Esperienza e competenza nella Chimica e nell’Analisi
di polimeri con un servizio di deformulazione di prodotti
e di studio di problematiche industriali.
Il nostro Centro Ricerche è in grado di effettuare
separazione di matrici, estrazioni, determinazione del
contenuto solido, perdite in peso, ecc., e di applicare
metodi di analisi chimica qualitativa e quantitativa.
I nostri tecnici sono in grado di analizzare, determinare e
quantificare sostanze ad alto e basso peso molecolare,
e conta sulle seguenti tecniche: Nuclear Magnetic
Resonance Spectroscopy – NMR, in soluzione; nuclei:
¹H, ¹³C, Si e multinulcleo; temperatura variabile
(25°C-150°C).
Il laboratorio possiede una ampia esperienza nell’analisi
e nel riconoscimento di polimeri e prepolimeri.
Our Research Centre, equipped with experience and
expertise in Chemistry and in the Analysis of polymers
and with a product deformulation service and industrial
problem-solving, is able to perform the separation of
matrices, extractions and to determine solid contents,
weight losses etc and to implement methods of
quantitative and qualitative chemical analysis.
Our technicians are able to analyze, to determine and
quantify substances of high and low molecular weight,
relying on the following techniques: Nuclear Magnetic
Resonance Spectroscopy – NMR in solution ; nuclei:
¹H, ¹³C, Si and multi-nucleus; variable temperature
(25°C-150°C).
The laboratory has a vast experience in the analysis and
recognition of polymers and pre-polymers.

UV. Irraggiamenti con Lampade Xenon. Forni con cicli di
temperatura.
Studio di invecchiamento termico dei materiali e
di resistenza alle temperature. Dinamometro con
camera di misura a temperatura variabile (–100°C +200°C); celle: 5-50-500 dan. Camera Climatizzata
a temperatura e umidità controllate (23 ±1°C e 50±5%
u.r.). Colorimetro. Misure colore.

Sviluppo sostenibile, efficienza energetica,
sicurezza, oltre alla produzione di innumerevoli
adesivi e sigillanti che contribuiscono ogni
giorno a migliorare la qualità della nostra vita.
Questa è PIGAL.
PIGAL, azienda leader nel settore degli adesivi e
sigillanti, ha precorso i tempi mettendo in opera
il suo nuovo impianto fotovoltaico destinato a
produrre energia per il proprio assorbimento
interno (produzione, magazzino ed uffici). Su
entrambi i capannoni industriali di Crespellano
e Monteveglio (BO) sono stati installati 2.110
pannelli fotovoltaici in silicio policristallino da
0,230 Kwp. La potenza complessiva installata
è di 485 Kwp, per una produzione stimata di
465.000 Kwh/anno. Un consistente investimento
finanziario destinato non solo a ottenere benefici
energetici interni, ma anche a ridurre il proprio
impatto ambientale. Infatti, in termini di emissioni
nocive evitate i dati sono molto eloquenti: PM10
= 0,0065 tonnellate/anno, NOx = 0,6755
tonnellate/anno e infine gas ad effetto serra
(CO2) = 1.020 tonnellate/anno.
In questo modo PIGAL intende concretamente
andare incontro alla sensibilità ambientale, con
particolare attenzione all’innovazione e allo

sviluppo, nel massimo rispetto della collettività e
dei suoi bisogni di lungo periodo, in modo reale
e con benefici immediati per tutti.
L’attenzione all’ambiente, alla qualità dell’aria
che respiriamo, alle fonti energetiche pulite
sono la più forte testimonianza di una spiccata
sensibilità aziendale verso gli altri.
Sensibilità che si manifesta in ogni ambito: nei

ENVIRONMENT
Sustainable development, energy efficiency
and safety, over and above the production
of numerous adhesives and sealants which
contribute each day to improve the quality of
our lives. This is PIGAL.
The company PIGAL, a leader in the field of
adhesives and sealants, has preceded the
times by installing its new photovoltaic system
destined to produce energy for its own internal
consumption (production, warehouse and
offices). 2,110 photovoltaic panels made of
polycrystalline silicone 0.230 kWp have been
installed on both of the industrial buildings
located in Crespellano and Monteveglio.
The total installed power is 485 Kwp, to
produce an estimated 465.000 Kwh/year.
A significant financial investment, designed,
not only to achieve internal energy benefits,
but also to reduce their environmental impact.
In fact, in terms of avoided harmful emissions,
the data is very eloquent: PM10=0,0065
tonnes/year, NOx= 0,6755 tonnes/year
and lastly, gas (harmful for the ozone) (CO2) =
1.020 tonnes/year.
In this way, PIGAL intends to protect the
environment, paying particular attention to

prodotto penetra nel materiale ed elimina la
polvere residua. Un sottile strato di U-Primer
110 è sufficiente per promuovere la sigillatura
del substrato. In caso di superfici molto porose si
ripete l’operazione applicando il primer per due
o più volte.
