I connettori serie 9150, normalizzati DIN 43650,
costituiscono un valido sistema di connessione
della bobina alla rete elettrica e rispondono alle
esigenze di sicurezza anche in condizioni ambientali con presenza d' umidità. Questi connettori permettono, a seconda delle esigenze di montaggio,
la scelta dell' orientamento della custodia esterna
rispetto al portacontatti interno. Il serracavo della
custodia estrena può essere PG9 oppure PG11,
adatto rispettivamente per cavi di diametro esterno
6/8 oppure 8/10 mm. E' consigliato l' utilizzo di un
cavo tripolare con fili di sezione non inferiore a
0,76 mm2. Il connettore tipo 9900 è invece la versione con cavo costampato di varie lunghezze, in
questa versione non è possibile variare l' orientamento della custodia rispetto al portacontatti.
Entrambi le tipologie, purchè utilizzate con le apposite guarnizioni in dotazione, assicurano un
grado di protezione IP65 secondo EN 60529.
Il connettore modello 9155/R01 è stato sviluppato
specificatamente dalla ditta Castel per utilizzo su
impianti operanti in condizioni ambientali particolarmente severe, quali possono essere ad esempio:
- esposizioni alle condizioni atmosferiche
- ambienti con elevati tassi d' umidità
- formazione ciclica sulla valvola di condensa e
successiva evaporazione
- formazione ciclica sulla valvola di brina e successivo sbrinamento
Questi connettori permettono, a seconda delle esigenze di montaggio, la scelta dell' orientamento
laterale della custodia esterna rispetto al portacontatti interno; non è possibile orientare l' uscita
del cavo verso l' alto. Il pressacavo della custodia
esterna è adatto a ricevere cavi diametro esterno
6/9 mm ed è dotato di ghiera di serraggio con
dispositivo antisvitamento. Anche per questo connettore è consigliato l' utilizzo di un cavo tripolare
con fili di sezione non inferiore a 0,75 mm 2.
Il connettore modello 9150/R01, utilizzato con le
apposite guarnizioni in dotazione, assicura un
grado di protezione IP65/IP68 secondo EN 60529.
I connettori 9150/R44 e 9150/R45 sono dotati di
circuito raddrizzatore a ponte ad onda intera con
VDR di protezione. Il dispositivo VDR, Voltage
e-Dependent-Resistor, è un componente elettronico che viene montato in parallelo all' avvolgimento
e che ha lo scopo di proteggere sia il ponte di diodi
sia la bobina da sovratensioni provenienti dalla
linea d' alimentazione alternata.

represent an effective system for the connection of
the coil to the supply circuit, thus ensuring safety
also in the presence of moisture. These junction
boxes, according to assembly requirements, allow
choosing the position of outer casing compared to
inner terminal block. The clamping screw of casing
may be PG9 or PG11, which are respectively suitable for cables with an external diameter of 6/8 or
8/10 mm. Cables sized 3 x 0,75 mm2 are to be
preferred.
The junction box type 9900 is available with cabled
core of different length. In this case, it is not possible to change the position of casing compared to
terminal block.
Both the two types offer a protection degree IP65
against dust and water, according to EN 60529,
when correctly installed with the proper gasket,
which are supplied as standard.
Castel has developed a specific junction box, type
9155/R01, suitable for use on those refrigerating
systems working in heavy duty enviroments, for
example:
- exposition to the atmospheric conditions
- rooms with high moisture degree
- cyclic condensing/evaporating on the valve
- cyclic icing/defrosting on the valve
This junction box, according to assembly requirements, allows choosing the side position of outer
casing compared to inner terminal block; but it is
not possible to point the cable upwards. The gland
nut of casing is suitable to receive cables with an
external diameter of 6/9 mm and is provided with a
self-locking device. Cables sized 3 x 0,75 mm 2
are to be preferred for this junction box too.
The junction box type 9155/R01 offers a protection
degree IP65/IP68 against dust and water, according
to EN 60529, when correctly installed with the
proper gasket, which are supplied as standard.
The junction box 9150/R44 and 9150/R45 are
equipped with a full-wave bridge rectifier plus VDR
for protection. The VDR device, Voltage e-Dependent-Resistor, is a special type of resistor, placed
in parallel to the coil; its purpose is to protect the
diodes and the coil from any excessive voltage
generated within the ac supply circuit.

zwischen Spule und elektrischem Netz und entsprechen selbst in feucten Umgebungen den Sicherheitsanforderungen. Je nach Montageanforderung kann mit diesen Steckern die Ausrichtung
des Außengehäuses gegenüber dem inneren
Kontakthalter ausgewählt werden. Der Kabelbinder des Außengehäuses kann PG9 oder PG11
sein, jeweils geeignet für Kabel mit Außendurchmesser 6/8 oder 8/10 mm. Es ist ratsam, dreipolige Kabel mit einem Mindestleiterquerschnitt von
0,75 mm2 zu verwenden. Der Stecker vom Typ 9900
ist das Modell mit angepritztem Kabel in verschiedenen Längen; in dieser Version kann die Ausrichtung des Gehäuses gegenüber dem Kontakthalter nicht geändert werden. Beide Tzpen gewährleisten einen Schutzgrad IP65 nach EN 60529, vorausgesetzt dass sie mit den mitgelieferten Dichtungen verwendet werden.
Der Stecker Mod. 9155/R01 wurde von der Fa.
Castel eigens für die Verwendung auf Anlagen, die
in besonders extremen umgebungsbedingungen
betrieben werden, entwickelt. Z.B.:
- Witterungsaussetzung
- Umgebungen mit hohem Feuchtigkeitsgrad
- Zyklische Bildung von Kondensat am Ventil und
nachfolgende Verdampfung
- Zyklische Bildung von Reif am Ventil und nachfolgende Abtauung.
Bei diesen Stechkern kann, je nach Montagebedingungen, das Außengehäuses seitlich zum inneren
Kontakthalter ausgerichtet werden; es besteht die
Möglichkeit, den Kabelausgang nach oben zu richten. Der Kabelbinder des Außengehäuses ist für
die Aufnahme von Kabel mit Außndurchmesser
6/9 mm geeignet und ist mit Klemmring mit Selbstsicherungseinrichtung versehen. Für diesen
Stecker wird ebenfalls die Verwendung eines dreipoligen Kabels mit Mindestleiterquerschnitt von
0,75 mm2 empfohlen.
Der Stecker Mod. 9155/R01 gewährleistet einen
Schtzgrad IP65/IP68 nach EN 60529, vorausgesetzt dass er mit den mitgelieferten Dichtungen
verwendet wird. Die Stecker 9150/R44 und 9150/
R45 verfügen über Brückengleichterschaltung mit
innerer Welle mit VDR-Schutz. Die VDR, Voltage eDependent-Resistor Einrichtung ist eine elektronische Komponente, die parallel zur Wicklung montiert wird und die sowohl die Diodenbrücke als auch die Spule vor Überspannungen, die von der
