Bilova Evo, cerniera con chiudiporta integrato per porte in battuta sia interne che esterne, è l’ultima proposta di Colcom Group, ed è
caratterizzata da una forma sottile e allungata che permette all’automatismo di chiusura di lavorare in verticale (in questo modo
la parte che pinza il vetro può avere forme
sottili e ridotte). Dotata di chiusura regolabile e controllo costante di frenatura per tutte
le angolazioni di apertura della porta fino a
180°, è disponibile anche nella versione con
automatismo di chiusura da 90° a 0°, controllo
costante di frenatura e cerniera libera da 90°
a 180°. A fine corsa è fornita di un ammortizzatore anti-scardinamento ed è dotata di un
dispositivo di sovra-pressione che evita rotture in caso di strattonamento accidentale.
L’unicità della forma degli ugelli di regolazione e il circuito idraulico sono caratteristiche
brevettate che consentono la perfetta regolazione dei movimenti anche in spazi minimali
altrimenti impossibili. Nel corso dell’anno è
stata integrata da due nuove applicazioni per
interni: la prima con attacco a parete disponibile sia per vetro-vetro che per vetro-muro,
la seconda con piastrina di fissaggio a pavimento da scegliere se è preferibile scaricare
il peso a terra, disponibile solo nella versione
vetro-muro. Entrambe sono cerniere libere,
senza automatismo di chiusura e senza freno
antivento e vanno accoppiate ad una Biloba
EVO standard forza 3. Recentemente, poi, è
stata presentata Biloba EVO Frame, la versione di Biloba EVO per porte con profili in
battuta sia interne che esterne, e permette
l’installazione su porte con profilo in battuta
con profondità stipite da 30 a 50 mm. Come
tutti i prodotti Colcom, l’intera gamma Biloba EVO, è stata sottoposta a severi collaudi

che ne garantiscono prestazioni e durata nel
tempo, si distingue per il design pulito ed elegante unito alla funzionalità e alla semplicità
di installazione. L’installazione di Biloba EVO
non prevede la rottura del pavimento come
per i tradizionali chiudiporta, permettendo
pertanto installazioni veloci senza dispendio
di tempo e costi.

Bilova Evo, a hinge with an incorporated
door closer for both internal and
external doors is the latest product by
Colcom Group. It is distinguished by
its thin elongated form that allows the
closing mechanism to work vertically
(the part that clamps the glass can be
thinner and smaller). Equipped with
an adjustable closing mechanism and
soft-close braking control for every angle
where the door opens up to 180°, it is
also available in a version that closes
automatically from 90° to 0°, with a
soft-close braking control, and remains
free from 90° to 180°. When it comes to
the end of its run the door is fitted with
a damper that prevents unhinging and
features an overpressure device that
prevents breaking if is accidentally
shoved. The unique shape of the
regulating nozzles and the hydraulic
circuit are patented features that make
it possible to adjust the movement
perfectly even in small spaces that were
once impossible. Two new applications
have been added this year for internal
doors: the first one is a wall-mounting
for both glass to glass and glass to
wall applications, the second with a
floor mounting plate to use when it is
preferable to release the weight
down to the ground, available only in
the glass to wall version. Both are free
hinges, without automatic closing
devices or wind-brake, and can be
matched with a force 3 standard Biloba
EVO. The new Biloba EVO Frame
was recently introduced, a version
of Biloba EVO for hinged door frames
with stop for indoors or outdoors with
a 30 to 50 mm jamb. Like all Colcom
products, the entire Biloba EVO range
has been submitted to strict testing that
guarantees performance and durability
over time. It stands out for a clean and
elegant design, and it’s easy to install.
Drilling the floor is not required unlike
any other traditional door closer, thus
making it quick to install, saving time
