Marvel's 'Star Wars' #1, 2015's biggest comic
This week marks the start of a new era for Star Wars with the launch of Marvel’s Star Wars #1
by the all-star team of Jason Aaron, John Cassaday, and Laura Martin. Not only will it be the
first Marvel-published Star Wars book in over 20 years, but it’s the next entry in the brand-new
Star Wars canon.
Set between episodes IV and V, the book will focus on the adventures of Luke Skywalker, Han
Solo, and Princess Leia following the Death Star’s destruction. It’s also quite possibly the
biggest comic of 2015, expected to sell one million copies—the first comic in two decades to do
so in fact
Star Wars #1 will launch on
Jan. 14, 2015.
