La storia/History
Pellini SpA nasce a Codogno (Lodi) nel 1974, come attività artigianale a conduzione familiare,
che confeziona tende alla veneziana, porte a soffietto, zanzariere e tende da sole.
Nel 1984 ha inizio la collaborazione con una multinazionale leader nella produzione di tende
alla veneziana per interni; ciò consente all’azienda di svincolarsi da un mercato fino ad allora
strettamente locale per emergere nel panorama nazionale.
Nel 1990 la società Pellini avvia un progetto per la realizzazione di un sistema integrato per vetrocamera, tale da
consentire la movimentazione e il sollevamento di una tenda posta al suo interno mantenendone inalterate le
caratteristiche, ossia senza ricorrere alla foratura del vetro.
Nasce così il primo sistema della gamma ScreenLine® (1992), nel quale la trasmissione
del movimento avviene tramite il moto rotatorio di una coppia di magneti interfacciati.
Nel 1994 si abbandona l’ormai ventennale produzione di coperture per esterni, a favore dello studio e della
progettazione di nuovi sistemi ScreenLine® sempre più perfezionati
e di tende tecniche per interni sempre più performanti.
Oggi l’azienda conserva l’antico sapore artigianale nella lavorazione “su misura”, mai in serie,
di prodotti controllati e rifiniti da mani attente al dettaglio; è però attiva su scala
mondiale e leader riconosciuta nella produzione di schermature solari.
Pellini SpA was founded in 1974 in Codogno, Northern Italy, as a craftsman,
family-owned company producing venetian blinds, folding doors, mosquito nets and awnings.
In 1984, Pellini started to co-operate with a leading multinational company manufacturing venetian blinds for interiors; this
allowed Pellini to move away from a (since then) local market and to emerge in the national scene.
In 1990, the company set up a project for integrating a blind within insulating glass, achieving the raising and lowering
of a blind encapsulated within a double glazing unit whilst maintaining the latter’s integrity.
All their efforts were rewarded in 1992, with the introduction of the first system in the ScreenLine® range - a system based on
rotational transmission of motion obtained by the coupling of internal and external magnets.
In 1994, the historical production lines for awnings and mosquito nets were decommissioned in order to maximise capacity for
the engineering and manufacture of new, increasingly more advanced
ScreenLine® systems and increasingly more performing technical blinds for interiors.
Today, the company preserves the old handicraft attitude in its “made-to-measure” artifacts, which are perfected
by hands careful to details rather than being mass produced; at the same time, it operates on a worldwide scale and is an
acknowledged leader in the field of sun shading systems.

Per dare forma adeguata a contenuti in continua evoluzione è nata Pellinindustrie, con una organizzazione
ordinata in tre settori specifici:
ScreenLine®, che opera nel settore del vetro (sistemi integrati in vetrocamera)
Tende e Sistemi, che produce prestigiose tende per interni
Nautica, per l’arredamento di yacht e barche lussuose.
Ciascuna divisione elabora nuove idee e le traduce in prodotti tecnologici d’avanguardia, pronti a rispondere
alle esigenze di benessere del mondo contemporaneo.
In order to give appropriate effect to the continued evolution of its products, Pellini has given rise to Pellinindustrie,
which is structured into three specific divisions:
ScreenLine®, which works in the glass sector (DG unit integrated systems)
Tende e Sistemi, which manufactures first-rate blinds for internal use
Nautica, which operates in the yacht and luxury boats furniture field.
Each division elaborates new ideas and turns them into cutting-edge technological products designed to meet
the well-being requirements of today’s world.

ScreenLine di Pellini SpA progetta, sviluppa
e realizza sistemi schermanti per vetrocamera,
che consentono di risolvere il problema di luce e
calore negli ambienti attraverso soluzioni tecniche durature e senza manutenzione.
La tenda infatti si muove in un ambiente sigillato,
protetta da polvere, sporcizia e agenti atmosferici. Vengono inoltre preservate le caratteristiche
di isolamento di una tradizionale vetrocamera,
senza alterare le proprietà igroscopiche dell’intercapedine. Il tutto nel pieno rispetto della normativa vigente in merito alla prestazione energetica degli edifici.
Nel corso degli anni ScreenLine® ha definito
esclusivi ed importanti brevetti, attuati in un
ampio assortimento di prodotti atti a soddisfare
ogni esigenza in materia di protezione solare:
varietà di colori, di schermatura, di movimentazione, e versatilità d’applicazione.

ScreenLine® by Pellini SpA designs, develops and
manufactures sun shading systems to be integrated
within double glazing units, which allow the problem of
light and heat gain in buildings to be solved by means
of long-lasting and maintenance-free solutions.
The blind is moved in a totally sealed environment, protected from dust, dirt or weather conditions; the characteristics of traditional double glazing units are also
preserved, leaving unaltered the hermetic properties of
the cavity. All this is made meeting the requirements of
the current standards in terms of energy performances
of buildings.
Over the years, ScreenLine®, has achieved a high
number of significant patents, applying them in a wide
range of products designed to meet every need related
to sun shading: variety of colours, screening degrees,
operation and versatility of application.

La divisione Tende e Sistemi produce tende tecniche per interni, dando seguito all’esperienza
