La nostra Società continua a seguire con attenzione l’evoluzione del Regolamento (EC) 1907/2006 “REACH” e le sue
successive modifiche e integrazioni per garantire, non solo alla propria organizzazione ma anche agli utilizzatori a
valle dei suoi prodotti, il rispetto dei requisiti ed il corretto adempimento di tutti gli obblighi imposti.
L’entità legale ILVA S.p.A. in Amministrazione Straordinaria ha provveduto a registrare presso l’ECHA entro la prima
scadenza obbligatoria del 30 novembre 2010 una serie di sostanze prodotte e/o importate in quantitativi superiori alle
1000 tonnellate annue. In particolare, la sostanza iron (Fe) Einecs number 231-096-4 / CAS number 7439-89-6 é
stata registrata in modalità congiunta con il dichiarante capofila e il supporto tecnico–scientifico del consorzio Iron
Plaftorm Services Ltd. (http://www.iron-consortium.org).
Ulteriori informazioni di dettaglio sulle altre sostanze registrate possono essere richieste al contatto REACH indicato
nel sito web della nostra organizzazione.
Come già comunicato in precedenza i nostri prodotti siderurgici immessi sul mercato quali le bramme, i coils neri, i
coils decapati, i coils laminati a freddo e i coils rivestiti (*), i tubi forma, i tubi saldati, le lamiere appartengono alla
categoria degli “articoli senza rilascio intenzionale di sostanze” e pertanto non necessitano di registrazione.
Per quanto attiene all’obbligo di comunicare informazioni sulle sostanze presenti negli articoli previsto dall’articolo 33
del Regolamento in oggetto, confermiamo inoltre che nessuna delle sostanze altamente preoccupanti (SVHC), incluse
nella lista aggiornata al 20.06.2016 delle sostanze candidate all'inclusione finale in allegato XIV, è presente nei nostri
prodotti in concentrazione > 0,1 % peso/peso dell’intero articolo. Continueremo ad osservare l’evoluzione di questa
Lista e nel caso di sviluppi rilevanti per la nostra produzione ve ne daremo immediata informazione.

Regulation (EC) n° 1907/2006 “REACH”
Dear Customer,
Our company continues to monitor closely the development of the Regulation EC No. 1907/06 “REACH” and its
subsequent modifications and supplements. Our aim is to ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, not
limited to our organization but also in consideration of the obligations concerning downstream users of our products.
ILVA S.p.A. in Amministrazione Straordinaria successfully completed the registration of a set of substances
manufactured and/or imported in quantities exceeding 1000 tons/year before the regulatory deadline of November 30th
2010. Especially, the substance iron (Fe) Einecs number 231-096-4 / CAS number 7439-89-6 was registered in
joint submission with the Sief appointed Lead Registrant and the technical and scientific advice of the consortium Iron
Platform Services Ltd (http://www.iron-consortium.org.)
As for the other registered substances, detailed information may be requested to the contact person indicated on the
REACH section of our website.
As previously informed, our steel products placed on the market such as slabs, flat steel in coils (hot rolled, pickled,
cold rolled, hot-dip zinc coated, electro-galvanized, hot-dip aluminized, electrolytic tin plate, electrolytic chrome plate),
quarto plates, welded pipes and hollow sections belong to the category of articles without intended release of
substances as defined by REACH and therefore do not fall under the duty of registration.
As for the obligation imposed by Article 33 of the Regulation to communicate information on the substances contained
in articles, we confirm that no SVHC substance included in the Candidate List updated as of 20.06.2016 for final
inclusion on Annex XIV is contained in our steel products with a concentration > 0,1 % w/w of the whole article.
Our company will regularly continue to monitor this List as it evolves and will inform you where relevant.

Nuestra sociedad está siguiendo atentamente el desarrollo reglamentario a fin de asegurar a los usuarios intermedios de
nuestros productos de acero el respeto de sus obligaciones y requisitos.
ILVA S.p.A. in Amministrazione Straordinaria ha llevado a cabo con ECHA antes del plazo del 30 noviembre de 2010
el registro de una serie de sustancias fabricadas y/o importadas en cantidades superiores a 1000 toneladas por año.
En particular, la sustancia iron (Fe) Einecs number 231-096-4 / CAS number 7439-89-6 fue registrada en conjunto
con el solicitante de registro principal y el soporte técnico especializado del consorcio Iron Plaftorm Services Ltd.

