Communication skills
▪ Good communication skills gained through my experience as CPR educator/facilitator/instructor and
as team leader in the management of In-Hospital emergency/cardiac arrest.
Organisational / managerial skills
▪ I am an expert of team management: team leader of rapid response team during in-hospital
emergency and cardiac arrest. I had good technical abilities to manage complex situations giving
quick response and very often under pressure. I feel comfortable with stressful situations and I
gained experience over the last 20 years to manage complex and danger situations.
▪ I am also an expert of team management as Director and Educator during training medical courses:
management of instructors and large team during Advanced Life Support Courses and management
of difficult candidates during training courses.
▪ Finally, I am an expert as Project Coordinator during research projects. As a researcher, I have
achieved several tasks and I am able to coordinate and develop a project, with the ability to involve
and motivate co-workers and to organize the required interventions.
Job-related skills
▪ I have often managed conflict situations during in-hospital emergency (clinical/ethical problems) and I
have frequently used “crisis resource management techniques” with the use of a non-technical skill
approach.
▪ I believe in teamwork and I strongly believe that it is better to train the all team instead of single
members of the team. During the last 20 years, I have managed, as an Educator, difficult candidates
during training courses and I have improved communication strategies helpful to solve conflicts.
Computer skills
Other skills
Driving licence
▪ Good command of Microsoft Office tools, good command of file sharing tools, social network
platform (You Tube, Facebook, Twitter, Word press, etc.), audio and video editing (Premiere
Elements, Power Director, Pinnacle Studio), Skype, Go To Meeting and Survey Methods;
▪ Good command of clinical database collection (design and development), CPR training course
(design and development), e-learning course management (design and development);
▪ Good command of application for smartphones and serious game (design and development).
▪ Play piano, clarinet, electric guitar, bass guitar and saxophone;
▪ Video and audio editing and cam digital recording;
▪ Swimming and dancing.
