CARATTERISTICHE:
Inseritrice di matasse per avvolgimenti motori elettrici e per la
riparazione e la costruzione di piccole serie. L’inseritrice IN132,
consente di inserire le matasse negli statori, dalla grandezza MEC
56 alla MEC 132 senza usare attrezzi vincolati al pacco lamiere.
Esempio:
Statore MEC90-36 cave 4 poli passo avvolgimento 8-10-12:
vengono inserite contemporaneamente 6 cave per volta. Il tempo
totale di avvolgimento per ogni statore è di circa 10-15 minuti.
Inoltre la IN132 consente l’inserimento delle matasse nei motori
speciali in cui l’eccessiva lunghezza del pacco statorico e il suo
piccolo diametro interno non permette l’agibilità manuale
dell’operatore.
