La collezione “Galaxy” viene realizzata in formato
25x40 sfruttando le nuove tecnologie digitali. La serie è
composta da un fondo chiaro con una grafica direzionale
ad onde leggermente madreperlate arricchite da una
lieve struttura bucciardata che rende il fondo stesso, in
base alla rifrazione della luce, abbinabile sia ai colori
caldi che a quelli freddi. A contrasto una struttura a
muretto realizzata in 4 differenti colorazioni con
relativi london e decori, anche questi imprezziositi con
effetti strutturati e madreperlati. A completamento
della serie, in coordinato troviamo il pavimento 34x34
in gres porcellanato.
The “Galaxy” collection has been created in size 25 x 40 by
using the newest digital technologies. This series consists
of a light coloured wall-tile marked by a slightly pearly
wave graphic enriched by a minor textured structure.
Under the refraction of light this makes the tile matchable
with both warm and cold colours. In combination there
is a coordinated “brick” structured tile in four colours
with respective decors and special pieces. To complete this
series we find coordinated gres porcelain floor tiles in size
34 x 34.

The “Jungle” collection consists of a glazed porcelain floor
tile in size 15 x 61 in five different colours. This series
interprets the nature proposing a range of different floor
tiles resembling wood. This effect is obtained by using
digital technology through which we can get a product
capable of faithfully reproducing the veins of natural
wood and makes every single tile different from the others.

CONSIGLI PER LA POSA DI TUTTI I FORMATI RETTANGOLARI A CATALOGO.
Di seguito indichiamo alcuni consigli per valorizzare le caratteristiche del prodotto in fase di posa. Un accorgimento basilare per la
posa del nostro prodotto è quello di alternare con cura le differenti tonalità prelevando le piastrelle a gruppi di 3-4 pezzi per volta
da almeno cinque scatole diverse. Distribuire in modo armonioso le diverse nuances di colore che si evidenziano e controllare il
risultato di tanto in tanto, osservando da opportuna distanza una porzione di lavoro eseguita.
POSA MATERIALI RETTIFICATI.
Per la posa dei materiali rettificati è comunque sempre indispensabile manteere una fuga minima di 2 mm. da una piastrella all’altra
usufruendo di stucchi e sigillanti di colore coordinato a quello del materiale. Nella posa dei materiali rettificati rettangolari, è importante
evitare di far collimare i vertici di una piastrella con la metà delle altre, al fine di sopperire alle eventuali imperfezioni di planarità presenti
comunque in tutti i grandi formati. Trattandosi di materiale tagliato e rettificato, per evitare questo problema, è consigliabile posare il
materiale a correre, con intervallo da 0 a 15 cm. E’ fortemente auspicabile affidare la posa a personale esperto che, dopo aver verificato la corretta planarità della caldana e la qualità del materiale, contribuirà alla impeccabile esecuzione dell’incarico.
In preparazione della posa, si raccomanda di controllare il tono, il calibro e la scelta. Il nostro materiale è deliberatamente prodotto e
scelto con leggere differenze di tonalità che esaltano gli effetti delle grafiche e dei colori. É inoltre necessario utilizzare durante la posa,
piastrelle prelevate da scatole diverse. L’utilizzo di materiale diverso da quello ordinato o difettoso significa l’accettazione delle caratteristiche qualitative ed esclude contestazioni. Contestazioni sul materiale già posato non sono accettate.

CONSEILS POUR LA POSE DE TOUS LES FORMATS RECTANGULAIRES PRÉSENTÉS SUR LE CATALOGUE.
Vous trouverez ci-après quelques conseils grâce auxquels vous pourrez mettre en valeur les caractéristiques du produit au moment
de sa pose. L’un des conseils de base pour poser notre produit est de prendre les carreaux par groupes de 3 ou 4 d’au moins cinq
boîtes différentes, de manière à alterner les tonalités. Répartissez harmonieusement les nuances de couleurs que vous remarquerez et
contrôlez le résultat de temps à autre en regardant de loin la portion de travail déjà exécutée.
POSE DES MATÉRIAUX RECTIFIÉS.
