7. NORME GENERALI APPLICABILI ALLE PRESTAZIONI /
GENERAL NORMS APPLICABLE TO SERVICE
7.1 La prestazione minima si intende di 4 ore.
Minimum Service Sessions is 4 hours each.
7.2 Ore di attesa inoperosa durante i giorni feriali o durante le giornate di Sabato, Domenica o
comunque festive, includendo anche ritardi dovuti a terze parti saranno addebitate come attività
lavorativa.
Stand-by hours during working days or on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday also including stand-by
hours due to delays by third parties will be charged against normal working activity fares.
7.3 Un sovrapprezzo del 20% sarà addebitato se l’intervento richiesto ha carattere di priorità.
A priority surcharge of 20% will apply.
7.4 TECNOVA SERVICE si riserva il diritto di applicare dei sovrapprezzi se il sito di lavoro avesse
caratteristiche di particolare pericolosità per il Personale.
TECNOVA SERVICE reserves the right to apply a surcharge if the working area is deemed particularly
harmful for the Personnel .
7.5 Rimane a carico della committente la responsabilità civile e penale per tutti i danni che si
verificassero a persone o cose temporaneamente messe a disposizione del Personale di TECNOVA
SERVICE.
The Customer will borne the legal responsibility for all injuries or damages should occur to Site People
and/or any type of devices provisioned to TECNOVA SERVICE Personnel.
7.6 TECNOVA SERVICE dichiara che il personale è regolarmente assicurato secondo le leggi vigenti.
TECNOVA SERVICE declares the Personnel is duly covered by insurance according to the existing laws.
7.7 La committente farà tutto il necessario affinché il montaggio e le operazioni connesse possano
essere iniziate immediatamente all’arrivo del personale della fornitrice e non debbano subire soste
sino all’ultimazione. Ciò si realizzerà in particolare dalla committente ultimando in tempo debito i
lavori civili, tenendo pronti gli allacciamenti occorrenti (energia – luce - acqua-ecc.) approntando i

mezzi di trasporto o sollevamento, fornendo il personale ausiliario, gli attrezzi e apparecchi che non
rientrino nella dotazione della fornitrice, predisponendo i locali necessari per la custodia degli attrezzi
e degli indumenti del personale della fornitrice.
The Customer will do the best to start up service session as soon as the TECNOVA SERVICE Personnel will
arrive on site in order to work without interruptions until the service session is completed. So all the civil
works should be fully accomplished while all the necessary utilities ( power, lighting, water ), lifting forks
or cranes, Customer’s auxiliary Personnel, specific tools and devices not under TECNOVA SERVICE
responsibility should be immediately available and the Customer will provide a segregated room for
tools, instrumentation, clothing owned by TECNOVA SERVICE Personnel.
7.8 I materiali sostitutivi durante le operazioni di assistenza verranno compresi nella fattura relativa all’
assistenza stessa .
Spare parts replaced during service session will be included in the service invoice.
7.9 In caso di prestazioni da effettuarsi con Tecnici della Casa Madre o Terzi, TECNOVA SERVICE si
riserva il diritto di effettuare una tariffazione specifica.
In case of service operated by Principals or Third Parties technicians TECNOVA SERVICE reserves the
right to apply a specific fares table.
7.10 In caso di richiesta da parte del Cliente di cancellazione o posticipo dell’intervento, TECNOVA
SERVICE fatturerà le spese non rimborsabili ( ad esempio biglietti aerei o hotel) sia del proprio
personale che del personale terzo ( ad esempio della Casa Madre) e qualsiasi altra penale o costo
addebitata a TECNOVA SERVICE da parte di società terze.
In case of Customer’s request of cancellation or postponement of service, TECNOVA SERVICE will invoice
not reimbursable costs ( flight tickets or hotel reservation for example) of both own personnel and third
parties one ( Principals’ personnel for example) and any other penalty or cost charged to TECNOVA
SERVICE by third parties.
