Fama International srl è riuscita ad affermarsi nel settore della ferramenta grazie allo
sviluppo della linea “fermaporta” e “supporti corrimano”.
Il forte impegno sul piano dell'originalità e della qualità, ci ha portato a sviluppare prodotti
dal design innovativo, sia nelle forme che nei materiali, facendoci conoscere come i pionieri del
“fermaporta d‘appoggio”, fino ad arrivare alla novità del fermaporta e supporto corrimano con
illuminazione notturna. Abbiamo privilegiato i contenuti estetici, coerenti con le tendenze più
attuali del gusto, ma non dimenticandoci dell'aspetto tecnico, il risultato è un affascinante
connubio di tecnologia e design.

Fama International srl could make a
name of themselves in the domain of
ironmongery justthanks to the development of the line “doorstop” and “handrail brackets”. The
strong engagement on the originality front has driven us to develop innovative design products,
as far as both style and materials are concerned, making us well-known as pioneers of the
“doorstop without to drill”, up to the absolute novelty of the doorstop and handrail brackets with
night lighting.
We have favoured the aesthetic concepts, chiming in with the most up-to-date trends of taste, but
letting not us forget the technical aspect, the result is a
fascinating combination of technology and design.

La fusione del Bronzo
Il passaggio fondamentale della realizzazione delle fusioni in bronzo è la produzione degli stampi a terra.
Il modello nella sua versione in positivo viene utilizzato per ricavare il calco sulla terra che costituirà in
seguito la cavità riempita dal bronzo fuso.
Bronze casting
The vital step in bronze casting is creating moulds on the ground. The positive version of the model is used to create the
shape of the object in the ground, which will be then become the cavity filled with molten bronze.
Der Bronzeguss
Der entscheidendste Punkt im Bronzeguss ist die Herstellung der Sandformen. Das abzugiessende Modell wird in den
Sand eingelegt. Dies ergibt den entsprechenden Hohlraum, der dann durch das flüssige Metall ausgefüllt wird.
La Fusion du Bronze
Le passage fondamental de la réalisation des fusions en bronze est la fabrication des moules en terre. Le modèle dans sa
version en positif est utilisé pour obtenir le moulage sur la terre qui constituera ensuite la cavité remplie de bronze fondu.

Lo stampo in ferro viene poggiato sopra la matrice. Viene quindi setacciata la terra e riempito tutto lo
stampo. La terra viene pressata con l’utilizzo delle mani e lo strato in eccesso asportato.
The iron mould is placed over the template. You then sprinkle earth over it to cover the entire mould. You then press the
earth down using your hands and remove the extra layer.
Der Stahlrahmen wird auf die Form gelegt dann mit Sand gefüllt. Der Sand wird gesiebt und von Hand und oder mit
einem Stöpsel gepresst.
Le moule en fer est posé sur la matrice. On procède ensuite au tamisage de la terre et au remplissage de tout le moule. La
terre est pressée à la main et la couche en excédent est éliminée.

Questo nuovo stampo viene separato dalla matrice. La terra ha preso l’impronta del modello. Gli stampi
vengono poi accoppiati prima della fase di colata del metallo fuso.
This new mould is separated from the template. The ground has taken the shape of the model. The moulds are then fit
together before pouring in the melt.
Der Stahlrahmen wird vom Modell getrennt. Der Sand hat nun die Form des Modells angenommen.Der untere und obere
Stahlrahmen werden vor dem Giessvorgang zusammengefügt.
Ce nouveau moule est séparé de la matrice. La terre a pris l'empreinte du modèle. Les moules sont ensuite accouplés
avant la phase de coulée du métal fondu.

Si può quindi procedere a versare il Bronzo fuso negli stampi.
You can then proceed to pour the molten bronze into the moulds.
Nun kann die flüssige Bronze in die Formen gegossen werden.
Il est alors possible de verser le Bronze fondu dans les moules.

Dopo pochi minuti è possibile aprire gli stampi in terra. Si estraggono così le fusioni ancora incandescenti.
After a few minutes you can open the moulds on the ground. The incandescent cast objects are extracted.
Bereits nach wenigen Minuten können die Formen wieder geöffnet und die noch glühenden Gussteile herausgelöst
werden.
Au bout de quelques minutes les moules en terre peuvent être ouverts pour enlever les fusions encore incandescentes.

Lo stampo in terra ha concluso la sua funzione e, ormai rovinato, viene distrutto. Per una nuova fusione
deve essere ripetuto tutto il procedimento. Raggiunta una temperatura accettabile viene tagliato il bronzo
in eccesso preparando il pezzo alle operazioni di finitura.
The mould in the ground has carried out its function and, now ruined, it can be destroyed. The entire procedure must be
repeated again for each new cast. Once the object has reached a workable temperature, the excess bronze is trimmed off,
preparing it for the finishing touches.
Die Sandform wird durch das Herauslösen der Gussteile zerstört und kann nicht mehr weiter benutzt werden. Für einen
neuen Gussvorgang muss der ganze Ablauf wiederholt werden. Sobald die Teile abgekühlt sind, werden die Angussstücke
abgetrennt und der Artikel zur Oberflächenbehandlung vorbereitet.
Le moule en terre a terminé sa fonction et, désormais abîmé, il est détruit. Pour une nouvelle fusion, toute la procédure
doit être répétée. Une fois qu'une température acceptable est atteinte, le bronze en excédent est éliminé pour préparer la
pièce aux opérations de finition.