Pour poser les matériaux rectifiés, il est toujours indispensable de garder un joint minimum de 2/3 mm entre deux carreaux, en appliquant
des produits de remplissage des joints et des produits de scellement d’une teinte assortie à celle du matériau. Au cours de la pose des
matériaux rectifiés rectangulaires, il est important d’éviter de faire coïncider les angles d’un carreau avec la moitié des autres, afin de faire
face aux éventuelles imperfections de planéité qui, d’une manière ou d’une autre existent toujours dans les grands formats. Étant donné
qu’il s’agit de matériau coupé et rectifié, pour éviter ce problème, il est préconisé de poser le matériau en alignement continu, avec un intervalle de 0 à 15 cm. Il est vivement recommandé de confier la pose aux soins d’un carreleur compétent qui, après avoir vérifié si la planéité
de la sous-couche isolante est correcte et jugé de la qualité du matériau, contribuera, par son expérience, à une exécution impeccable.
Avant la pose, nous vous prions de bien vouloir vérifier les critères suivants: tonalite, calibre et choix. Le dénouançage est une caractéristique qui exalte les colories et les graphismes du matériel. Il est conseillé aussi, pendant la mise en oeuvre du matériel, de prélever les carreaux de plusieurs boîtes. L’utilisation du matériel qui ne correspond pas au matériel commandé et/ou défectueux donne lieu automatiquement à l’acceptation du produit posé et exclus toute contestation. Les éventuels litiges sur du matériel déjà posé ne seront pas acceptés.

INSTALLATION SUGGESTIONS FOR ALL RECTANGULAR FORMATS IN THE CATALOGUE.
You will find a few suggestions for making the most of the product at the installation stage. A basic strategy to adopt when laying our
product is to carefully alternate the different shades taking the tiles three or four at a time from at least five different boxes.
Harmoniously distribute the various shades thet are most striking and check the result from time to time, surveying the section of work
done, from a suitable distance. The materials should be checked before installation and put aside if they are defective because no
compliants will be accepted that have already been installed.
INSTALLATION OF RECTIFIED MATERIALS.
For the installation of rectified materials it is anyway essential to keep a gap between the tiles of at least 2/3 mm. using grouts and
sealers that are colour co-ordinated with the material. When laying rectangular rectified material, it is important to avoid placing the
edges of each tile next to the halves of others in order to compensate for any imperfections in flatness that are, however, always
present in large sizes. As this is cut and rectified material to avoid the problem it is recommended to lay the material in a straightforward
design with an interval from 0 to 15 cm. between each tile as per the pattern shown below. It is highly suggested to have the
installation done by qualified experts who, after checking the proper flatness of the concrete slab and the quality of the material, will
contribute to carrying out of the job flawlessly.
When setting the tiles, please check tone, caliber and choice. Our material is deliberately produced and chosen with slight
differences in shade which underline the colour effect it is absolutely necessary to use tiles from different boxes when installing. The
use of material different from the order or defective means acceptance of the quality characteristics of the goods and excludes
complaints. Complaints about material already installed will not be accepted.

RATSCHLÄGE FÜR DIE VERLEGUNG SÄMTLICHER RECHTECKIGEN FORMATE DES KATALOGS
Um die Eigenschaften des Produkts während der Verlegung voll zur Geltung zu bringen, ist als Erstes eine abwechslungsreiche Anordnung der Farbtöne empfohlen, wofür die Fliesen in Gruppen von jeweils 3-4 Stück von wenigstens fünf Schachteln zu entnehmen sind.
Die verschiedenen Farbtöne sind dann zusammenpassend zu verteilen, wobei man sich das Ergebnis ab und zu von einer gewissen
Entfernung ansehen sollte.
VERLEGUNG GESCHLIFFENER FLIESEN.
