Riunione tra la Task Force AGSEP CTS e il gruppo dei responsabili gite tra gli insegnanti
di tutti i cicli

secondario)
Le gite dei cicli materno e primario sono già state approvate e decise, mentre quelle del ciclo
secondario sono ancora a livello di proposte dei vari docenti.
Per la questione sicurezza è stato proposto dai genitori presenti di valutare l’eventualità dello
spostamento in treno, specie per il ciclo secondario e laddove le mete lo consentano (ad
esempio capoluoghi raggiungibili in un tempo ragionevole, come Milano, Firenze).
E’ stato chiesto se nei pulman sono presenti le cinture di sicurezza e se no chiedere pulman
con cinture.
Inoltre , visto che le quote delle gite devono essere pagate con un certo anticipo entro il 30
aprile, è stato chiesto di informarsi se i bambini che all’ultimo momento si ammalano possono
essere rimborsati (almeno della quota alloggio, visite musei ecc., visto che il costo del
trasporto non può essere rimborsato).
Infine, è stato chiesto dai genitori se è previsto che qualche genitore accompagni le classi nelle
gite, sia in quelle brevi che in quelle lunghe. E’ stato risposto che al momento non è previsto,
ma che per il prossimo anno la questione verrà presa in considerazione.
Dopo Pasqua è previsto un incontro con tutti i genitori del ciclo materno e primario in cui
verranno illustrate le gite.
Ciclo materno:
14 giugno – costo 26 euro
meta: Gropparello – mezzo di trasporto: autobus della tep
partenza ore 8.30 e ritorno ore 18

Ciclo primario:
Prime e seconde:
Sono previste due gite che coinvolgono sia prima che seconde.
24 maggio – costo 23 euro
meta. Vezzano sul Crostolo (Reggio Emilia)
partenza: 7.30 e ritorno alle 16
89 bambini e 6 insegnanti
11-12 giugno: Bedonia – costo: 100 euro
89 bambini con 6 insegnanti
Alloggio; seminario dove vi è anche il museo archeologico che visiteranno e il planetario
Sono previste escursioni nella natura, pomeriggio al maneggio con cavalli bardigiani, e al
ritorno una visita ad un allevamento di trote.
Classi terze:
11-14 giugno: Vivaro (Friuli) in un agricampus – costo 190 euro (ma ancora provvisorio)
Previste anche gite a Grado e in altre località
Classi quarte:
25-27 giugno: Aosta – costo 190 euro
57 bambini e 4 insegnanti
Alloggio; albergo a tre stelle 30 km fuori Aosta, situato in una bella vallata.
Sono previste escursioni nella natura, visita alla centrale idroelettrica ecc.
Classi quinte:
4-8 giugno- meta: Urbino – costo 245euro (provvisorio-ma sarà contenuto entro i 300 euro-al
limite togliendo una giornata)

Alloggio. Agriturismo ‘la corte della miniera’
Attività didattiche varie, visita a Urbino, gita alle Grotte di Fra sassi, discoteca l’ultima sera,

SECONDARIO (per il ciclo secondario si tratta solo di proposte non ancora approvate nel
collegio docenti)
Nelle classi prima e terza italiane il consiglio di classe ha deciso di sospendere le gite per
motivi disciplinari.
Non sono previste gite nemmeno nelle prime anglofone francofone.
Per classi seconde (tutte le sezioni) è prevista una gita a Milano (museo della scienza) e forse
Ferrara.
Previsto per L2 tedesco uno scambio a fine giugno.
Per le terze anglofona e francofona verrà proposta una settimana in Corsica
Per le quarte italiana, anglofona e francofona sarà probabilmente possibile un interscambio
per L3 francese (Strasburgo). Verranno inoltre fatte le seguenti proposte: Andalusia/ Grecia/
Firenze
Per le quinte le proposte sono: Vienna-Salisburgo/ Firenze-Pisa
Per le VI vi è una proposta degli alunni che ha chiesto di poter andare ad Amsterdam con tutte
le VI. Dalla sezione anglofona è partita una proposta per Creta.
Per il VII anno non sono previste gite.

A meeting between the CTS Task Force and a group of teachers, from all the cycles, who
are responsible for the tripsTF

Vargas (for the secondary)
The trips for the Nursery and Primary have already been agreed and decided, while in the
secondary the teachers are still discussing various proposals.
In terms of the issue of security the parents asked the teachers to look at the possibility of
using the train, especially for the secondary school trips and to places where train travel is
accessible (eg cities within a reasonable time, such as Milan, Florence).
It was asked if all the buses that are used are fitted with seat belts and if not to ask that the
coaches provided are fitted with seat belts.
Also, given that the trips must be paid for in advance, by April 30, enquiries were made to ask
whether children who become ill, at the last minute can be reimbursed (at least the
proportion for accommodation, museum visits etc.., given that the cost of transport can not be
refunded).
Finally, parents asked if it would be expected that some parents would accompany the classes
on both the short and long trips. They were told that this is not someting currently planned,
but that next year the issue will be taken into account.
After Easter, meetings will be held with all parents of nursery and primary to discuss the
tours, which will include tours.
Nursery:
June 14 - Gropparello – cost: 26 euros - means of transport: TEP buses
Departure at 8.30am and return at 6.00pm
50 children and 6 teachers
Primary:
First and second years
There are two trips that involve both the first and second years.
May 24 -Vezzano on Crostolo (Reggio Emilia) – Cost: 23 euro
Departure: 7.30am and return at 4.00pm
89 children and 6 teachers
June 11 to 12: Bedonia - cost: 100 euros
89 children with 6 teachers
Accommodation will be provided. There will be a workshop which will also include a visit to
the archeological museum and planetarium
There will be nature walks and horse riding the afternoon and a visit to a trout farm.
Third year:
June 11 to 14: Vivaro (Friuli) at an agricultural centre- cost: 190 euros (but still tentative)
Also planned trips to Grado and other locations
Fourth year:
June 25 to 27: Aosta – cost: 190 euro

Accommodation, three star hotel 30 km outside Aosta, situated in a beautiful valley.
There will be nature hikes, visit the hydroelectric etc..
Fifth year:
June 4 to 8: Urbino – cost: 245 euro (provisional-but it will be contained within the 300 euro a
day – the limit allowed)
55 children and 5 teachers
Accommodation. Farm 'la corte della miniera'
Various educational activities including a visit to Urbino, a trip to Grotte di Fra (caves) and a
discotheque on the last night. The last day will be spent at the seaside.
SECONDARY (for the secondary section there are currently only proposals which have not yet
been approved by the teachers council )
The class council have decided that first and third year Italian classes are suspended from
school trips for disciplinary reasons. As a result no trips have been arranged for the first
English and French sections.
For the second year (all sections) a trip is schedulled to Milan (science museum) and perhaps
Ferrara.
There may be an L2 German exchange trip at the end of June.
For the third English and French sections there will be a trip to Corsica for one week.
For the fourth Italian, English and French sections there will probably be an exchange trip
(Strasbourg) for those studying L3 French.
Proposals have also been made for trips to the following places: Andalusia / Greece /
Florence
For the fifth year there are proposals for trips to: Salzburg-Vienna / Florence-Pisa
For sixth year the students have proposed a trip to Amsterdam for all the sixth years. Also the
English section have proposed a trip to Crete.
For the seventh year there will not be any trips.
