prodotti
descritti nel catalogo.
Condizioni generali di vendita Italia.
Consegne: entro 30 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento dell’ordine.
Trasporto: il trasporto avverrà a mezzo corriere da noi prescelto.
Per ordini inferiori a € 500,00 verrà addebitato un contributo per il trasporto pari a € 30,00.
Per ordini inferiori a € 1500,00 verrà addebitato un contributo pari al 5% sul netto merce.
Per ordini superiori a € 1500,00 la merce verrà consegnata in porto franco.
Danni & sostituzioni: i nostri articoli sono coperti da assicurazione contro eventuali danni subiti
durante il trasporto.
In base alla normativa vigente, ogni contestazione riguardante tali danni deve essere comunicata
all’azienda per iscritto entro e non oltre 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce al fine di evitare il
decadere della copertura assicurativa.
Invitiamo pertanto i nostri Clienti ad un controllo tempestivo della merce ricevuta e a segnalare
eventuali danni in forma scritta, anche via fax.
I pezzi eventualmente danneggiati devono essere conservati fino al momento di ricevere gli articoli
in sostituzione.
The unique characteristics of the Yalos Murano objects
are the result of the manual processing and the peculiar
manufacture of the glass.
For this reason it is impossible to add or reintegrate any of
the artistic glass pieces anytime following their purchase
without noticing some remarkable discrepancies in colour,
weight and decoration.
The least difference between the melting temperature
of the glass and that of the external ambient during the
production phase may in fact result in a sensible difference
on the finished piece.
However the company engages in providing the highest
possible standard with respect to the quality of the pieces
as described in the catalogue.

Each order is individually reviewed, based upon the item’s destination, volume, weight and size of
items. Our products are invoiced only in Euro (EUR).
Only payment by wire transfer is accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries out of Italy will be carried out by UPS standard service whose
charges will be invoiced.
EU - resident Customers and Vat:
Non-Value Added Tax (VAT) registered customers within the European Union (EU) are required to
add to the prices the appropriate VAT rate applicable in their country. VAT-registered customers
should include their VAT registration number when placing their order.
