IDROVAL aderisce perfettamente alle superfici bituminose ed ha grande resistenza agli agenti atmosferici. L'umidità
eventualmente presente sulla superficie da proteggere non pregiudica il buon esito della verniciatura.

DILUIZIONE E RESA FINALE
Può essere diluita con 10 ÷ 20% di acqua. Con IDROVAL si ottengono rese finali di 8 ÷ 10 m²/kg.
AVVERTENZE E METODI DI APPLICAZIONE
IDROVAL teme il gelo: non esporre le confezioni a temperatura inferiore a +5°C. Mescolare con cura prima dell'uso. I
migliori risultati si ottengono stendendo il prodotto su manti impermeabili puliti e leggermente invecchiati (30 giorni
dalla posa in opera). Applicare due mani di IDROVAL opportunamente diluito con un intervallo, dipendente dalle
condizioni atmosferiche, variabile da 2 a 4 ore; si esalteranno così le caratteristiche di adesività dell'idropittura.
Durante la stagione estiva l’applicazione di IDROVAL non va fatta durante le ore più calde per evitare
un’evaporazione troppo veloce della parte liquida, in questo periodo è opportuno scegliere le prime ore del mattino o
della sera, La posa di IDROVAL deve essere evitata su superfici dove possono verificarsi ristagni d’acqua. La
copertura verniciata con IDROVAL deve essere sottoposta a manutenzione minimo annuale (prima dell’inverno) ,
devono essere rimosse le foglie e tutti i residui di terriccio trasportato dal vento o dalle acque meteoriche, deve
essere verificata la funzionalità degli scarichi e verificato il regolare deflusso delle acque lungo le pendenze in modo
da scongiurare il crearsi di aree di ristagno. Per una migliore garanzia di protezione la verniciatura andrebbe rifatta,
previa profonda pulizia della copertura, almeno ogni 2 anni. IDROVAL si può applicare a pennello, rullo o spruzzo.

Water paint for bituminous surfaces
DESCRIPTION
Coloured water paint mainly used to protect and decorate prefabricated waterproofing membranes based on polymer
bitumen.

IDROVAL adheres perfectly to bituminous surfaces and is weatherproof. The humidity that may be present on the
surface to be protected does not affect the good result of the work.

DILUTION AND FINAL YIELD
IDROVAL can be diluted with water in amount of 10 ÷ 20%. A final yield of 8 ÷ 10 m2/kg is obtainable.
PRECAUTIONS AND APPLICATION METHODS
IDROVAL has to be protected against temperatures below +5°C. Stir the product carefully before use. Excellent
results are obtainable when the product is applied on clean and slightly aged (30 days after laying) roofings. Apply
two coats of IDROVAL, adequately diluted, at intervals from 2 to 4 hours, depending on weather conditions; this way
the adhesive properties of the water paint will be enhanced. In the Summer period IDROVAL should not be applied
during the hottest hours to avoid a too fast evaporation of the liquid component, in this period early morning or
evening are recommended. Laying of IDROVAL on surfaces with water stagnations must be avoided. The roof
coated with IDROVAL must be maintained at least annually (before Winter time), leaves and all traces of soil carried
by wind or storm water must be removed, the functionality of the drains and the regular flowing of water along the
slopes so as to prevent the occurrence of stagnation areas must be checked and verified. For a better protection
guarantee, the painting should be restored at least every 2 years, after cleansing the covering. IDROVAL can be
