Tecres s.r.l work in the construction industry for more than 20 years, started as a business
unit of Massaroni already Ltd specializes in the field of civil and industrial.
At the end of the 80s he joined the group the Umiblock Ltd. company specialized in the field
of rehabilitation moisture, activity running through a specially patented process its and
unique in the world .
Over time, the business group has opened several branches throughout the world, boasting
experience in the field of restoration, consolidation and dehumidification unique, the result

Our strategy
In Italy, the Group has consolidated and become known for the many restoration , consolidation
and drying performed on most of the monuments of national importance last " The Colosseum " .
We cooperate with leading design firms in the national and international not only for the realization
of works and actions, but we are also active in research of new techniques , placing us at the
forefront in the specific area , working with technologies that are less invasive and machinery with
high technological content.
The Tecres ltd will soon open a new office in Ravenna in the municipality of Fusignano to
cooperate with the authorities to interventions of static consolidation, using its experience and
technology in the field, thus being able to have a more effective logistics in areas already affected
by the earthquake in Emilia Romagna and the Marches and interested even in these days of
telluric phenomena.
The company, among other things, participates from different time to the recovery and separation

reuse with grinding mills crushers .

building, such as plastics, cartons, hardware etc. .

Our company has consolidated over time the processes of self- direction in order to increase its
marketing capabilities to respond in a timely manner at the time of construction and delivery. It has
increased its fleet of equipment, being able to use also their own workshops for the repair of
vehicles and equipment maintenance. Uses its own carpentry workshop, workshop for machining
steel and painting operations. All this for a short time and high quality in carpentry works.
The way we work as a team
The company Tecres Ltd is part of the group ASSORESTAURO trade association that brings
together the largest companies in the field of restoration, production of construction equipment,
professionals in the field of technological research.
The same is the promoter and organizer of events in the field of dissemination of the restoration
both Italy and abroad with exhibitions and demonstrations.
In partnership we can boast the presence of the Surveyor. Massaroni Pio Claudio, who works with
us always as our general manager technician, who holds the position of delegate for the Lazio