Pueden solicitar información detallada sobre las otras sustancias registradas por nuestra empresa al contacto REACH
indicado en nuestro sito web.
Por lo que respecta a nuestros productos, la correcta interpretación de la guía marcada por la agencia ECHA sobre los
“requisitos de las sustancias y de los artículos” expresada en el apendice 3, ha llevado a la asociación de productores de
acero europeos EUROFER a considerar que los productos siderúrgicos se definen como artículos que contienen
sustancias no “destinadas a ser liberadas en condiciones de uso normales o razonablemente previsibles”.
Por esta razón los slabs, la bobina caliente, decapada, laminada en frío y recubierta (galvanizada, electrocincada,
aluminizada), la hojalata, la chapa cromada, los tubos soldados y estructurales, la chapa gruesa pertenecen a la
categoría de los artículos que no necesitan registro.
Por lo que respecta a la obligación detallada por el Artículo 33 del REACH de transmitir información sobre las
sustancias contenidas en los artículos, les aseguramos que ninguna de las sustancias de alto riesgo (SVHC) incluídas en
la Lista de Candidatos a la Autorización, publicada y actualizada por la ECHA a 20.06.2016, se encuentra en nuestros
productos en una concentraciòn superior al 0,1 % peso/peso de todo el artículo. Continuaremos siguiendo con suma
atención el desarrollo futuro de dicha Lista y, en caso de que alguna de esas sustancias sea contenida en nuestros
productos, les facilitaríamos toda la información necesaria.

Europäische Verordnung “REACH” Nr. 1907/06
Sehr geehrter Kunde,
Unser Unternehmen verfolgt mit Aufmerksamkeit die Entwicklung der EG-Richtlinie REACH 1907/2006 und die
nachfolgenden Änderungen und Ergänzungen, um unserem Unternehmen und allen nachgeschalteten Verwendern die
ordnungsgemäße Einhaltung aller Anforderungen und die Erfüllung aller Verpflichtungen zu gewährleisten.
ILVA S.p.A. in Amministrazione Straordinaria registrierte bei der ECHA innerhalb der ersten obligatorischen Frist
vom 30.November 2010 eine Reihe von Stoffen, die mit mehr als 1000 Tonnen pro Jahr hergestellt und/oder importiert
werden. Insbesondere wurde der Stoff Eisen (Fe) EINECS-Nr. 231-096-4 / CAS-Nr. 7439-89-6 gemeinsam mit dem
Hauptregistrierer und mit der technischen und wissenschaftlichen Unterstützung des Konsortiums Iron Platform
Services Ltd. (http://www.iron-consortium.org) registriert. Weitere ausführliche Informationen erhalten Sie bei dem
auf unserer Webseite angegebenen REACH-Ansprechpartner.
Wie bereits mitgeteilt, gehören die von uns auf den Markt gebrachten Produkte, wie Brammen, Schwarzcoils, gebeizte
Coils, kaltgewalzte Coils und beschichtete Coils (*), Formrohre, geschweißte Rohre und Bleche zur Kategorie der
Erzeugnisse „ohne beabsichtigte Emission von Stoffen“ und bedürfen deshalb keiner Registrierung.
Hinsichtlich der Informationspflicht über die in den Erzeugnissen enthaltenen Stoffe (§ 33 der o.g. Richtlinie)
bestätigen wir darüber hinaus, dass keiner der besonders besorgniserregenden Stoffe (SVHC), die in der am
20.06.2016 aktualisierten Liste der Kandidaten für den Eintrag in Anhang XIV aufgenommen sind, in unseren
Produkten mit einer Konzentration von über 0.1 % Gewichtsprozent des gesamten Erzeugnisses enthalten ist. Wir
werden die Entwicklung dieser Liste weiter verfolgen und Sie im Falle von Veränderungen, die unsere Produktion
betreffen, umgehend informieren.

