Qualifica
Brad Binder (1'40.703 – 12°) “Dopo la caduta di ieri, mi sento un po' ammaccato.
Devo ringraziare i ragazzi del dottor Costa, in Clinica Mobile: mi hanno rimesso
quasi a nuovo. Per quello che riguarda il risultato, sono piuttosto contento, perché
abbiamo fatto un bel passo avanti con il set-up. Miglioriamo gara dopo gara; la
nuova moto è arrivata solo a metà stagione, e non abbiamo quindi avuto modo di
provarla come al solito in test, e credo che questo sia un tempo di lavoro la cui
mancanza si faccia sentire. Domani, ciò che serve è una buona partenza: se ci
riesco, sarà anche una bella gara”.
Luca Amato (1'42.134 – 29°) “Manchiamo un po' in velocità di punta. Così, mentre
siamo competitivi nel misto, abbiamo maggiori difficoltà in rettilineo”.
Fiorenzo Caponera (Team Principal) “Avremmo voluto avere Brad al meglio, qui,
perché Valencia è uno dei suoi circuiti preferiti. Però, ovviamente, la caduta del
venerdì ha lasciato un bel segno. Sta recuperando rapidamente; speriamo possa
essere al meglio domani, per la gara”.

Qualifying
Brad Binder (1'40.703 - 12th) “After yesterday's crash, I feel a little buttered and
bruised, but this morning the doctor Costa's guys, at the Clinica Mobile, have been
able to help me quite a lot, and the situation now is much better. About today's
practice, I'm happy because we did a good step ahead with our set-up. Race after
race, we improve – we could not have any proper test with this bike, as it came to
us mid-season, and we probably miss that. Tomorrow, what I want is a good start,
and it will be a good race”.
Luca Amato (1'42.134 - 29th) “We lack top-speed, so while the bike is pretty good
in the flowing parts, on the straight we struggle”.
Fiorenzo Caponera (Team Principal): “Our desire was to have Brad at his best,
here, because this is one of his favorite tracks but, quite obviously, yesterday's
crash left a mark. He's recovering quickly, and we hope that for tomorrow's race
the recover will be complete, or almost complete”.
