How to apply
-let us know since when you will be in Viareggio
-purchase the Umrah workshop on www.onetribalcommunity.com
-send us a web copy (photo, jpg or other) of yours payment
-send an e-mail to [email protected] before 15th of june 2016 included: the music track, a promotional photo, a copy of your workshop
purchase, your presentation, this form.
Policies:
The artists must participate to the festival by booking workshops (at
least 2 for soloist and at least 2 for each members of the troupes)
or by participation at beginner track, pro-track and formation.
We would like to accept all application, however, if there are too
many request, we will make a choice based on the number of workshop purchased and the date of booking.
Considering the size of the stage, Open Show will be reserved for
groups and the Hafla for solos, duets and trios.
The artists will present a dance respecting the Tribal bellydance
(ATS/ITS or American Tribal Fusion)
Duration max is 4’ for soloist and 6’ for troups.
You are kindly request to respect the audience : no insane words,
appropriate dance behaviour.
Artists are informed about the venue and technical conditions (outside, no specific light requests, show cancel in case of bad weather) and have read the website information about application rules.
Artist will be ready to dance at least 15’ minutes before their time
performance. In case of any techical issue with their music, the artist will not be called to dance later.
Performance time will be email to artist and will be in the Umrah
Magazine. If they are late, they won’t be able to perform.
Organizers reserves the right to use photos and videos made by
them for their own promotion.

By signing this application you release the Organizers and the city
of Viareggio from any and all liability for lost or stolen goods as well
as injury to myself (and my troup members) incurred by reason of
participation in shows, and during transportation to and from any
show. I acknowledge that I am physically and emotionally able to
participate. I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and
understand the above and that I knowingly execute this release
from liability and negligence, for myself and my troup members.
