“Shelf Ready Packaging” solutions.
The new wrap-around
case packer of the Series IMW 332 dedicated to this specific
packaging type for the retail distribution – the lid can be
easily removed from the package before being positioned onto
the shelves.

Automatic wrap-around case packer, designed to meet a large variety
of packaging requirements and producing cardboard trays with lid of
the SHELF READY PACKAGING type, i.e. ready package to be
positioned on the supermarket shelves

Programmed arrangement of the packaging unit.
-Introduction of the flat cardboard blank picked-up
from the cardboard magazine.
-Transfer of the packaging unit onto the cardboard
blank base.
-Robotic introduction of the blank over the product
collation.
-Forward movement of the packaging unit with folding
of the tray blank.
-Wrapping of the product package, folding/closing of
the tray flaps and stabilisation of the inserted lid.
