Vitto e alloggio
Tuition of 30 lessons (45 minutes each) per week. Max. class size: 14 students. Exercise
books, use of textbook, and end of course certificate.
Programma
Homestay accommodation, based on a twin-bedded room and half board during the week,
full board at weekends (lunch can be provided in school during the week for £25 per
student per week).
Social Programme covering:
Orientation tour
One full day excursion each week to such places as the Lake District, York, Manchester and
Scarborough
One half day excursion each week to such places as Leeds Museums and Galleries, Skipton,
Yorkshire Dales
Three half day activities each week, including sports (football, swimming, volleyball, tennis,
golf, etc), country walks, educational games and local visits and excursions
One evening activity each week.
Transfer from Leeds or Manchester airports and return, in a single group transfer in each
direction.
The charges do not include any costs of public transport either between a student’s
homestay and programme locations or between different programme locations. Students
are recommended to purchase a travel card (about £22 per week approximately) for use
on local buses. We also recommend that all students have a mobile phone and this
number is given to the Group Leaders.