Bei der Verlegung von geschliffenen Fliesen ist es jedenfalls ratsam, eine Fuge von mindestens 2/3 mm vorzusehen und Fugen- und
Dichtmassen mit einer solchen Färbung zu verwenden, die zu den Farbtönen der Fliesen passt. Bei der Verlegung von rechteckig
geschliffenen Fliesen ist infolge der auf sämtlichen großen Formaten vorhandenen Ebenheitsfehler darauf zu achten, dass die oberen
Ränder einer Fliese nicht mit der Mitte der anderen Fliesen zusammentreffen. Da es sich um geschnittenes und geschliffenes Material
handelt, kann dieses Problem dadurch gelöst werden, dass man die Fliesen fortlaufend, mit einem Zwischenraum von 0 bis 15 cm
verlegt. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert, dass die Verlegung von Fachpersonal mit der nötigen Erfahrung ausgeführt wird, das nach der
Überprüfung des Estrichs auf einwandfreie Ebenheit und der Qualität des Materials die ihm anvertraute Arbeit
anstandslos ausführen wird.
Vor der verlegung empfehlen wir eine kontrolle über ton, kaliber und sortierung vorzunehmem. Unsere material wird absichtlich mit
leisten nuancen unterschieden produziert, welche die wirkung der farben und muster bekräftigen. Es ist ferner notwending, wahrend
der verlegung, fliesen aus verschiedenen kartons zu verwenden. Die annahme der ware und schliesst jede beanstandung aus. Beanstandungen von schon verlegte ware werden nicht angenommen.

1.LAVAGGIO DOPO POSA
Il lavaggio dopo posa è un una fase di fondamentale importanza per tutti gli interventi successivi e per la manutenzione.
Con il lavaggio acido dopo posa si eliminano i residui di posa e il normale sporco di cantiere come: malta, colla, pittura, sporco da cantiere
di varia natura…
È bene sapere che oltre il 90% delle contestazioni in cantiere è dovuto ad un cattivo, o addirittura inesistente, lavaggio con detergente acido
dopo posa.
Per questa operazione Fila propone Deterdek, detergente disincrostante acido che non sviluppa fumi nocivi e non aggredisce le fughe. Rimuove lo sporco da cantiere – malta, stucco, incrostazioni di varia natura.
Fila Deterdek unisce all’azione disincrostante anche una efficace azione pulente.
Fila Deterdek è certificato dal Centro Ceramico di Bologna, perché pulisce ma non aggredisce il materiale.
La pulizia di fine cantiere si esegue a completa stagionatura dello stucco cementizio (almeno 36-48 ore), attenendosi scrupolosamente ai
consigli di seguito riportati:
- Utilizzare Fila Deterdek diluito 1:5 (1 litro di Detredek in 5 di acqua possibilmente calda )
-Spazzare bene il pavimento quindi distribuire uniformemente la soluzione di DETERDEK diluito, utilizzando un normale spazzettone,moplavapavimenti (mocio) o uno straccio ruvido per ambienti residenziali oppure frizionando con monospazzola dotata di dischi con tampone di
colore verde per grandi superfici;
- Lasciare agire per qualche minuto, in funzione dell’intensità dello sporco;
- Intervenire energicamente con spugna abrasiva tipo verde oppure con spazzolone con setole in nylon o nel caso di grandi superfici con
monospazzola munita di disco verde e aspira liquidi.
- Raccogliere il residuo con stracci oppure con aspiraliquidi.
Resa: 1 litro/40 m2 – diluizione 1:5
2.PROTEZIONE TIPO LEVIGATO
Con la protezione si:
-impermeabilizza la superficie, rendendola antimacchia
-impermeabilizza le fughe, rendendole antimacchia
-facilita la manutenzione ordinaria
La migliore protezione si realizza con Fila MP/90, un protettivo liquido antimacchia che penetra in profondità proteggendo il pavimento senza
generare pellicole superficiali, per questo motivo Fila MP/90 non altera il colore della superficie e la sua efficacia rimane inalterata per diversi
anni.
-stendere puro a pavimento asciutto e pulito (almeno 4 ore dopo il lavaggio), applicarlo con pennellessa, rullo o straccio avendo cura di distribuirlo in modo omogeneo su tutta la superficie comprese le fughe.
-a pavimento asciutto ( dopo circa 4-8 ore) togliere la parte in eccesso che si è seccata ed è rimasta in superficie, con straccio di cotone pulito
e asciutto, lucidatrice o monospazzola con disco beige.
