INFORMATION ABOUT THE RENEWAL OF THE RESIDENCE
PERMIT-(“PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO”)
In order to get the renewal of the
Residence Permit you should follow the
procedure for the request you made at your arrival in Bergamo.
About two month before the expiry date of your residence permit you can go to
one of the “Patronato” Offices that are in charge for the completion of the
request of the permit of residence.
You should submit to the office (“Patronato”) in charge your PASSPORT, ONE
REVENUE STAMP of 14.62, self certification stating that you are enrolled at the
University (for this document please contact the Students Office to get
information), health insurance, the residence permit and about 130 EUROS.
This sum will be used for paying an order form of 107.50 euros by which you
officially request the renewal of the Residence permit and for paying the assured
postage (30 euros) of all the documents. Once you’ve filled in all the forms at the
“Patronato”, you should go to the Central Post Office – Via Locatelli,1 24121
Bergamo -where you will send your application forms.
