SILDRIVE 100S
-SILDRIVE 100S è un sistema di dosaggio pneumatico realizzato per la miscelazione
di siliconi bicomponenti con rapporto 1:1.
-Attraverso due regolatori di flusso posti sulla testata miscelatrice si effettua la
taratura dei due componenti e da questa operazione in poi la macchina non necessita
più di alcun intervento.
-I due componenti rimangono separati fino all’ingresso del miscelatore statico per cui
la testata miscelatrice e tutti gli altri componenti del dosatore non necessitano di
alcuna manutenzione.
-Il miscelatore statico può essere recuperato semplicemente sfilando l’elica interna e
lasciando indurire il silicone per poi rimuoverlo dall’elica stessa e dal tubo dove
viene alloggiata. Quindi, esso rappresenta l’unico spreco che si ha: circa 3 g.
-Con SILDRIVE 100S il silicone dosato necessita di un unico passaggio in vuoto per
eliminare le bolle d’aria poiché il suo principio di funzionamento tende ad eliminare
le bolle stesse.

-SILDRIVE 100S is a pneumatic mixer for two-components silicon rubber. Mixing
ratio 1:1
-Before to use it need a setting by the regulators on the erogator
-The two components stay separating as far as the input of the static mixer so the
erogator doesn’t need of maintenance
-the static mixer can be use more times. It need take out the screw from the pipe end
when the silicone is hard, clean it by hand. It is the only waste: about 3g
-The silicon mixed by SILDRIVE 100S needs of only one vacuum passage because
the machine delete almost all the air bubbles by self.