modifications et compléments éventuels. Notre but est d’assurer la conformité à l’ensemble des exigences
réglementaires, non seulement axée sur notre Société, mais aussi par rapport aux obligations se rapportant aux
utilisateurs en aval de nos produits.
ILVA S.p.A. in Amministrazione Straordinaria a procédé à l’enregistrement d’un certain nombre de substances
importées et produites dans des quantités supérieures à 1000 tonnes/an, avant le délai imparti du 30 novembre 2010.
En particulier, la substance «iron (Fe) Einecs number 231-096-4 / CAS number 7439-89-6» a été enregistrée en
soumission conjointe avec le Déclarant principal désigné du Sief et l’avis technique et scientifique du Consortium
«Iron Platform Services Ltd» (http://www.iron-consortium.org.)
De même que pour toute autre substance enregistrée, des informations détaillées peuvent être obtenues en contactant la
personne nommée sur le site internet correspondant.
Comme mentionné antérieurement, nos produits en acier mis sur le marché tels que les brammes, les coils noirs, les
coils décapés, les coils laminés à froid et coils revêtus (galvanisés à chaud, electro-zingués, aluminisés ou prévernis),
le fer blanc, les tubes soudés de grand diamètre, les tôles épaisses et les tubes profilés de section entrent dans la
catégorie des articles contenant des substances qui ne sont pas destinées à être rejetées dans les conditions normales ou
raisonnablement prévisibles d’utilisation, ainsi que défini par le Règlement REACH.
Par conséquent, ceux-ci n’entrent pas dans le champ de l’enregistrement.
Quant à l’obligation imposée à l’Article 33 du Règlement de communiquer des informations sur les substances
contenues dans les articles, nous vous confirmons qu’aucune substance extrêmement préoccupante SVHC,
figurant dans la Liste Candidate mise à jour le 20.06.2016 pour actualisation de l’Annexe XIV, avec une
concentration > 0,1 % w/w de l’article entier, n’est contenue dans nos aciers.
Notre Société surveillera l’évolution de cette Liste et vous communiquera toute donnée utile, le cas échéant.

Η εταιρεία μας συνεχίζει να παρακολουθεί επισταμένα την εξέλιξη του Κανονισμού (CE) 1907/2006 REACH, τις
τροποποιήσεις και την ολοκλήρωση του, προκειμένου να εξασφαλίσει για την οργάνωση της ίδιας και των ανθρώπων
που αξιοποιούν τα προϊόντα της, την τήρηση των προδιαγραφών και την ορθή εκπλήρωση όλων των επιβαλλόμενων
υποχρεώσεων.
Το νομικό πρόσωπο της ILVA S.p.A. in Amministrazione Straordinaria καταχώρησε στον Ευρωπαϊκό Οργανισμό
Χημικών Προϊόντων (ECHA) εντός της πρώτης υποχρεωτικής λήξης στις 30 Νοεμβρίου 2010 μια σειρά από
παραγόμενες/εισαγόμενες ουσίες σε ποσότητες μεγαλύτερες των 1000 τόνων ετησίως.
Ειδικότερα, η ουσία Σίδηρος (Fe) Einecs number 231-096-4 / CAS number 7439-89-6 καταχωρήθηκε μαζί με τον
πρώτο δηλών και με την τεχνικό-επιστημονική υποστήριξη του οργανισμού Iron Platform Services L.t.d.
(http://www.iron-consortium.org). Περισσότερες πληροφορίες αναφορικά με τις ουσίες που έχουν καταχωρηθεί
μπορούν να ζητηθούν από το πεδίο REACH ενδεικνυόμενο στην ιστοσελίδα web του Ομίλου μας.
Όπως έχουμε ανακοινώσει και στο παρελθόν τα χαλυβουργικά προϊόντα μας εισηγμένα στην αγορά όπως πλάκες
(slabs), coil (ρόλλοι) θερμής έλασης, coil αποξειδωμένα (P.O.), coil ψυχρής έλασης, προϊόντα επιμεταλλωμένου
χάλυβα(*), διαμορφωμένοι σωλήνες, συγκολλημένοι σωλήνες και λαμαρίνες ανήκουν στην κατηγορία των
«προϊόντων χωρίς εκ προθέσεως εκπομπή ουσιών», ως εκ τούτου δεν απαιτούν καταχώριση.
Όσον αφορά την υποχρέωση μας (άρθρο 33 του εν λόγω Κανονισμού) να παραθέσουμε πληροφορίες σχετικά με
ουσίες που περιέχονται στα προϊόντα, επιβεβαιώνουμε όπως καμία από τις Ουσίες Πολύ Υψηλής Ανησυχίας (SVHC),
οι οποίες περιλαμβάνονται στον ενημερωμένο από τις 20.06.2016 ενημερωμένο κατάλογο των ουσιών προτεινόμενες
να συμπεριληφθούν τελικώς στο συνημμένο XIV, δεν παρουσιάζεται στα προϊόντα μας σε συγκέντρωση μεγαλύτερη
του >0,1 % κατά βάρος ολόκληρου του προϊόντος. Θα συνεχίσουμε να παρακολουθούμε την εξέλιξη του εν λόγου
Καταλόγου και σε περίπτωση που προκύψουν νεότερα σχετικά με την παραγωγή μας, θα σας ενημερώσουμε άμεσα.
