Come parte delle celebrazioni dell’Anno della Algeria, dei registi cercano degli attori Nordafricani. Il casting scelto include un certo numero di
attori appena usciti dalla scuola teatrale parigina. La loro professione ha già insegnato loro a
concentrarsi sui loro corpi e sulle loro proprie
culture. Anche se in maniera individuale, ognuno
ha la sua storia da raccontare. / As part of the
Year of Algeria celebrations, filmmakers look for
North African actors. The casting choice includes a number of actors fresh out of Parisian
drama schools. Their profession has already
taught them to focus on their body types and
own cultures, although as individuals, each has
his own story.

Biografia/Biography
Nata nel maggio del 1972, è
un’attrice di origini Nordafricane.
Diplomata al Conservatoire National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique
nel 1997, ha lavorato da allora
nel teatro. La sua personale
esperienza le ha ispirato la scrittura e la regia del suo primo cortometraggio “L’année de l’Algérie” / She was born in the May of
1972. She’s an actress of
southafrican’s origins. In 1997
she graduated at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d’Art
Dramatique. From that moment
she worked in theatre. Her personal experience has really
helped her for the writing and the
direction of her first short film
“L’année de l’Algérie”.
