Il Capo Delegazione raggiungerà l’intera delegazione il giorno 5 novembre 2014.
PROGRAMMA VIAGGI
I convocati per i Campionati del Mondo, viaggeranno con la Compagnia aerea Alitalia
dall’aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci) come di seguito indicato:
Partenza 30 ottobre Volo AZ 680 ore 21.45 - Arrivo 31 Ottobre ore 07.45
Ritorno 17 novembre Volo AZ 681 ore 13.55 - Arrivo 18 Novembre ore 06.50
Gli interessati dovranno trovarsi circa 2.30 ore prima della partenza c/o il desk Alitalia
dell’aeroporto.
Dall’aeroporto Internazionale di Buenos Aires (EZE Minitro Pistarini) all’ Hotel di Rosario e
viceversa sarà predisposto un servizio di transfer con il pullman.
BAGAGLI
La Compagnia aerea Alitalia per i voli internazionali, ha stabilito il peso del bagaglio da
imbarcare pari a 23 Kg. per persona (la somma dei tre lati non dovrà superare 158 cm) e kg 8
per il bagaglio a mano (la somma dei tre lati non dovrà superare 115 cm).
I Convocati saranno direttamente responsabili dei propri bagagli che risultassero
eccedenti nel peso e dimensioni.

Gli atleti, che assumono sostanze considerate dopanti per trattamenti terapeutici, devono essere
provvisti del documento “TUE” (Esenzione per fini terapeutici).

Tutti gli atleti dovranno essere muniti di:
Certificato di idoneità all’attività agonistica rilasciato dalle strutture pubbliche o
private convenzionate, come previsto dalla normativa vigente,
• Passaporto in corso di validità con scadenza non inferiore a 6 mesi dalla data di arrivo in
Argentina.
•
Gli atleti convocati sono pregati di compilare e firmare il modulo allegato che dovrà
essere consegnato allo Staff. Per i minorenni la firma dovrà essere apposta dai rispettivi
genitori .
Gli atleti e lo Staff convocati per il Campionato Mondiale alloggeranno presso:

Si ricorda che le spese di viaggio degli atleti convocati, dalle località di residenza ai relativi
aeroporti (riservate esclusivamente ai residenti nelle isole e per coloro che distano dal luogo di ritrovo
almeno 700 chilometri), saranno a loro carico, mentre il costo del viaggio, aereo o ferroviario 2°
classe, che sarà rimborsato dalla FIHP, dovrà essere anticipato dalle rispettive Società.
Rammentiamo che tutti i giustificativi di spesa dovranno essere in originale ed allegati al
relativo modulo di richiesta rimborso spese che, debitamente sottoscritto e compilato, dovrà pervenire
in Federazione entro e non oltre 30 gg. dal termine del raduno, pena il mancato pagamento.
Il viaggio dovrà essere effettuato con la tuta di rappresentanza.
Si raccomandano il rispetto del Regolamento Atleti Azzurri, la massima puntualità e
l’osservanza delle disposizioni sopra menzionate.

acknowledge and agree as follows:
1. I have received and had an opportunity to review the FIRS Anti-Doping Rules accessible on the
FIRS webpage www.rollersports.org
2. I consent and agree to comply with and be bound by all of the provisions of the WADA code and
FIRS Anti-Doping Rules, including but not limited to, all amendments to the Anti-Doping Rules and
all International Standards incorporated in the Anti-Doping Rules.
3. I consent and agree to authorised anti-doping organisations sharing my information provided to
the ADAMS database.
4. I acknowledge and agree that National Federations and FIRS have jurisdiction to impose sanctions
as provided in the FIRS Anti-Doping Rules.
5. I also acknowledge and agree that any dispute arising out of a decision made pursuant to the FIRS
Anti-Doping Rules, after exhaustion of the process expressly provided for in the FIRS Anti-Doping
Rules, may be appealed exclusively as provided in Article 13 of the FIRS Anti-Doping Rules to an
appellate body for final and binding arbitration, which in the case of International-Level Athletes
is the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
