Fondatore del Gruppo First Atlantic Real Estate nel 1998, vanta oltre 30 anni di
esperienza nel settore immobiliare. Dal 2000 ha promosso il Gruppo come operating
partner di Goldman Sachs per il mercato immobiliare italiano. Precedentemente ha
lavorato per 13 anni come Amministratore Delegato e Vice Amministratore Delegato in
Tradital (Gruppo IMI), società operativa nel project financing e nello sviluppo
immobiliare. Tra il 1995 e il 1998 ha ricoperto la carica di Amministratore Delegato di
Metropolis, società di gestione del patrimonio immobiliare del Gruppo FF.SS. In
precedenza ha acquisito una notevole esperienza nelle acquisizioni, fusioni e private
placements presso J.P. Morgan (New York) e nell’analisi del credito in Chase
Manhattan Bank. Ha conseguito un MBA alla Harvard Business School (Boston) e una
laurea in Economia e Commercio presso l’Università Bocconi di Milano.
Daniel Buaron founded First Atlantic Real Estate Group in 1998 and has over 30 years
experience operating within the Italian real estate market. Most recently he promoted
First Atlantic Real Estate Group as Goldman Sachs' Whitehall Funds' Italian operating
partner. Prior to establishing the Firm, Mr. Buaron spent 13 years as CEO and Vice
Chairman of Tradital, a company within the IMI group, operating in real estate
development and project financing. Between 1995 and 1998 Mr. Buaron was CEO of
Metropolis, the real-estate portfolio management company for the Italian railway
operator, Ferrovie dello Stato. Mr. Buaron began his career with JP Morgan New York's
Mergers & Acquisitions department. He obtained his undergraduate degree in
Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan, and later received his MBA from
Harvard Business School.
