nehmen Sie automatisch an der monatlich stattfindenden Verlosung eines Aufenthaltes in der Olympiaregion Seefeld teil. Die Ziehung erfolgt jeweils anhand der auf der
Olympiaregion Seefeld Card angeführten Namen. Vergütet wird der Urlaub der gezogenen Person laut Leistungen am Meldezettel, d.h. vergütet werden die Nächtigungen
in einem Betrieb der gleichen Kategorie und Saisonzeit sowie der gleichen Leistungsbasis über den gleichen Zeitraum. Die Gewinner werden schriftlich per Post oder
E-Mail benachrichtigt. Eine Veröffentlichung der Gewinner erfolgt auch auf der Seite
www.ors-card.com. Der Gewinn ist personenbezogen auf den/die GästekarteninhaberIn. Eine Barauszahlung oder Weitergabe des Gewinns ist nicht möglich. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle gemeldeten Gäste der Olympiaregion Seefeld. Der Rechtsweg
ist ausgeschlossen.

Upon arrival at your accommodation simply sign the residence registration
form (Meldeschein) and you automatically take part in the monthly prize draw in which
you can win a break in the Olympiaregion Seefeld. The winner will be picked at random from the names as they appear on the Olympiaregion Seefeld Cards. The break
that you win will be in keeping with the holiday that you’re already taking, i.e. the
same number of nights in accommodation of the same category, during the same
season and with the same services over the same period of time. The winner will
be notified by mail or by e-mail. The winner’s name will be published on the website
www.ors-card.com. The prize is awarded to the person whose name appears on the
guest card. No cash substitution is possible and the prize may not be passed on to
another person. The prize draw is open to all registered guests in the Olympiaregion
Seefeld.5Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.

Bei beiden Varianten gilt: Die Tickets sind bei zahlreichen Vermietungsbetrieben sowie in allen Informationsbüros der Olympiaregion Seefeld aufbuchbar.
Zudem kann das € 3,00 - Tagesloipenticket direkt
beim Loipenkontrolleur erworben werden.
Für Kinder bis zu 15 Jahren ist die Loipennützung
gratis.

Regionsbusticket
Mit dem Regionsbusticket um € 12,00 können Sie alle Linienbusse zwischen den Orten
Seefeld, Leutasch, Mösern/Buchen, Reith und
Scharnitz für die gesamte Dauer Ihres Urlaubsaufenthaltes nutzen; aufbuchbar ist das Ticket in den Informationsbüros oder bei Ihrem
Vermieter. Darüber hinaus gelten die Tarife des
Verkehrsverbundes Tirol (VVT). Kinder bis

