Sotto il piano delle griglie sono posizionate le travi longitudinali fabbricate in lamiera zincata
e piegata, che facilitano l’espulsione dell’aria.
Plafoniere inclinate con neon ispezionabili dall’interno, con vetro infrangibile e protetto da
fughe d’aria tramite guarnizione in gomma, posizionate nel tetto della cabina. Una seconda
fila di luci si trova, ad un’altezza prestabilita, nei pannelli laterali.
Sotto le griglie sono installati i vassoi contenenti la maglia filtrante sintetica in fibra di vetro
(ignifughi) PAINT STOP che hanno la funzione di attirare e trattenere i pigmenti di vernice
presenti nel flusso d’aria in uscita. Nella parte superiore si trovano quattro incastri perimetrali
di fissaggio a forma di “U” dove fissare le pareti perimetrali della cabina.
Inclined ceiling lights with the possibility of inspection from inside, with unbreakable glass,
protected from the air leaks through rubber joint, positioned in the spray booth roof. A second row
of lights is situated, at a pre-established height, in the lateral panels.

Termostato di sicurezza posizionato sullo scambiatore di calore del gruppo generatore, tarato
a 120°C che determina lo spegnimento del bruciatore in caso di aumento anomalo della
temperatura.
A safety thermostat is positioned on the heat exchanger of the generator unit and is set at a
temperature of 120°C which determines the stop of the burner in case of abnormal increase of the
air temperature.

Under the grills there are trays to hold the synthetic glass fibre filters (fireproof) PAINT STOP which
have the function of tapping and keep the paint dust in the outgoing air. In the upper part there
are four perimetric fixation U-shaped joints where to fix the perimetric walls of the spray booth.