I residui tenaci si possono rimuovere utilizzando un panno pulito imbevuto di FILA MP/90.
Resa: 1 litro/30 m2 circa
3.PROTEZIONE TIPO LAPPATO
Con la protezione si:
-impermeabilizza la superficie, rendendola antisporco
-ridona lucentezza superficiale
-facilita la manutenzione ordinaria
La migliore protezione si realizza con Fila PD15, un protettivo liquido antisporco che penetra in profondità proteggendo il pavimento senza
generare pellicole superficiali, per questo motivo Fila PD15 non altera il colore della superficie e la sua efficacia rimane inalterata nel tempo e
resiste agli agenti chimici.
-Stendere il prodotto puro a pavimento perfettamente asciutto e pulito (almeno 4-8 ore dopo il lavaggio), applicarlo con pennellessa o straccio
avendo cura di distribuirlo in modo omogeneo su tutta la superficie comprese le fughe.
-Massaggiare accuratamente il prodotto in fase di stesura in modo da farlo penetrare bene e di eliminare completamente i residui di prodotto
dalla superficie.
-Entro 10 minuti dall’applicazione di FILA PD15 BISOGNA togliere la parte in eccesso che si eventualmente è rimasta in superficie, con
straccio di cotone pulito e asciutto o della semplice carta tipo scottex.
Resa: 1 litro/70 m2 circa
4.MANUTENZIONE PER TUTTE LE SUPERFICI
Per la pulizia di tutti i giorni
FilaCleaner detergente neutro a basso residuo.
Si diluisce a seconda dello sporco. Ad elevate diluizioni non necessita di risciacquo.
Non lascia, sulla superficie lavata, residui cerosi o siliconici in quanto ne è privo.
È certificato dal Centro Ceramico di Bologna per la sua efficace azione pulente che non rovina la superficie.
Si può usare anche con macchine lavasciuga.
Resa: 2.000 m2 con 1 litro – diluizione 1:200
Per sporchi più intensi e per togliere le macchie
Fila PS/87 detergente sgrassante e smacchiatore.
Un prodotto, tante funzioni: detergente, sgrassante, decerante e smacchiatore.
Basta scegliere la diluizione giusta per ottenere l’effetto desiderato.
Fila PS/87 è certificato dal Centro Ceramico di Bologna per la sua efficace azione pulente che non rovina la superficie.
- Diluito 1:10 in acqua, per rimuovere sporchi intensi
- Puro, lasciandolo agire per circa 20-40 minuti per rimuovere le macchie e residui di stucco epossidico

1. WASHING AFTER LAYING
After grouting, it is fundamental to clean the surface well.
This operation is performed to eliminate:
- Grout and general residue from laying.
- Building site dirt and superficial residue of material.
For this operation Fila proposes DETERDEK, the acid-reaction detergent which does not emit harmful fumes and, even in this case, does not
spoil the grouting or the colour of the material.
Product: DETERDEK diluted in water in proportion 1:5 (with normal dirt)
Tools: Flat brush or single-brush machine with green disc. Liquid vacuum cleaner.
Sweep the surface well and wet it with water. Distribute DETERDEK diluted according to the degree of dirt. Let it act for a few minutes and
then clean with a single-brush machine with green disc or with a flat brush. Collect the residue with a cloth or with a liquid vacuum cleaner.
Lastly rinse with water.
2.PROTECTION OF POLISHED PORCELAIN TILES
Having carefully washed the material after laying, it is possible to proceed with the protection.
Advantages of protection:
• it prevents absorption of water and oil stains
• it makes maintenance simpler
• it prolongs the life of materials
FILAMP90 is the best stain protection for porcelain tiles. It doesn’t alter the natural colour of surfaces and it is certified as suitable for use
on food contact surfaces.
Application:
1. Use a flat brush
to spread an even coat of FILAMP90 onto a clean and dry surface.
2. After 24 hours, when the floor is dry, remove the excess using a single-disc professional cleaner (white or beige disc) or a household polisher
fitted with felt pads.