•Die Olympiaregion Seefeld Card gilt nur vollständig ausgefüllt.
•Die Olympiaregion Seefeld Card ist nicht übertragbar.
•Die Olympiaregion Seefeld Card gilt ausschließlich für die üblichen Leistungen der Leistungsträger. Nicht jedoch für Sonderaktionen & Sonderveranstaltungen.
• Keine Garantie und kein Ersatz der Leistungserbringung in Folge von
Schlechtwetter, saisonalen Gründen oder unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
Die Olympiaregion Seefeld Card ermöglicht allen Personen, die bei einem
der Olympiaregion Seefeld Beherbergungsbetriebe übernachten und mit
dem amtlichen Meldeschein angemeldet sind, die Inanspruchnahme der
gekennzeichneten Leistungen der Partnerbetriebe der Olympiaregion Seefeld Card. Die Leistungen sind im Olympiaregion Seefeld Card Folder und
unter dem Link www.ors-card.com angeführt.
Haftungsausschluss der Olympiaregion Seefeld
Die Inhaber der Olympiaregion Seefeld Card nehmen zur Kenntnis, dass
die Olympiaregion Seefeld lediglich für die Abwicklung zwischen den
Leistungsanbietern bzw. den Olympiaregion Seefeld Beherbergungsbetrieben zuständig ist. Die Inhaber der Olympiaregion Seefeld Card verzichten gegenüber der Olympiaregion Seefeld auf jeglich denkbaren Gewährleistungs- bzw. Schadenersatzanspruch und zwar unabhängig davon, ob
nun dem Leistungsanbieter bzw. Olympiaregion Seefeld Beherbergungsbetrieb bei einem Schaden ein Verschulden anzulasten ist oder nicht. Festgehalten wird, dass – sofern es zu einem Haftungsfall kommt - die Olympiaregion Seefeld nicht für einen derartigen Schadensfall haftet, zumal
weder die Leistungsanbieter noch der Olympiaregion Seefeld Beherbergungsbetrieb Gehilfen der Olympiaregion Seefeld sind. Ebenso steht den
Inhabern der Olympiaregion Seefeld Card gegenüber der Olympiaregion
Seefeld kein Schadenersatz für den Fall zu, dass allfällige in der Broschüre
angeführte Leistungen von den Partnerbetrieben nicht ordnungsgemäß
oder vollständig erbracht werden.
Leistungsumfang
Die Inhaber der Olympiaregion Seefeld Card nehmen zur Kenntnis, dass
sich die Betriebszeiten einiger Partner, vor allem aus witterungs- und saisonbedingten Umständen, nicht mit dem gesamten Zeitraum der CardSaison decken. Bei manchen Betrieben kann es aus Kapazitätsgründen
auch zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen, manche Leistungen können nur
nach Voranmeldung in Anspruch genommen werden. Die Inhaber einer
Olympiaregion Seefeld Card erklären sich mit den angegebenen Öff-

nungszeiten, allfälligen Zugangsbeschränkungen und auch den Auslastungshinweisen der Partnerbetriebe einverstanden. Sie verzichten auf
jeglichen Schadenersatz, wenn betriebsbedingt oder ohne Verschulden
der Leistungsträger die angebotenen Leistungen nicht oder nur teilweise
erbracht werden können. Die Leistungsträger haften zudem nur für grobe
Fährlässigkeit und Vorsatz, nicht jedoch für leichte Fahrlässigkeit. Darüber hinaus besteht keine Haftung für allenfalls mitgeführte Garderobe oder
sonstige mitgeführte Wertgegenstände. Die Inhaber der Olympiaregion
Seefeld Card nehmen des Weiteren zur Kenntnis, dass die Olympiaregion
Seefeld berechtigt ist, die Vereinbarung mit den einzelnen Card-Leistungsträgern aus wichtigen Gründen auch während der Saison zu beenden. Es
können daraus keine wie immer gearteten Ansprüche geltend gemacht
werden.
Ausgabevoraussetzung
Der Gast erhält von seinem Vermieter eine Olympiaregion Seefeld Card
für die Dauer seines Aufenthaltes ausgehändigt. Für die Ausstellung und
Verwendung der Olympiaregion Seefeld Card gelten die nachstehenden
Bedingungen ausdrücklich als vereinbart.
Nicht-Übertragbarkeit/Verlust
Die Olympiaregion Seefeld Card ist eine personengebundene Karte und
nicht übertragbar. Auf Verlangen ist ein Lichtbildausweis vorzuweisen. Die
Olympiaregion Seefeld Card darf nur von jener Person benützt werden,
deren Name auf der Card vermerkt bzw. gespeichert ist. Bei Nichtinanspruchnahme der Olympiaregion Seefeld Card kann kein Ersatz geleistet
werden. Ein Verlust der Card ist dem Beherbergungsbetrieb unverzüglich
zu melden. Nach einer Neuausstellung verliert die verlorene Card ihre Gültigkeit mit sofortiger Wirkung.
Gültigkeit
Die Winter Card-Saison dauert von November bis April. Die Olympiaregion
Seefeld Card gilt innerhalb dieses Zeitraumes ab dem Datum der Anreise bis inklusive dem Datum der Abreise. Auf der Card müssen Vor- und
Nachname des Karteninhabers sowie die Aufenthaltsdauer gut erkennbar
eingetragen sein. Nach Ablauf der angegebenen Aufenthaltsdauer verliert
die Olympiaregion Seefeld Card automatisch ihre Gültigkeit. Im Krankheitsfall und bei vorzeitiger Abreise wird die Olympiaregion Seefeld Card
gesperrt.
Tarife
Die Olympiaregion Seefeld Card ist nicht im Freiverkauf erhältlich. Anspruch auf die Karte haben nur Gäste, die in einem Olympiaregion Seefeld
Beherbergungsbetrieb übernachten und angemeldet sind.
Olympiaregion Seefeld Card für Kinder
Diese gilt für alle im Meldeschein als Kinder angeführten Personen bis zum
vollendeten 15. Lebensjahr. Die Leistungen finden Sie im Olympiaregion
Seefeld Card Folder bzw. auf www.ors-card.com.
Verwendung
Zur Erlangung der Kartenvorteile weist der Karteninhaber seine Olympiaregion Seefeld Card vor. Die Card wird vom Leistungsträger durch ein Akzeptanzgerät oder durch bloße Sichtprüfung mit Notiz der Kartennummer

