Don’t be silly, don’t macho me. You don’t
know what it means to be without me.
Maybe I’m stupid getting so close to you to
be afraid of losing you, but my way it’s
surely brighter and safer than yours. I’m
not afraid to disappear because I know
I’ll be somebody else’s companion, but you,
you’re the light suppressing the
darkness, once turned off you’ll be dead
blind.
Non essere stupido, non fare il macho con
me. Non sai che cosa significhi essere
senza di me. Forse sono stupido a venirti
così vicino d aver paura di perderti, ma la
mia strada è sicuramente più luminosa e
più sicura della tua. Non ho paura di
scomparire perché so che sarò il
compagno di qualcun altro, ma tu, tu sei
la luce che elimina l’oscurità, una volta
spenta sarai mortalmente cieco.
