CURRICULUM PROFESSIONALE
PRESENTAZIONE DELLO STUDIO E DESCRIZIONE DEL CURRICULUM
Lo STUDIO TECNICO EDILPROGETTI Srl nasce a Prato nel 1981 come società professionale,
fondata dai soci Ing. Galileo Pacini e Ing. Patrizio Puggelli; nel 2008 si trasforma in Società di
Ingegneria conseguendo anche la certificazione UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
Nel luglio 2011 lo Studio rinnova la certificazione della Qualità estendendo il dominio all’attività di
verifica ai fini della validazione.
Lo Studio, che opera nel campo della Ingegneria Civile Edile, Idraulica e dei Trasporti, si avvale delle
prestazioni dei due Ingegneri titolari e di Ingegneri, Architetti e Geometri che collaborano all'interno
dello Studio, tutti con elevata preparazione professionale.
STRUTTURA E SEDE OPERATIVA
Lo STUDIO TECNICO EDILPROGETTI Srl ha sede in Prato Via G.Bovio 4 ed occupa circa 650 mq
dove svolgono la loro attività i titolari ed i numerosi collaboratori interni. Il sistema di progettazione è
integrato inoltre da collaborazioni esterne specialistiche qualificati secondo quanto previsto dalle
norme UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
Le attività in outsourcing riguardanti l’impiantistica, i rilievi topografici, l’energetica, l’acustica e
qualsiasi altra disciplina specialistica sono seguite da professionisti scelti in base referenze e
qualifiche consolidate nel tempo.
La Società si avvale di strumenti interni per la progettazione di provata affidabilità scientifica e
tecnologica che consentono di eseguire i progetti secondo standard di qualità costanti e garantendo
tempi di realizzazione secondo le esigenze del committente.

ITER PROGETTUALE
Tutti i progetti sono gestiti, fino dal rilievo del sito, tramite Workstation in modo interattivo
garantendo, oltre ad un elevato e costante standard di progettazione e resa grafica, la quasi totale
eliminazione di errori causati da imprecisioni che spesso si traducono in onerose e costose varianti
in corso d'opera, causa principale di aumento dei costi.
Inoltre è possibile gestire in tempo reale qualsiasi tipo di modifica necessaria per adeguare il
progetto alle esigenze del committente senza che questo si traduca in oneri eccessivi per lo Studio e
quindi per il Committente.
Questa impostazione fornisce inoltre il vantaggio di poter computare in via interattiva e del tutto
automatica qualsiasi componente del progetto edilizio trasferendo i dati agli appositi programmi che
utilizzano una banca dati costituita da oltre 3500 voci di listino e vari capitolati speciali e tecnico
prestazionali, anche per le opere prefabbricate, tutti realizzati dallo STUDIO EDILPROGETTI Srl in
oltre 30 anni di esperienza.

ATTIVITA' PRINCIPALI
Lo STUDIO EDILPROGETTI Srl opera prevalentemente nel campo dell’Architettura e dell'Ingegneria
Edile, Idraulica ed Infrastrutturale svolgendo essenzialmente la propria attività professionale nelle
seguenti prestazioni:
- Consulenza per studi di fattibilità tecnico economica preliminare alla progettazione;
- Progettazione e Direzione dei Lavori di complessi edilizi sia della parte architettonica che di quella
strutturale;
- Progettazione e Direzione dei Lavori di infrastrutture primarie quali strade, fognature, acquedotti,
impianti di illuminazione, reti tecnologiche etc.;
- Appalti e contratti di opere edili ed infrastrutture;
- Appalti e contratti di opere prefabbricate con scelta in base anche a predeterminati requisiti tecnicoprestazionali e di finitura dei componenti;
- Contabilità e verifica degli stati di avanzamento lavori; controllo degli adempimenti contrattuali;
- Assistenza ai collaudi relativi sia alla parte strutturale che alle infrastrutture principali.
ATTITUDINI PROFESSIONALI
Lo STUDIO EDILPROGETTI Srl ha avuto, sin dalla sua nascita, la prerogativa di un continuo
aggiornamento tecnologico al fine di offrire al Committente il massimo vantaggio in termini qualitativi
ed economici. Tale impostazione si ripercuote nel vivo interesse dei progettisti verso le nuove
tecnologie ed i nuovi materiali da costruzione, ambiti questi in continua evoluzione per i quali è