und dem Namen des Inhabers auf ihre Gültigkeit und Identität geprüft. Der
Karteninhaber ist verpflichtet, auf Verlangen einen gültigen Lichtbildausweis vorzuweisen, ansonsten kann ihm der Vorteil verweigert werden.
Selbstkontrolle
Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie eine korrekt ausgefüllte Gästekarte
mit sich tragen.
Missbrauch
Bei missbräuchlicher Verwendung oder bei Verdacht auf missbräuchliche
Verwendung ist der Olympiaregion Seefeld Card Leistungspartner berechtigt bzw. verpflichtet, die Karte ersatzlos einzubehalten. Bei Missbrauch
oder begründetem Verdacht auf missbräuchliche Verwendung wird Anzeige erstattet. Der Karteninhaber haftet für missbräuchliche Verwendung
der Karte durch Dritte. Bei Diebstahl oder Verlust ist er verpflichtet, diesen
Vorfall prompt dem Beherbergungsbetrieb zu melden. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Ersatz der Karte.
Datenschutz
Mit Inanspruchnahme der Olympiaregion Seefeld Card stimmt der Inhaber
der Card der Verwendung seiner gespeicherten Adressdaten zu Marketingzwecken durch die Olympiaregion Seefeld ausdrücklich zu bzw. zur
automatischen Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel. Wobei ein Widerruf dieser Zustimmung dem Karteninhaber jederzeit möglich ist. Die Daten werden von
der Olympiaregion Seefeld nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
Gerichtsstand
Für sämtliche Streitigkeiten aus der Verwendung der Olympiaregion Seefeld Card bzw. allfällige Schadenersatz- oder Gewährleistungsansprüche
gilt als Gerichtsstand Innsbruck. Es gilt die ausschließliche Anwendung
des österreichischen Rechtes als vereinbart.

Important information and conditions for the utilisation of
services and discounts offered by the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card:
• The Olympiaregion Seefeld Card is only valid in combination with a valid registration form (Meldeschein) number. (Registration is carried out through your accommodation provider).
• The Olympiaregion Seefeld Card is only valid when fully completed
• The Olympiaregion Seefeld Card is non-transferable.
• The Olympiaregion Seefeld Card is only valid for the standard services offered by the service providers, not, however, for special promotions and special events.
•No guarantee can be offered and no refunds can be made in the event of bad weather, unforeseen events or changes made for seasonal reasons
• Please take note of the dates given by the respective service providers during which the services and discounts are available.
•By using the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card, I agree that my personal contact
details may be used for marketing purposes within the tourism region.
• The following general terms and conditions shall be deemed as accepted.
All guests staying overnight in an accommodation facility in the Olympiaregion Seefeld and duly registered by way of an official registration form
(Meldeschein) can take advantage of the stated services and discounts
offered by the Olympiaregion Seefeld partner service providers. The services and discounts available are listed in the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card
pamphlet and on the website www.ors-card.com
Legal Disclaimer for the Olympiaregion Seefeld
Holders of the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card accept and understand that
the Olympiaregion Seefeld acts only as an intermediary between the card
holders and the participating service and accommodation providers. Holders of the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card waive all warranty and damage
claims against the Olympiaregion Seefeld, irrespective of whether the service provider/Olympiaregion Seefeld accommodation provider is at fault
for any damage or not. In the event of a liability case, it is explicitly noted
that the Olympiaregion Seefeld shall not be held liable for any damage
or loss since neither the service providers nor the Olympiaregion Seefeld
accommodation providers are subsidiaries of the Olympiaregion Seefeld.
Moreover, holders of the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card are not entitled to
any indemnification from the Olympiaregion Seefeld in the event of a partner service provider/accommodation provider failing to correctly render a
service or only partially rendering a service mentioned in the brochure.
Scope of services
Holders of the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card acknowledge that the opening/operating times of some partners may not fully correspond to the
entire period of the season for which the card is valid. This is mainly attributable to weather and seasonal conditions. Due to reasons of capacity,
longer waiting times may occur and pre-registration/booking is required
for some activities and events. Holders of the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card
accept the opening times as given by the partner service providers as
well as possible admission restrictions and capacity limitations. Card holders waive any rights to compensation should the service provider not be