3. Stubborn residues can be removed with a cloth dipped in FILASOLV.
3.PROTECTION OF LAPPATO PORCELAIN TILES
Having carefully washed the material after laying, it is possible to proceed with the protection.
Advantages of protection:
• it prevents absorption of water and oil stains
• it makes maintenance simpler
• it prolongs the life of materials
FILAPD15 is a specific dirt repellent protector for all kinds of lappato porcelain tiles. It penetrates deep down, protecting against wear from
traffic and the accumulation of dirt. It adds shine to the material, enhancing its natural colour. The product provides stain protection for the
surface and also the cementitious grouting.
Application:
Apply FILAPD15 to clean a dry floor, covering the surface evenly (including grouting) with a paintbrush, sponge or fleece applicator pad. Rub
the surface with a cloth or single disc machine with white disc to help the product penetrate. Remove any residue within 10 minutes, using a
clean cotton cloth or single-disc machine fitted with a white pad. We recommend applying the product 2/3 m² at a time. The surface is ready
for use after 8 hours.
4.CARE OF ALL SURFACES
Ordinary maintenance:
For cleaning the floor it is recommended to use a neutral detergent with a high cleaning power such as FILACLEANER, ensuring fast and
efficient cleaning while respecting the treatment at the same time.
Dilute one cap of FILACLEANER in a bucket of lukewarm water and rub regularly. No rinsing is required.
To eliminate encrusted dirt and to remove stains:
Encrusted dirt (beverages, food): FILAPS87 eliminates encrusted dirt on the surface.
To clean all surfaces:
Dilute 1:10 to 1:20 and apply to the surface. Leave to act for a few minutes then clean with a single-disc professional cleaner or a scrubbing
brush. Vacuum or wipe up dirt and then rinse with plenty of water.
For a deeper clean, dilute to 1:5.

General sales and property conditions
Gli ordini di materiale debbono essere formulati per iscritto e anche se racconti da nostri agenti o intermediari, si
intendono accettati soltanto a seguito di conferma della nostra direzione.
I prezzi indicati sui nostri listini non sono impegnativi; di conseguenza ci riserviamo il diritto di modificarli prima
dell’accettazione dell’ordine. Anche dopo la conferma d’ordine e fino al momento della consegna del materiale
sarà nostra facoltà disporre variazioni del prezzo per sopravvenuti aumenti dei costi di materie prime, manodopera,
combustibili, spese di produzione.
Tutti i pagamenti devono essere fatti nei termini pattuiti presso la nostra sede. In caso di ritardo Il compratore
inadempiente sarà tenuto a corrispondere interessi di mora della scadenza del termine contrattuale nella misura del
tasso medio praticato dagli istituti bancari su piazza di Modena, salva in ogni caso la risarcibilità dei maggiori danni
del mancato rispetto dei termini ci darà la facoltà di sospendere la consegna di tutti materiali comunque ordinati
senza necessità di comunicazione alcuna.
I termini di consegna hanno carattere indicativo; eventuali ritardi nelle consegne, interruzioni, sospensioni parziali o
totali delle forniture non daranno diritto ad indennizzi o risarcimenti danni.
La consegna del materiale si intende effettuata franco stabilimento. Ogni nostra responsabilità cessa con la consegna
al vettore; il materiale viaggia a rischio e pericolo del destinatario per cui non si accettano contestazioni per eventuali
rotture o manomissioni. Eventuali accordi con spedizionieri, ivi compreso il pagamento de prezzo del trasporto, si
intendono sempre conclusi a nome e per conto dell’acquirente che fin d’ora ratifica ed accetta il nostro operato.
Il materiale si intende venduto con patto di riservato dominio; per cui resterà di nostra proprietà fino ad avvenuto
pagamento.
La garanzia per eventuali difetti o vizi è limitata materiali di prima scelta salva in ogni caso una tolleranza del 5%.
Per il materiale di scelta diversa non sarà dovuta garanzia alcuna tanto per la sua qualità che per idoneità all’uso.
L’obbligo di garanzia ci impegna alla sola sostituzione del materiale con esclusione di qualsiasi responsabilità per
danni diretti o indiretti del compratore.
