Founded SO.PA.F, a finance company listed on the Stock Exchange in 1984,
that operates in the areas of private equity, corporate finance and capital
markets, securities brokerage through Pasfin Securities Sim, and real estate
through GIFIM (listed on the Stock Exchange and subsequently incorporated
into SO.PA.F).
1990
SO.PA.F is awarded the Oscar di Bilancio (Financial Statements Oscar).
Voted Bocconiano of the Year in 1990. Founder and member of the
Management Committee of AIFI (private equity association).
1978 – 2005
CEO of SO.PA.F until May 2005, when he resigned following the transfer of
control of SO.PA.F
