ANALOG AUDIO & VIDEO UNI EN ISO 9001 -MCS III- - ANALOG MASTER CONTROL MCS III is a broadcast control system. Its main purpose is to select a set of video and audio signals among 16 possibilities and to supply transmission equipments. Routing switcher is actually a 16 inputs and 2 outputs, one for transmission (PGM) and the other to monitor the program that is going to be the main one. This selection is named pre-view or preset (PST). All input and output signals are analog and base band. Some additional features are: • Automatic gain control (fading) on both video and audio outputs • All the operations of the routing switcher can be controlled by operator panel or host computer • A routing switcher built-in-timer-clock to facilitate time critical operations • Audio insertion of auxiliary source and monitoring • Four input accumulative linear keys • Built-in: RS232 control ports • Built-in: RS485 control ports for UMD display (Only PGM out channel) TECHNICAL DETAILS AUDIO VIDEO Inputs: 16 stereo channel Nominal level: 0dBm Maximum input level: +18dBm Common mode rejection: >80dBm @ 100Hz Outputs: 2PST, 2PGM, 1 for monitor Output levels: 0dBm S/N ratio: >80dB Frequency response: 20Hz - 20kHz, -0.5dBm Crosstalk: >75dBm Fader attenuation: -80dBm PGM adjust.: -12dBm / +10dBm THD: <0.05% @ +18dBm, 20Hz - 20kHz Inputs: 16, 75Ω terminated BNC buffer Maximum input level: 2.0Vpp Synchronism: Internal Outputs: 2PVW, 1 + 1 PGM, 2 for monitor Output levels: 1.0Vpp (75R load) Return loss: ~40dB @ 4.43MHz Frequency response: 10MHz, -0.5dB Differential phase: <0.2° Differential gain: <0.2% Chrom. / Lum.
