PROGRAMMA
PLANNING
DATE ED ORARI
Il torneo avrà luogo presso il Palaghiaccio Tazzoli, in
Torino (Via Sanremo n. 67), nei giorni 2 e 3 Aprile 2016.
La prima partita inizierà sabato alle ore 9.00, e la partita
finale è prevista per domenica, approssimativamente per
le ore 17.00.

The tournament will take place at Palaghiaccio Tazzoli
Arena at Torino on days April 2 & 3, 2016
The first Game will take place Saturday at 9:00 a.m., and
the final Game is planned for Sunday at
approximately 5:00 p.m.

Il costo di iscrizione al torneo è di 320,00 euro per

REGOLAMENTO DEL TORNEO
Il torneo è organizzato al fine fare divertire ed educare i
giovani partecipanti: sarà considerato inaccettabile ogni
sforzo od esasperazione finalizzata alla vittoria del
torneo. I giocatori convocabili sono quelli nati negli anni
2005, 2006 e 2007. Sono ammesse le ragazze nate nel
2004. Il gioco si svolgerà secondo i regolamenti
internazionali in vigore e le interpretazioni ufficiali
fornite della FISG (Federazione Italiana Sport su
Ghiaccio).
Prima della partenza del torneo, i responsabili delle
squadre partecipanti presenteranno la lista dei giocatori
all’Organizzazione del torneo.
Ciascun giocatore dovrà poter essere identificato con un
documento di identità e/o una tessera di federazione
validi. Le squadre saranno formate da un minimo di 8
giocatori + 1 portiere, fino ad un massimo di 12 giocatori
+ 2 portieri. Le squadre ammesse sonon considerate
sotto la responsabilità (dentro e fuori dal ghiaccio), dei
rispettivi responsabili, allenatori e dirigenti. Tutte le
squadre del torneo sono invitate a partecipare alla
cerimonia di premiazione.
TOURNAMENT RULES
The tournament is organized with the aim to entertain
and educate young participants, are unacceptable
the nall forces and exasperation times to win the
tournament. Players are eligible if born
in the years of 2005, 2006 and 2007.The girls born in
2004 are also accepted to play. It is played
in accordance with international regulations in force and
the provisions for the implementation of
FISG (Italian Federation of Ice Sports).
Before the start of the tournament, all managers of the
participating teams will present the list of
team players to the tournament Organization.
Each player must be able to be identified with valid ID
and /or federal card. The teams will be formed
by a minimum of 8 players + 1 goalkeeper to a maximum
of 12 players + 2 goalkeepers.
The teams entered are believed to be under the
responsibility (both within and off the ice) of the
executives, leaders and coaches All teams entered in the
tournament are committed to participate
in the closing ceremony.
PROGRAMMA DEL TORNEO
Le partite saranno giocate nei due terzi esterni del
campo opportunamente diviso. Il terzo centrale, libero
dal gioco, sarà utilizzato dalle squadre per le panchine ed
i cambi gioco; le squadre giocheranno con linee da 4
giocatori + 1 portiere, con un cambio completo di linea
ogni 90 secondi, senza che venga fermato il tempo
(tempo continuo). Il torneo prevede la partecipazione di
10/12 squadre, suddivisi in due gruppi di 5/6 squadre,
per un totale di 5 partite per ogni squadra. Alla fine delle
partite sarà visualizzata la classifica.
Le prime quattro squadre dei due gruppi giocheranno le
semi-finali (la prima del gruppo A contro la seconda del
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
The matchs will be held on 1/3 of the ice rink divided into
two parts. The center of the rink will be
used by the teams as benches, to change; Teams will
compete on the ice with lines of 4 players
+1 goalkeeper, with complete line changes every 90
seconds without stopping the time (continuous
play). The tournament includes the participation of 10 /
12 teams which will meet each other in
two groups of 6 teams each, for a total of 5 games for
each team. At the end of all games there
will be a standings displayed.

