CHEM 5 è una malta bicomponente a basso ritiro indicata per il fissaggio e l’inghisaggio di elementi metallici su supporti compatti quali
calcestruzzo, murature piene e asfalto. Il prodotto è costituito da due
componenti che vengono forniti separati e vengono miscelati al momento del loro utilizzo ottenendo una malta fluida, di ottima resistenza, in grado di garantire una facile lavorabilità e alti valori di tenuta.

Applicazioni
Per l’utilizzo su calcestruzzo, murature piene, asfalto. Per l’ancoraggio
di elementi strutturali, transenne e barriere stradali, per il riempimento di giunti negli elementi prefabbricati e per l’iniezione in cavità
difficilmente accessibili.
Caratteristiche
• Utilizzabile in fori sia asciutti che umidi.
•Stoccaggio: in ambiente fresco e asciutto, a temperature comprese
fra - 10 °C e + 30 °C.
•Scadenza: 12 mesi.
CHEM 5 is a dual component low shrinkage mortar, suitable
for fixing metallic elements on solid supports, such as concrete,
solid masonry and asphalt. The product is composed by two elements which are supplied separate and have to be mixed al the
moment of its use getting a good consistency fluid mortar, able
to guarantee an easy workability and high load values.

Application
For applications on solid supports: concrete, solid masonry and asphalt.
Suited for fixing structural elements, starter bars and barriers, for filling
joints in prefabricated elements and for injection in hollows difficult
to reach.

•Storage temperature: from - 10 °C to max + 30 °C.

Note per l’installazione
Se si prevede l’utilizzo parziale di CHEM 5, miscelare i due componenti in un altro contenitore in parti uguali (50% resina , 50% catalizzatore).
Il catalizzatore va aggiunto lentamente miscelando in continuazione.
Installation note
If it is expected a partial use of CHEM 5, mixer the two components in another
container, using equal portions (50% component A and 50% component B).
To add slowly the catalyst with a continuous mixing.
