Questo famoso tè proviene dalla regione del Fujian Congou nel villaggio di Tanyang (Panyong), per secoli una delle aree più famose per
la produzione di Tè rossi nella regione. Il suo nome deriva dalla forma delle foglie che ricordano i capelli di alcune scimmie o ai riflessi dorati
del liquore in tazza. Le foglie per produrre questo Tè sono accuratamente raccolte a mano e composte da un germoglio e una foglia. Sono
strette leggermente curve di colore scuro con germogli dorati. Questo Tè è dolce, pieno di corpo, dall’aroma fruttato e gusto persistente.
This famous tea comes from the Fujian region in the village of Congou Tanyang (Panyong), for centuries one of the most famous areas for
the production of Red tea in the region. Its English name comes from the shape of the leaves that looks like the hair of monkeys or from
the red golden liquor in the cup. The leaves to produce this tea are carefully hand-picked and composed of a bud and a leaf, they are
slightly narrow curves dark color with golden buds. This tea liquor is sweet, full-bodied, with fruity flavours and flowery accents.