Dalla sua costituzione (anno 1981), in oltre 30 anni di attività professionale, lo STUDIO TECNICO
EDILPROGETTI Srl ha progettato e diretto, principalmente in appalto per Società private ed Enti
pubblici, opere relative a molti settori di intervento tra i quali:

- Edilizia commerciale direzionale per oltre 1.000.000 mc;

Studi di Firenze in Ingegneria Civile sez. Edile;

Supera l’Esame di Abilitazione e si iscrive all’Albo Professionale della Provincia di Firenze per
poi passare a quello della Provincia di Prato al n° 164;

Dopo un breve periodo di apprendistato, durante il quale assolve gli obblighi militari, fonda nel
1981 lo STUDIO TECNICO EDILPROGETTI del quale è contitolare insieme al collega Dott.
Ing. Patrizio Puggelli;

Assistente volontario al corso di Tecnica delle Costruzioni presso la Facoltà di Ingegneria

COMPANY PRESENTATION AND DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
STUDIO TECNICO EDILPROGETTI Srl was established in Prato in 1981 as a professional
partnership by engineers Galileo Pacini and Patrizio Puggelli. In 2008, it was transformed into an
Engineering Company and obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification.
In July 2011, the Company renewed its Quality certification and expanded its activities to validation
testing.
The Company operates in the areas of Civil Construction, Hydraulic and Transportation Engineering,
and avails itself of the work of the two owners and its in-house staff consisting of highly trained and
experienced Engineers, Architects and Surveyors.
STRUCTURE AND HEAD OFFICE
STUDIO TECNICO EDILPROGETTI Srl has its head office in Prato (Italy), in Via G.Bovio 4, covering
an area of approximately 650 sq.m. Here, the owners and in-house staff carry out their design work in
collaboration with external specialised and qualified professionals in compliance with UNI EN ISO
9001:2008 standards, who are selected based on references and long-standing qualifications.
The outsourced activities range from plant design and topographic surveys to energetics and
acoustics, as well as any other area of specialisation.
With proven scientific and technological reliability, the Company’s internal design tools ensure all
projects are carried out according to ongoing quality standards and in order to meet each Client’s
specific scheduled needs.

DESIGN PROCESS
Starting from on-site surveying, all projects are managed interactively through a Workstation
alongside an ongoing high-quality design and graphics rendering standard, an almost complete
elimination of errors caused by inaccuracies, which often translate into onerous and costly alterations
while work is still under way.
Plus, it is possible to manage, in real time, any type of change made to the project in order to meet
the Client’s needs, without being excessively burdensome to the Studio and, consequently, to the
Client.
Moreover, this approach has the advantage of enabling an interactive and fully automatic computing
of all components of the building project, by transferring data to the relevant programmes. These
use a databank consisting of over 3,500 price list items, as well as several special and technical
performance specifications, including for prefabricated works, which have been entirely carried out
by STUDIO EDILPROGETTI Srl in over 30 years of experience.

STUDIO EDILPROGETTI Srl mainly operates in the field of Architecture and Building, Hydraulic and
Infrastructural Engineering, and provides, in particular, the following services:

Since its establishment in 1981, in over 30 years of professional activity, STUDIO EDILPROGETTI
Srl has designed and directed works, mostly contracted by private companies and public bodies, in