able to render services mentioned, or not be able to render them in full,
due to operating conditions or due to circumstances beyond the service
provider’s control. Moreover, the service provider is only liable in cases of
intent and gross negligence, not, however, in cases of slight negligence.
In addition, no liability will be accepted for any items of clothing or other
personal valuable belongings. Holders of the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card
further acknowledge that the Olympiaregion Seefeld is, subject to good
cause, entitled to terminate its agreed arrangements with individual service
providers, even during the season. No claims of any kind arising from such
a case will be accepted.
Conditions of issue
Guests will receive their Olympiaregion Seefeld Card from their accommodation provider. The card is valid for the duration of their stay. The following
conditions for the issuing and use of the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card shall
be deemed as accepted.
Non-transferability/loss of card
The Olympiaregion Seefeld Card is valid only for the person for whom it
was issued and is not transferable. Photo ID must be shown upon request.
The Olympiaregion Seefeld Card can only be used by that person whose
name is indicated/saved on the card. No refund is given if the card is not
used. In the event of the loss of the card, the accommodation provider
must be informed at once. The old card immediately becomes invalid as
soon as a new card has been issued.
Validity
The winter card season lasts from November until April. The Olympiaregion
Seefeld Card is valid within that period from the date of arrival until and
including the date of departure. The holder’s first name and family name
must be clearly indicated on the card along with the duration of his/her
stay. The Olympiaregion Seefeld Card automatically becomes invalid after
the stated departure date. In the event of illness and the holder leaving
early, the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card is deactivated.
Tariffs
The Olympiaregion Seefeld Card is not available for purchase. The card
is only available to guests who are staying in and officially registered in an
Olympiaregion Seefeld accommodation facility.
Olympiaregion Seefeld Card for children
This card is issued to all children up to and including the age of 15 who
are listed on the official registration form (Meldeschein). Discounts and services can be found in the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card pamphlet as well as
on the website www.ors-card.com.
Using the card
In order to take advantage of the benefits on offer, the card holder must
show his/her Olympiaregion Seefeld Card. The card is checked by the service provider by means of a card reader or by visual inspection and noting
the card number and the name of the holder. The card holder is obliged to
present photo ID on request. Should he/she fail to do so, the advantages
offered by the card may be denied.

Please ensure that you have your correctly completed guest card with
you at all times.
Misuse
In the event of misuse or suspected misuse the Olympiaregion Seefeld
Card service provider is entitled and obliged to retain the card without
replacement. A complaint will be made to the police in the case of card misuse or well-founded suspicion of misuse. The card holder is liable for the
misuse of his/her card by a third party. In the event of the card being stolen
or lost, the card holder is obliged to inform his/her accommodation provider immediately. There is no legal obligation to provide a replacement card.
Data protection
By using the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card the card holder expressly agrees
to his/her personal contact details being used by the Olympiaregion Seefeld for marketing purposes, and to his/her name being entered automatically into the prize draw. The card holder can withdraw this agreement at
any time. The card holder’s data will not be passed on to any third parties
by the Olympiaregion Seefeld.
Place of jurisdiction
In the event of any disputes arising from the use of the Olympiaregion
Seefeld Card and/or damage or warranty claims, Innsbruck shall be the
place of jurisdiction. It is agreed that Austrian law, and no other, will apply.

