Darwin quote that inspired our STYLE project.
In fact, Melchiori CiderBrewery loves to experiment and above all loves to
share its love for beer! This is why every year a group of beer lovers meet our
brewer to study with him the recipe for a new beer and participate in its
production. Here comes the STYLE of the year!
This is the IPA year.
SOLO IN
PRIMAVERA
Pairings: medium cow's milk cheese, blue cheese, sweet ham, white fish and
shellfish, desserts
• Color: yellow
• Bouquet: rich of hoppy aroma, resin and citrus
• Flavor: Fresh and full-bodied, bitter and hoppy
• Perlage: ligh
• Foam: compact and persistent
Style: unfiltered IPA – India Pale Ale
