I NUOVI MOTORI SINCRONI a magneti permanenti della serie LTS SINCROVERT®, sono stati studiati e costruiti
appositamente per soddisfare le esigenze di motorizzazioni moderne che prevedono l’azionamento diretto
del “carico” senza l’utilizzo di sistemi meccanici aggiuntivi quali riduttori, cinghe-pulegge, rinvii e giunti
elastici.
Il concetto è molto semplice, applicare la coppia generata dal motore elettrico direttamente dove è
richiesta, all’albero della macchina.
In particolare questi nuovi motori, pur essendo notevolmente compatti, consentono di ottenere coppie
specifiche elevate, precisione di velocità e posizione, estrema silenziosità di funzionamento e risultano
perfettamente integrabili nella struttura della macchina.
Con questo motore innovativo si realizzano sistemi di trasmissione di potenza estremamente semplici,
affidabili, precisi, facilmente gestibili ed idonei per innumerevoli settori industriali.
Il raffreddamento a liquido della struttura
esterna
del
motore
garantisce
una
dissipazione
ottimale
delle
perdite
consentendo
prestazioni
costanti
indipendenti dall’ambiente di installazione.
L’albero cavo passante consente inoltre
soluzioni di installazione normalmente non
realizzabili con sistemi tradizionali.

THE NEW permanent magnets SYNCHRONOUS MOTORS LTS
SINCROVERT® series have been developed and made mainly to
satisfy the needs of modern motorization where the “load” is
driven directly by the motor without any additional mechanical
equipment like gearboxes, belts and pulley, reductions and
flexible couplings.
Extremely simple concept to apply the torque generated by the
electric motor directly where is required; on the shaft of the
machine.
In details these new motors, even if are very compact, allow to
obtain very high torque, speed and positioning precision,
extremely low noise during the operation and can be perfectly
integrated into the machine structure.
The use of this innovative motor allows to project very simple
power transmission systems, reliable, precise, and suitable for many different industrial installations.
The liquid cooling of the external structure of the motor guarantee an optimal dissipation of the losses and
constant performances indipendently from installation environment. The hollow shaft allows many different
installation solutions which are normally not possible with the traditional systems.
