ARGOS Tannery S.r.l. è nata nel 1964 producendo
inizialmente solo croste economiche per calzatura. Nel
1981, primi in Italia, ci siamo specializzati nella conciatura
e taglio di pelli per realizzare lacci in pelle tipo Timberland.
La nostra politica commerciale si basa esclusivamente sulla
qualità dei prodotti e la puntualità delle consegne, tanto da
farci guadagnare la fiducia dei marchi più prestigiosi in Italia
e all’estero.
Procedimenti
Il pellame da noi lavorato è conciato al cromo o al vegetale
secondo l’articolo finale che si vuole ottenere. Il nostro
personale attua sistematicamente severi e assidui controlli
su tutto ciò che viene prodotto, riuscendo così ad integrare
perfettamente il lavoro e la cura artigianale con la produzione
in grosse quantità su scala industriale, garantendo un
prodotto finale di ottima qualità.

1. FASE DI CONCIA E TINTURA
Viene effettuato il trattamento al cromo o al vegetale.
Il pellame viene lavorato in botte con tinture passanti pura
anilina sia per i lacci che per gli altri prodotti.
2. ASCIUGATURA
Dopo la tintura la pelle viene appesa ad una catena aerea
che le permette un’asciugatura in modo del tutto naturale.

3. PALISSONE E MESSA A PUNTO COLORE FINALE
Dopo l’asciugatura la pelle viene palissonata per
raggiungere la morbidezza desiderata e successivamente
gli viene ottimizzato il colore superficiale.

We process the leather with chrome or vegetable tannage,
depending on the kind of item we want to obtain at the
end. Our staff sistematically implements constant and
strict controls on everything we produce and is able to
perfectly combine craftman’s care and big quantities
typical of a production on industrial scale, guaranteeing
this way a final product of very high quality.

1. THE LEATHER PROCESS AND THE COLOURS
The leather process is with chrome or vegetable tannage,
and then the leather is worked into drums with pure aniline
dyes for shoe leather laces and for alls other leather article
type.
2. DRYING
After dying in drums the leather is loaded on aerial chain
and are naturally dried in the air.
3. STAKING AND SPRAY-FINISHING
Once the leathers have been unloaded from the aerial
chain they are then placed inside the staking machine
and they can be softened according the desired softness.
Subsequently leathers can be spray-finished with pure
aniline only to obtain the final ordered color.

5. TAGLIO LACCI IN PELLE
La pelle finita e rifilata viene in seguito tagliata per ottenere
i lacci in pelle tipo Timberland. La lunghezza e la tipologia
del laccio può essere a misura predeterminata o in rotoli.
6. CONFEZIONATURA
Ultimato il taglio i lacci sono pronti per la confezionatura e
la spedizione.

PRODOTTI ARGOS
Lacci in pelle tipo Timberland
Disponibili in qualsiasi colore con tintura passante in tono o
in bicolore, vengono realizzati su pellame lavorato solo ed
esclusivamente in botte con tinture pura anilina. Il risultato
è un laccio finito naturale, di alta qualità, resistente,
morbido al tatto e che tiene ottimamente l’allacciatura
del fiocco. I nostri lacci vengono testati periodicamente
presso i laboratori specializzati come la SATRA.
Nel tempo ci siamo specializzati anche in articoli per le
calzature e l’arredamento e siamo in grado di fornire tutte
le tipologie di prodotto.

5. CUT LEATHER LACES
The finished leather is then trimmed and cutted to get
the shoe leather laces Timmberland type. The lenght and
type of lace may be predetermined on size or on rolls in
continuos.

shipment.

ARGOS PRODUCTS
Leather laces for Timberland-style shoes
We realize them in any colours, one single colour both
externally and internally or bicolored, and we produce
them with leather processed solely in drums with pure
aniline dyes. The resul is a natural, high quality finished
lace, which is tough, soft at touch and holds very well
a bow. Our laces are moreover periodically tested by
specialised laboratories such as SATRA.