Use of the cross-country skiing
tracks
All guests staying in the Olympiaregion Seefeld can
take advantage of the following reduced fees for the
use of the cross-country ski tracks: 1-day ticket
€ 3.00; 3-or-more-day ticket € 9.00 (This ticket is
valid for the entire duration of your holiday). The tickets - both 1-day and multi-day – can be purchased
from the majority of accommodation providers as
well as in all the region’s tourist information offices.
The € 3.00 one-day ticket for the cross-country ski
tracks can, however, be purchased directly from the
track ticket inspector.
Children under 15 can use the cross-country ski
tracks free of charge.

Regional bus ticket
The regional bus ticket, which costs just € 12.00
and is valid for the entire duration of your holiday,
offers you unlimited use of the public service buses
between the villages of Seefeld, Leutasch, Mösern/
Buchen, Reith and Scharnitz. You can have the bus
pass function added to your guest card at any of
the information offices or at your accommodation.
Beyond that, the bus fees apply as laid down by the
“VVT” Tyrolean public transport association.
Children under 15 can use the regional buses free
of charge.

Esclusione di responsabilità dell’Olympiaregion Seefeld
I titolari dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card prendono atto del fatto che
l‘Olympiaregion Seefeld si occupa unicamente della gestione dei rapporti fra i
titolari e i prestatori dei servizi/esercizi affiliati. I titolari dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card, pertanto, rinunciano a qualsiasi pretesa di rimborso o indennizzo,
indipendentemente dal fatto che l‘esercente della prestazione o la struttura
ospitante dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld sia o meno imputabile di un eventuale
danno. In caso di fatti che possano dare luogo a una responsabilità qualsiasi,
l‘Olympiaregion Seefeld non potrà essere chiamata a rispondere dell’eventuale
danno in quanto né i prestatori dei servizi, né gli esercizi affiliati sono alle dipendenze dell’Olympiaregion Seefeld. Inoltre, i titolari dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld
Card non hanno diritto a rimborsi da parte dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld nel caso
in cui le prestazioni riportate nel prospetto non vengano erogate debitamente o
completamente da parte degli esercenti.
Ambito delle prestazioni
I titolari dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card prendono atto del fatto che gli orari
di esercizio e di apertura di alcune aziende convenzionate possano non coincidere con il periodo di durata della tessera ospiti, specialmente a causa di
condizioni atmosferiche particolari o stagionali. Alcuni esercenti possono
avere tempi di attesa, anche prolungati, per motivi di capacità, mentre alcune
prestazioni possono essere corrisposte soltanto previa prenotazione. I titolari
dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card dichiarano di accettare gli orari di apertura
indicati, eventuali limitazioni di accesso e le segnalazioni di affollamento degli
esercizi partner. Essi rinunciano a qualsiasi rivalsa qualora, per motivi di gestione o per cause comunque non imputabili al prestatore,i servizi offerti non
possano essere eseguiti del tutto o in parte. I soggetti prestatori dei servizi
rispondono solo in caso di dolo e colpa grave, ma non per colpa lieve. Viene altresì declinata ogni responsabilità per capi di abbigliamento o eventuali oggetti di
valore che il titolare abbia con sé. I titolari dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card sono
a conoscenza del fatto che il l‘Olympiaregion Seefeld ha la facoltà di revocare
per fondati motivi la convenzione con i singoli partner anche a stagione iniziata
senza che ciò possa dare adito ad alcun tipo di rivalsa.
Presupposti per il rilascio
Le strutture ricettive forniranno ai propri ospiti l‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card per
la durata del loro soggiorno. Per il rilascio e l‘utilizzo dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld
Card valgono le seguenti condizioni:

