– tecnologia ibrida (OIP SF6) per trasformatori HVDC 820 kV
4500A in fase di installazione sui trasformatori in Cina;
– gas per la realizzazione di passamuro da 600KVDC
(progetto Madeira-Brasile) e da 820kV 4500A HVDC
(progetto Xilodou-Zhexi-Cina), 315kV (progetti Svezia,
Germania), 320kV (progetto Lower Churchil Canada),
800kV (progetto Champa, India), 500kV (progetto KEPCO,
Corea).
• Realizzazione dei prototipi di isolatori per trasformatori in
tecnologia RIP sia per applicazioni in DC (fino a 410KV) che in
AC (fino a 420kV).
• Primi al mondo a superare le prove di polluzione su isolatori
passamuro da 600KVDC, effettuate presso il laboratori del

• Con 500 dipendenti, un sito a Sesto San Giovanni (MI) e
circa 108 milioni di fatturato, Alstom Power Italia ha
raccolto l’eredità di marchi storici dell’industria
elettromeccanica italiana: Ercole Marelli e Tecnomasio
Italiano Brown Boveri.
• Progetta, realizza ed esegue la manutenzione di impianti
e componenti per la produzione di energia elettrica, dalle
turbine alle centrali “chiavi in mano”.
• Ha installato il 40% dei turbogeneratori e idrogeneratori
presenti sul territorio italiano.
• In Alstom Power Italia risiede la responsabilità dell’Area
Sud Est Europa per le attività di Service, alla quale fanno
capo i principali Paesi del bacino mediterraneo ed Est
Europa.
• Il sito di Sesto San Giovanni è centro di eccellenza per la
produzione di barre statoriche con tecnologia Micadur e
TVPI.

• Riabilitazione di due caldaie a recupero nella centrale di Damietta (Egitto).
• Nuovo sistema di interfacce al DCS nella centrale di Cadafe (Venezuela).
• Modifica mulini sistema carbone nella centrale di Fiumesanto (Sassari).
• Retrofit di 4 boiler della centrale elettrica di Ghazlan (Arabia Saudita).
• Ammodernamento della caldaia nella centrale termoelettrica di Vado Ligure (SV).
• Miglioramento delle prestazioni dei boiler per i mulini della centrale di Torrevaldaliga (RM).
Flessibilizzazione Impianti
• Inserimento di catalizzatori CO negli HRSG delle centrali a ciclo combinato di Livorno,
Falconara, Torviscosa, Altomonte, Simeri-Crichi e Bussi.
• Modifica della caldaia a recupero per ridurre i tempi di avviamento della centrale di Termini
Imerese.
Adeguamenti ambientali
• Fornitura e installazione di tre nuovi filtri a maniche per gas di cockeria e rifacimento di due
elettrofiltri per l’acciaieria di Taranto.
• Adeguamento ai limiti emissivi di CO e NOx delle caldaie a ciclo tradizionale di Mantova e
Zagreb (Croazia).
• Upgrade del Precipitatore Elettrostatico della centrale di Puente Nuevo (Spagna).
• Upgrade di tre WFGD per le centrali di Le Havre e Cordemais (Francia), del sistema WFGD
per la centrale di Litoral (Spagna) e revamping dell’impianto di desolforazione di Brindisi Sud.
• Nuovo filtro a maniche per gli impianti di depolverazione dell’acciaieria elettrica di Catania e
dello sfornamento del Carbon-Coke nella cokeria di Cairo Montenotte (SV).

• Ricondizionamento albero turbina Francis verticale (25 MW) e fornitura di
un nuovo cuscinetto idrostatico in due metà per la centrale di Pieve

di sicurezza mediante un sistema di manutenzione che è
costituito dalle seguenti funzioni:
a) la funzione di gestione;
b) la funzione di sviluppo della manutenzione;
