NORME DI INSTALLAZIONE
I rulli allargatori curvi, trovano impiego nelle situazioni dove è
richiesto un allargamento uniforme del materiale, per eliminare
eventuali grinze o pieghe che si possono formare durante il
ciclo di lavoro.
L’angolo di avvolgimento del materiale sul rullo dipende dal
rispetto di elementari norme di installazione, che di seguito
vengono elencate.

INTRODUCTION
Bowed spreader rolls are used when a uniform material spreading is required to eliminate creases or wrinkles that may be
form during the working cicle.
The best spreading of the material depends on the respect of
the basic installation rules, that are listed below.

1) ANGOLO DI AVVOLGIMENTO DEL MATERIALE
L’ angolo di avvolgimento del materiale sul rullo allargatore deve
essere da un minimo di 20° ad un massimo di 100°, come schematizzato in figura.

1) WINDING ANGLE OF THE MATERIAL
The winding angle of the material on the bowed spreader roll must
be min. 20° and max. 100°, as shown in the picture.