CONDIZIONI GENERALI D’UTILIZZO
Non trasferibilità/smarrimento
L‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card non è trasferibile ed è personale. Su richiesta si
è pregati di presentare un documento di identità munito di fotografia del titolare.
L‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card può essere utilizzata solo dalla persona il cui
nome è riportato/salvato sulla tessera. Il mancato utilizzo della Olympiaregion
Seefeld Card non dà luogo a risarcimenti o prestazioni sostitutive. Lo smarrimento della tessera va comunicato immediatamente alla struttura ospitante.
Dopo il rilascio di una nuova tessera, la tessera smarrita perderà immediatamente validità.
Validità
La tessera invernale vale da novembre ad aprile. L‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card
è valida, all‘interno del periodo suddetto, dalla data di emissione (giorno di

Tariffa
L‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card non è in vendita. Essa viene rilasciata unicamente ai clienti che pernottino in una struttura ricettiva dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld e risultino regolarmente registrati.
Olympiaregion Seefeld Card per i bambini
Questa tessera viene consegnata a tutti i bambini e i ragazzi fino ai 15 anni
che siano regolarmente notificati sul modulo di registrazione alberghiera. Le
prestazioni offerte possono essere consultate sull‘opuscolo dell‘Olympiaregion
Seefeld Card o sul sito www.ors-card.com.
Utilizzo
Per usufruire dei vantaggi assicurati dall‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card è sufficiente che il titolare esibisca la propria tessera. Questa verrà controllata dal
prestatore del servizio tramite un dispositivo di riconoscimento o un semplice
esame visivo con annotazione del numero di tessera e del nome del titolare,
onde verificare la validità del documento e l’identità del portatore. Il titolare
della tessera è tenuto a esibire su richiesta un documento di identità in corso di
validità e munito di fotografia, pena l’esclusione dalla prestazione offerta.
Controllo personale
Vi invitiamo a controllare che la tessera di cui siete in possesso sia debitamente
e correttamente compilata.
Uso improprio
In caso di abuso accertato o sospetto i partner dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld
Card sono autorizzati e tenuti a trattenere la tessera senza rimborso alcuno.
L’abuso o il motivato sospetto di utilizzo abusivo comportano la denuncia presso le forze dell’ordine. Il titolare della tessera risponde dell’eventuale uso improprio della stessa da parte di terzi. In caso di furto o smarrimento della tessera
il titolare è tenuto a darne immediata segnalazione alla struttura ricettiva. La
tessera non è rimborsabile.
Tutela dei dati personali
Con l‘utilizzo dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld Card il titolare acconsente esplicitamente al trattamento dei propri dati personali per scopi di marketing da parte
dell‘Olympiaregion Seefeld e per la partecipazione automatica al gioco a premi.
Il titolare della tessera ha la facoltà di revocare questo consenso in qualsiasi
momento. L‘Olympiaregion Seefeld s‘impegna a non trasmettere i dati a terzi.
Foro competente
Per qualsiasi controversia risultante dall’utilizzo della Olympiaregion Seefeld
Card e per eventuali richieste di risarcimento o indennizzo è stabilita la competenza esclusiva del Tribunale territorialmente competente per Innsbruck con
applicazione esclusiva del diritto austriaco.

Tous hôtes passant la nuit à l’Olympiaregion Seefeld
ont possibilité d’utiliser les pistes de ski de fond aux
conditions spéciales suivantes: Ticket à la journée:
3 €, à partir de 3 jours: 9 € (ce ticket étant valable
pour la durée totale du séjour).
Ces tickets sont en vente auprès de la plupart des
établissements hôteliers ainsi qu’auprès de tous les
bureaux d’information de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld.
De surcroît, le billet à la journée pour les pistes de ski
de fond peut s‘obtenir directement auprès du contrôleur des pistes pour 3 €.
L’utilisation des pistes de ski de fond est gratuite pour les enfants jusqu’à 15 ans.

