Funzionamento:
Leggere ed osservare le istruzioni d’uso e di montaggio del sistema di tubi CSST di EUROTIS.
Per flangiare un tubo CSST operare come segue:
1) inserire sul tubo CSST (C) il dado (D) con il filetto in direzione del lato da flangiare;
2) serrare la dima (E) in corrispondenza della seconda gola del tubo CSST (C) in modo che
vengano compresse due corrugazioni;
3) inserire la dima (E) nell’adattatore EUROTIS (A);
4) azionare la macchina motore (B) premendo il pulsante (F);
5) effettuata la flangia premere il pulsante (F) per fare tornare l’attrezzatura nella posizione
iniziale;
6) sfilare la dima (E) dall’adattatore EUROTIS (A);
7) verificare che la flangia (G) del tubo CSST sia integra, completamente piatta e senza spigoli.
Operation:
Read and comply with the use and assembling instructions of EUROTIS CSST tubing system.
To flange a CSST tube act as follow:
1) insert the nut (D) in the CSST tube (C) with the thread on the side of the end to be flanged;
2) insert the template (E) on the second wing of the CSST tube to compress two corrugations;
3) insert the template (E) in the EUROTIS adapter (A);
4) push the button (F) to set in motion the drive unit (B);
5) when the flange has been performed, push the button (F) to return the drive unit in its starting
position;
6) slip the template (E) out of the EUROTIS adapter (A);
7) check that the flange (G) of the CSST tube is complete, entirely flat and without burr.
