Suppliers’ Portal:
Guide to the registration

INTRODUCTION_Purpose of the document
This document has the scope to support the companies to record themselves on Wind Tre S.p.A. Suppliers’ Portal and
consequently to propose themselves as a potential supplier.
The portal allows the following actions:
1.
Managing the account;
2.
Filling the questionnaire;
3.
References;
4.
Communications.
1. Managing the account
At the beginning, the portal allows to choose the languages: italian
and english
.
It’s enough to select the link “to become supplier” to record ITSELF; it’s available in the section (on the right of the top of the
home page)
In the section “Type of Supplier”you have to select one of the below solutions:

Italian company with VAT code;

Italian individual with VAT code;

Italian company without VAT code;

Not Italian company.
After you filled all the requested information and clicked “OK”, a new page will open “Registration- Data of the supplier and
contact person” with the information already inserted without the possibility to change them (Kind of supplier, Country, P.IVA
or tax code). In this phase, you should select from a list the “principle nature of the activity” you’re offering to Wind Tre S.p.A.
On the same screen, it’s possible to ask the record of much more accounts (from 1 to 3) which will be authorized to accede to
the portal and to communicate with Wind Tre S.p.A.
The request of the registration could be sent, after the previous acceptance of the privacy conditions
At the end of this phase, the platform will bring back the following message:
Every contact person indicated will receive a specific authorization or a denial to the portal’s access. He/She will receive a
private e-mail (to the address indicated at the moment of registration) with the reason of the denial.
In case of authorization, the e-mail will indicate the credentials with the obligation to modify them at the moment of the first
access.
2. If you forget the password
You can recuperate the password with “recovery password”
It’s enough to insert your e-mail to receive a new temporary password , to modify at the first access
3. How to fill the Questionnaire
In the reserved area, it will be possible to proceed to fill to the qualification’s Questionnarie.
The platform allows to visualize the different steps of the qualification’s process.

If it’s the 1st registration, please fill all the mandatory areas.
After one year the Team “Albo Fornitori” will request a renewal. In these cases, the platform will ask you to confirm or update
the form already filled.
The questionnaire is divided in different areas; you can accede to the areas with the menu on the left of the screen.

The bank account details inserted in the questionnaire will be used for the related
bank transfers and they will replace the ones previously communicated
Company Data
Managers and contacts
Data used to verify and to confirm the IBAN
(BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS)

The platform proposes you automatically the last three annuities.

To attach the documents, it’s sufficient to click to the icon and use the function “Load Files”. The issue dates and the deadlines
have to be select from the calendar
The documents and the dates will be verified and confirmed from the team “Albo Fornitori”, before to proceed with the
qualification.

Indicate always all the issue dates and

The questionnaire allows you to choose one of two icons :
“Save Draft” mantains the information inserted which are not yet viewable from Wind Tre S.p.A. Team.
The state of the questionnaire will be “Working” which means under construction and the content will be changeable.
“Save and send” registers the data.
All the data and the attachments will be viewable from Wind Tre S.p.A. team will start with the process of qualification.
Before to send the questionnaire, the platform will underline in red the obligatory areas which haven’t been filled.
If all the fields have been correctly filled, it would possible to proceed with the following phases:
1.Print: for the PDF document, please save it and print it for the signature.
2.Attach: to attach the signed questionnaire.
3.Send: to send to the team Team Albo Fornitori
The following phase is the status “Sent”, the content is now not editable:
The process of qualification will be closed when the platform will report the phrase “Date of closure”.
4. References
In the reserved area , it will be possible update your own References.
Select “Insert Portfolio”; then insert the main information which will be available for the Procurement Buyers in the scouting
phase

environments”, but it allows
the supplier to insert other
kinds of information.
5. Comunication
There is an area “Contact us” to communicate with Wind Tre S.p.A. The way to communicate is a chat.
The supplier will write the text and attach the documents.