PRESENTATION DE L'ETUDE ET DESCRIPTION DU CURRICULUM
Le STUDIO TECNICO EDILPROGETTI Srl est né à Prato en 1981 comme une entreprise
professionnelle, fondé par les membres Ing. Galileo Pacini et Ing. Patrizio Raffaello Puggelli et en
2008 devient Société d’Ingénierie avec la certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
En Juillet 2011, l'entreprise renouvelle la certification de la qualité en élargissant le domaine avec la
vérification aux fins de validation.
La société, qui opère dans le domaine de la Génie Civil, Hydraulique et des Transports, repose sur la
performance de les deux ingénieurs titulaires et des ingénieurs, architectes et géomètres qui
travaillent dans l'entreprise, tous avec une grande préparation professionnelle.
STRUCTURE ET SIÈGE SOCIAL
Le STUDIO TECNICO EDILPROGETTI Srl est situé à Prato en via G. Bovio n.4 et occupe environ
650 mètres carrés où les titulaires exercent leurs activités avec nombreux employés internes. Le
système du conception est intégré avec des collaborations externes spécialistes et qualifiés
conformément à la norme UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
Les collaborations externes sur les installations industrielles, les relevés topographiques, la
conception d’énergie et de l’acoustique, etc. sont suivis par des professionnels choisis sur la base des
qualifications et des références consolidées au fil du temps.
La Société utilise des instruments internes pour le projet avec une fiabilité scientifique et technique
attesté qui permettent d’exécuter les projets selon standards de qualité constants pour garantir temps
de réalisation selon les exigences du client.

PROCÉDURE DE CONCEPTION
Tous les projets sont gérés, à partir du relèvement du site, en utilisant Workstation en manière
interactive pour garantir, en plus d'un niveau toujours élevé de la conception et de la rendue
graphique, l'élimination presque totale des erreurs causées par des imprécisions qui mènent souvent
des variantes coûteux pendant la construction, la principale cause de l’hausse des coûts.
En outre, nous pouvons gérer en temps réel les modifications nécessaires pour adapter le projet aux
besoins du client, sans que cela se traduira par une charge excessive pour l'étude et ensuite pour le
client.
Cette organisation offre l'avantage de pouvoir calculer, dans une manière automatique et interactive,
tous les composants d’un projet de construction par le transfert des données vers les programmes
appropriés qui utilisent une banque des données composée de plus des 3500 listes des prix des
articles avec diverses caractéristiques spéciales et performances techniques, même pour œuvres
préfabriqués, tous réalisées par STUDIO EDILPROGETTI Srl en plus de 30 ans d'expérience.

Génie Civil, de l'Hydraulique et des Infrastructures en déroulant une partie essentielle des ses

The Quality Policy describes the principles established by Studio Tecnico Edilprogetti Srl in order to meet the needs and
expectations of our Clients and of all other parties involved. The Management confirm their commitment to providing the
resources, organisation, training and support for the achievement of the Company’s objectives.
The Management, Validation Technical Staff, Administration, Collaborators and, generally, all service providers operating on behalf
of Studio Tecnico Edilprogetti srl are required to undertake the continuous implementation of our Quality Policy.
The underlying principles for the achievement of our objectives are:

Customer Satisfaction;

Abidance by the governing Rules;

Respect for the Clients’ Personal Data;

Problem prevention;

Ongoing process improvement;

Ongoing shared commitment to Quality;

Professional Integrity, Independence and Impartiality during Project Validation.
The objectives we daily strive to achieve while performing our activities are:

Dissemination, Support and Implementation of our Policy at all levels of the Organisation;

La Politique de Qualité décrit les politiques que le Studio Tecnico Edilprogetti Srl a mis en place pour répondre aux
besoins et aux attentes du client et de tous les intervenants. La Direction confirme son engagement à fournir les
ressources, l'organisation, la formation et le support pour atteindre les objectifs.
La Direction, le Staff Technique de Validation, le Secrétariat, les Collaborateurs et, en général, tous les prestataires
des services qui agissent au nom de le Studio Tecnico Edilprogetti Srl sont obligés de s'engager d'une manière
continue dans la mise en œuvre de notre politique de qualité.
Les principes utilisés dans la poursuite de nos objectifs sont les suivants:

d'indépendance et d'impartialité des activités spécifiques de vérification.
La mise en œuvre de la Politique de qualité est une responsabilité quotidienne de la Direction. Le Personnel, le
Secrétariat et les Collaborateurs participent activement à la réalisation des objectifs. L'entreprise soutient financièrement
la mise en œuvre de la politique et la soumettre à des évaluations périodiques intérieur. Le système de gestion est
également soumise à la surveillance objective par des organismes de certification indépendants.