Eventuali reclami in merito la qualità, tipo del materiale dovranno pervenire entro 8 giorni dalla consegna. Il compratore
si impegna a tenere a disposizione le partite contestate così da consentire il controllo dei difetti denunciati. In ogni
caso la posa in opera del materiale ci esonera da qualsiasi responsabilità in quanto è fatto tassativo obbligo al
compratore di controllare prima della utilizzazione che il prodotto sia di suo gradimento.
Nessuna perizia potrà essere promossa su tutti i nostri materiali se non perverrà direttamente e preventivamente
alla nostra sede il decreto di nomina del perito, ed in tempo utile per intervenire alle operazioni peritali. Nessuna
domanda di difesa o di merito potrà essere promossa dal compratore se prima non saranno integralmente pagati
tutti gli importi delle fatture per materiali ritirati.
Per nessuna ragione l’acquirente potrà restituire materiale senza espressa autorizzazione scritta. In caso di scioperi
o serrate, mancato o ridotto approvvigionamento di materie prime, difficoltà di trasporti, guerre, insurrezioni,
interruzioni di comunicazioni comunque provocate, cassa integrazione, guasti ai forni ed ogni altro provvedimento
imprevedibile, ci riserviamo la facoltà di sospendere le spedizioni ed anche di annullare ordini senza che ciò possa
dar diritto all’acquirente di richiedere indennizzi o risarcimenti di danni.
Per qualsiasi controversia o contestazione sarà esclusivamente competente il foro di Modena.

All orders must be in written form and – even if drawn up by our agents - are to be considered confirmed only after
receipt confirmation from us.
Prices of our price list are not binding: we could make changes before accepting orders. Even after an order
confirmation, until the delivery, it is within our authority to make price changes, due to higher costs of raw materials,
labour, fuel or production costs.
All the payments must be made within the agreed term directly to our Headquarter in S. Antonino of Casalgrande
(RE).
The defaulting buyer will be required to pay interest on arrears to the expiry of contractual period to the extent of
the average rate charged by bank on MODENA square, except, in any case, the compensation of more damages
for the non-compliance of the terms. Any costs due to delayed payments or extended terms are all at the buyer’s
expense. For failure to respect terms of payment we reserve the right to suspend all further consignments of goods
on order without any communication.
Delivery dates are purely indicative: any eventual delay in delivery, interruption, total or partial suspension of supplies
are not reason for indemnity or compensation for damages.
Goods are delivered Ex-Factory. Our responsibility ends upon consignment of goods to the driver, goods travel
is at risk of the receiver and for this reason we do not accept claims for damaged or tempered goods. Eventual
agreements with shipping agents, even if transport-costs are included, are understood always to be concluded on
behalf of the buyer and in his name thus ratifying and accepting our actions.
All goods remain our property until payment has been fully effected.
Guarantee against defects is limited to first choice goods and in any case with the tolerance of 5%. For goods of
inferior choice we are not obliged to guarantee either quality or suitability.
The guarantee obligation commits us to the sole replacement of goods, with the exclusion of any responsibility for
damages – direct or indirect – suffered by the buyer.
Any eventual claim regarding quality, quantity or type of material must reach us within 8 days from delivery date.
Buyers commit themselves to hold any claimed goods at our disposal, thus allowing us to control denounced
defects.
In all cases the laying of the tiles exempts us from any responsibility, as it is compulsory that products are controlled
by the buyer before being put into use.
No survey will be promoted on our materials if the decree of appointment of the expert does not come directly and
beforehand to our offices giving enough time for us to be present during the expert’s control. No defence of merit
application will be promoted by the purchaser unless all the invoice costs for materials already collected have been
entirely paid.
For no reason may a buyer return goods without our written authorisation. In case of strikes, closure, reduction
or lack of raw materials, transport-problems, war, revolt, interruption of communications, “Cassa integrazione”,
- whatever the reason – kilns out of order or any other unforeseen event, we reserve us the right to suspend
deliveries even to cancel orders without the buyer having any right to claim damages.
Any controversy or claim will be settled exclusively by the Law –Court of Modena.
