Communication skills
▪ Good communication skills gained through my experience as PhD student at the Department of Life
Sciences (Second University of Naples) and then consolidated in the field of pharmaceutical
biotechnology sector during my working experiences. These capabilities have improved at the
Zoological Station Anton Dorhn especially as regards "team" coordination ability and communicating
in a simple and clear way with all colleagues.
Organisational / managerial skills
▪ Excellent organizational skills in the lab and spirit of organization and coordination of work activities
especially in the field of Research and development (R&D). Currently involved in the launching of a
new Spin-Off BioSearch S.r.l. with the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dorhn, ICB-CNR Institute and
Italbiotech (Non profit organization).