gruppo B e viceversa), per il posizionamento dalla prima
alla quarta squadra.
Le squadre posizionate dal terzo al sesto posto in ogni
gruppo, si incontreranno con la rispettiva squadra nella
stessa posizione dell’altro gruppo (terza con terza, quarta
con quarta, etc.), per la classifica dal quinto posto in poi.
La finale, che deciderà i primi due posti, sarà giocata in
un campo lungo 2/3 del campo regolamentare.
I dirigenti di ogni squadra certificano implicitamente lo
stato di idoneità a praticare lo sport agonistico per i
propri atleti.
The teams ranked in the top four of each group will play
the semi-finals (1st group A vs. 2nd
group B - 1st group B vs. 2nd group A) and the final
allocation of places for the first to fourth teams.
The teams ranked from third to sixth place in each group
will meet with their classified team (third
vs. third, fourth vs. fourth, etc.) In order to assign seats in
the fifth end. For the assignment of the
first 2 places, the meeting will be heldon 2/3 of the ice
rink.
The managers of each teamfielding athletes on the court
implicitly certify the fitness to practice
competitive sports.
DURATA DELLE PARTITE
È prevista una durata di due tempi di 12 minuti per tutte
le partite, e di due tempi di 15 minuti per la finale.
DURATION OF THE MATCHES
2 periods x 12 min for first matches. 2 periods x 15 min
for the final matches
GIOCO
Il disco, durante i 90 secondi del periodo di cambio, sarà
sempre attivo. L’ingaggio avverrà solo all’inizio della
partita, quando viene segnato un goal, od in caso di fallo.
Il tempo si fermerà solo in caso di fallo, mediante due
suoni di sirena. Sono previsti due minuti di pausa tra i
due tempi di gioco, con il cambio di campo.
A discrezione degli organizzatori del torneo, in caso di
slittamento di oltre 15 minuti dal programma, potrà
essere cancellato il rifacimento del ghiaccio.
GAME PLAY
The disc during 90 seconds will always be active inthe
game. Faceoffs will occur only at the start
of the game, when a goal is scored or there is an injured
player. The clock will stop only in case
of a player injury, with two sounds of the siren. 2 minute
breaks between the two periods, with a
change of sides.At the discretionof the organizers of the
tournament, in case of delays of over 15
minutes on the program to resurface the ice, it will be
canceled. Even, the 2 minute break between
each period will be canceled.
In the event the tournament is ahead of schedule.
The Organizers in this case will notify teamleaders at
least one hour in advance.
In caso di anticipo del programma del torneo.
In tal caso l’organizzazione del torneo, avviserà i dirigenti
delle squadre almeno un’ora prima.
RISCALDAMENTO
Prima dell’inizio di ogni partita, i giocatori possono
usufruire di 2 minuti di riscaldamento, senza disco, sotto
la supervisione degli allenatori. Nel caso che una squadra
sia in ritardo oltre i 5 minuti rispetto all’inizio di gara
previsto, sarà considerata persa automaticamente la
partita con il punteggio di 5-0. In ogni caso, la partita
potrà essere giocata per il tempo rimanente a
disposizione. Solo gli organizzatori sono responsabili per
tali decisioni.
WARM-UP
Before the start of the games, players can perform a 2minute warm-up on the ice, without the
puck, under the direction of the coaches. If a team is late
for more than 5 minutes for the start of
the game, it automatically lost the game (5-0). However,
the game will be played for the remaining
time available. Only the organizers arer esponsible for
those decisions.
REGOLE DI GIOCO
Il contatto del corpo non è permesso. Ad ogni cambio
linea, segnalato con il suono della sirena, tutti i giocatori
dovranno immediatamente lasciare il disco. Tutti i nuovi
giocatori in ingresso dovranno fare ciò…
Nel caso di comportamento inaccettabile, il giocatore
potrà essere punito con una penalità di 1 o 2 partite, ed
anche in caso di comportamento inappropriato dei
dirigenti o del pubblico di una squadra, gli organizzatori
RULES OF THE GAME
Body Contact is not allowed. Each line change which
takes place at the sound of the siren, all
players must immediately leave the puck. All new players
who enter the ice must do so by their
benches (behind designeted lines). All penalties given will
be replaced by a penalty shot. In the
event of unacceptable behaviour, a player can be
punished with a penalty of 1 game or 2 games,

VALUTAZIONE DEL PUNTEGGIO DI GARA

Pareggio 1 punto
Sconfitta 0 punti
In caso di pareggio tra le squadre dopo la prima fase di
gioco, saranno presi in considerazione i seguenti criteri,
nell’ordine indicato:
Differenza reti
Numero di reti segnate
Numero di reti subite
Numero di minuti di penalità
Squadra con il più giovane giocatore
EVALUATION OF THE POINTS OF THE GAMES
Win 2 point
Tie 1 point
Lose 0 point
In case of a tie between teams after the first phase of
games, the following criteria in order
General goal difference
Number of goals for
Number of goals against
Number of penalty minutes
Team with the youngest player
Tie.
Incase of a tie at the end of the second phase of the
games, each team will make 3 penalty shots,
with 3 different players, after which, in the event of a
tie,we will proceed to the bitter end until the
first error occurs( with the same shots taken).
In caso di pareggio alla fine della seconda fase di gioco,
ogni squadra farà 3 tiri di rigore, con 3 giocatori
differenti, dopo i quali, in caso di pareggio si continuerà
con i tiri di rigore fino al primo errore di differenza (con
lo stesso numero di tiri).
ARBITRI
Le partite saranno condotte da membri delle categorie
giovanili dei Torino Bulls. Le decisioni arbitrali saranno
considerate irrevocabili.
REFEREES
The games will be judge by members of the youth teams
of Torino Bulls. The referees decisions
will be deemed final .
PRESENTAZIONE DELLE SQUADRE
Al fine di dare il massimo spazio alle partite, non è
prevista la presentazione ufficiale delle squadre.
Crediamo, del resto, possiate presenziare tutti alla
cerimonia di premiazione e chiusura del Torneo.
PRESENTATIONOF THE TEAMS
In order to focus on the game, there will be no
presentation of the teams. We trust, therefore, in
your presence at the awards ceremony and closing of the
Tournament.
SPOGLIATOI
Sarà possibile lasciare l’attrezzatura da gioco, durante la
notte, negli spogliatoi, che saranno chiusi a chiave.
L’organizzazione, in ogni caso, si solleva da ogni
responsabilità in ordine a danneggiamenti o furti
all’interno degli spogliatoi.
LOCKER ROOMS
It will be possible to leave uniforms for a night of the
players in the locker room that will be locked
closed.
The organizers raise any liability for any damage or items
missing from the locker rooms.
PASTI
I pranzi di sabato e domenica saranno consumati presso
il ristorante del Palaghiaccio Tazzoli, al primo piano (circa
8,00 euro a pasto).
La partecipazione al Torneo darà per scontata
l’accettazione delle regole che ogni dirigente ed
allenatore avranno letto e firmato.
MEALS
The Saturday lunch and Sunday lunch will be eaten at the
restaurant of the Arena (about € 8,00Neach meal).
Participation in the Tournament will lead to the
acceptance of all the rules that every manager and
coach will have read and signed.
