TR 82
La maschera TR 82 è costituita da:
• facciale esterno stampato in mescola di gomma
naturale - EPDM o gomma siliconica color giallo;
• schermo panoramico a grande visibilità stampato
in policarbonato; disponibile anche nella versione
con trattamento resistente ai graffi ed ai solventi;
• gruppo che riunisce in un unico corpo di materiale plastico antisolvente e antiurto il bocchettone
filettato, la valvola di inspirazione, due valvole di
espirazione e la capsula fonica;
• mascherina interna di riduzione dello spazio
morto stampata in gomma naturale provvista di
due valvole per la circolazione dell’aria che rende
lo schermo inappannabile;
• testiera di sostegno a cinque bracci stampata in
gomma, o silicone, e dotata di fibbie ad allacciamento rapido;
• nastro per portare la maschera al collo durante le
pause di lavoro.
La maschera è di taglia universale e si adatta a qualsiasi conformazione di viso realizzando una perfetta
tenuta.Tutte le parti della maschera sono facilmente
smontabili e permettono una rapida manutenzione e
pulizia.
La maschera TR 82 è dotata di bocchettone a filettatura standard EN148/1 e può essere quindi utilizzata
con tutti i dispositivi di respirazione dotati di raccordo maschio normalizzato (filtri antigas ed antipolvere, apparecchi ad aria compressa o a presa d’aria
dall’esterno, ecc.).
Un’ampia scelta di accessori consente il suo impiego
nelle più svariate condizioni di lavoro.
The TR 82 mask is made of:
• faceblank moulded in natural rubber - EPDM mix or
yellow silicone;
• visor, wide visibility, made of moulded polycarbonate;
available with scratch and solvent resistant hard coat,
too;
• connector group, a single solvent and shockproof
moulding holding two exhalation valves, the inhalation
valve and the speech device;
• nose cup, to reduce dead space; two check valves for
air circulation prevent the visor from steaming up;
• head harness, five arm, moulded in rubber, or silicone,
provided with self-adjusting buckles;
• carrying strap, to hang mask around the neck during
rest.
The mask is one size only and fits any face shape thus
giving a perfect seal.
The mask can be easily dismantled to pieces for cleaning
and maintenance purposes.
The TR82 full facemask is fitted with standard threaded
boss to EN 148/1 and can be used with any respiratory
devices provided with such a standard connector (e.g.: gas
and particulate canisters, compressed air apparatus,
fresh air hose apparatus etc.).
A wide range of accessories makes it possible to use the
TR 82 in a variety of conditions.

ACCESSORI
CAPPUCCIO IMPERMEABILE
È realizzato in tessuto di nylon, rivestito esternamente ed internamente in Neoprene. Protegge completamente il capo dell’operatore fino alle spalle. Una
flangia di materiale elastico garantisce la perfetta
tenuta sul facciale ed impedisce la penetrazione di
qualsiasi prodotto liquido.
È utilizzabile con maschere di vario tipo.
BORSA CUSTODIA MOD. B 88
È realizzata in materiale termoplastico ed è dotata di
cinghia a tracolla regolabile. La chiusura è realizzata
da un tirante in gomma stampata; contiene una
maschera con filtro.
TUBI CORRUGATI TUR 60 E TUR 90
Sono completi di raccordi maschio e femmina
EN 148/1 e permettono l’impiego di filtri di peso
superiore a 500 g.
Il loro uso dà anche, in certi casi, la possibilità di
allontanare il filtro dalla sorgente di gas e prelevare
così l’aria ove essa è meno inquinata.
Il TUR 60 ha una lunghezza di circa 60 cm mentre il
TUR 90 misura circa 90 cm.
REGGI FILTRO RF 39/40
Serve per sostenere i filtri antigas quando siano collegati alla maschera per mezzo del tubo corrugato. Il
portafiltro è costituito da una gabbia di gomma nella
quale si alloggia il filtro e da una tracolla regolabile.
MONTATURA PER LENTI CORRETTIVE
È fissata alla maschera per mezzo di ventosa ed è
realizzata in acciaio brunito. La montatura è fornita
senza lenti che dovranno essere applicate dal proprio
ottico di fiducia.
ACCESSORIES
CHEMICAL HOOD
It is made of a strong fabric coated inside and outside
with Neoprene. It protects the operator’s head and shoulders down to the waist. An elastic grommet gives a leak
tight seal around the facepiece thus avoiding the penetration of any liquid chemical.
It can be used with masks of various make.
B 88 - CONTAINER/BAG
It is made of thermoplastic material and fitted with an
adjustable shoulder strap.The cover is secured by means
of a moulded rubber latch; it holds one mask with filter.
TUR 60 - TUR 90 CORRUGATED HOSES
Fitted with male and female EN 148/1 connectors at
either end, they permit the use of canisters weighing
more than 500 g.
In some cases they even allow the filter to be kept at
some distance from the gas source thus making it possible to inhale air at a lower gas concentration.
The length of TUR 60 is approx 60 cm.
The length of TUR 90 is approx 90 cm.
RF 39/40 FILTER HOLDER
It holds gas filters or canisters when they are connected
to the mask by means of a corrugated hose. The filter
holder is made of a rubber cage, that actually holds the
filter, and an adjustable shoulder strap.
PRESCRIPTION SPECTACLES FRAME
Fixed to the mask visor by means of a sucker.The frame
is made of smoke-tinted steel. It comes without lenses
which shall be mounted by a reputable optician.
FILM PROTETTIVO DELLO SCHERMO
In materiale plastico trasparente dotato di due margini autoadesivi. Si applica direttamente sullo schermo del quale ha la medesima forma, proteggendolo
da graffi, spruzzi di vernice o solventi. Quando è
sporco viene sostituito facilmente con altro nuovo.
Confezione da 10 films.
VED 81
Armadietto custodia in materiale plastico antiurto
con supporto adatto a sostenere un respiratore a filtro. Il coperchietto trasparente, applicato a scatto, è
di colore fumè per preservare il contenuto dagli
effetti dannosi della luce. Dopo aver fissato il supporto interno nella posizione desiderata, il contenitore VED 81 viene applicato a muro mediante i tasselli di gomma con esso forniti. Il suo spazio interno
(395x225x165 mm) consente di riporre, oltre al
respiratore, anche un paio di guanti di lunghezza
media.
PROTECTIVE FILM FOR VISOR
Made of a clear plastic sheet it is fitted with self-adhesive
edges. Its shape being the same of the visor, it can be
applied to the latter thus protecting it from scratches
and/or paint or solvents splashes. Easy replaceable when
spoiled. Pack of 10 films.
VED 81
Shockproof plastic cabinet with special support for a filter respirator.The transparent snap-in cover is smoke-tinted to protect the content from sun-light, whilst allowing to
see inside.After having fixed the inner support in the suitable position, the cabinet is fixed to the wall by means of
the pegs provided.The inside (395x225x165 mm) gives
room for the respirator and a pair of safety gloves.

Cabinet similar to VED 81, but suitable to hold three respirators.