Le ticket de bus régional, à 12 €, permet l’utilisation
de tous les bus de ligne circulant entre Seefeld, Leutasch, Mösern/Buchen, Reith et Scharnitz pour toute la durée de votre séjour; il est

auprès de votre hébergeur. Au-delà, les tarifs

pour être accepté.
• Le pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld n’est ni cessible, ni transmissible.

Le pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld permet à toutes personnes passant la nuit dans un établissement hôtelier de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld et ayant
été enregistrées sur le formulaire officiel, de bénéficier des prestations et remises
signalées par les organismes partenaires du pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion
Seefeld. Les prestations et avantages s’y afférant sont décrits dans la brochure
du pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld ou sur le site www.ors-card.com.
Clause de non-responsabilité de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld: Les titulaires du
pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld prennent acte que l’Olympiaregion
Seefeld ne pourra être tenue responsable que de la mise en relation des prestataires et des établissements hôteliers de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld. Les titulaires du
pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld renoncent par conséquent à toute
prétention de garantie ou d’indemnisation, indépendamment du fait qu’un prestataire ou un établissement hôtelier soit imputable d’un tort ou non. Il est retenu que,
en cas de responsabilité quelle qu’elle soit, l’Olympiaregion Seefeld ne pourra être
tenue pour responsable, sachant qu’aucun des prestataires ou des établissements
hôteliers ne sont collaborateurs de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld. Non plus que le titulaire
ne peut exiger réparation si les avantages proposés par les prestataires ou établissements hôteliers dans la brochure ne sont exécutés dûment ou incomplètement.
Fonctionnement: Les titulaires du pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld
prennent acte que les horaires de certains partenaires, pour raisons météorologiques ou saisonnières, ne peuvent couvrir l’intégralité de la durée du pass’ touristique. Certains établissements imposeront une durée d’attente plus importante, pour cause de surcharge ou ne pourront exécuter la prestation qu’après
réservation préalable. Les titulaires du pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion
Seefeld consentent à accepter les horaires indiqués, les restrictions éventuelles
et les avis de charge de travail des prestataires. Ils renoncent à toute exigence
d’indemnisation, si les avantages proposés ne peuvent être exécutés ou alors
de manière incomplète pour des raisons indépendantes du fonctionnement
normal de l’entreprise. La responsabilité des prestataires n’est engagée qu’en
cas de négligence grave ou intentionnelle, non pas pour inadvertance. Par ailleurs, toute responsabilité est déclinée concernant la perte ou la détérioration
de vêtements ou d’objets de valeur dans le cadre de ces prestations. Les titulaires du pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld prennent également
note que l’Olympiaregion Seefeld est habilitée à interrompre les accords avec
un ou plusieurs prestataires du pass’ touristique pour raisons majeures, à tout
moment, même en saison, sans que cela ne donne droit à revendications de
quelque sorte.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES
Condition préalable à l’émission: L’hôte se fait remettre le pass’ touristique
de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld par son hébergeur pour la durée de son séjour.
Les conditions suivantes d’émission et d’utilisation du pass’ touristique de
l’Olympiaregion Seefeld s’appliquent explicitement et formellement.
Non-transmissibilité / perte: Le pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld est
nominatif et non-transmissible. Sur demande, vous devrez présenter des papiers
d’identité comportant une photo. Le pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld
ne peut être utilisé que par la personne dont le nom figure/est enregistré sur le
pass’. En cas de non utilisation du pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld
aucun dédommagement ne pourra être exigé. La perte du pass’ touristique doit
être signalée séance tenante à votre organisme hébergeur. Après émission d’un
nouveau pass’ touristique, l’ancien perd sa validité avec effet immédiat.
Validité: La saison d’hiver du pass’ touristique est effective du mois de novembre au mois d’avril. Le pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld est valide
durant cette période, du jour d’arrivée jusqu’au jour de départ inclus. Les noms
et prénoms ainsi que la durée de séjour du titulaire doivent être bien lisibles. La
validité du pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld expire automatiquement après échéance du séjour. Le pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld est résilié en cas de maladie ou de départ anticipé.
Coût: Le pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld ne peut être acheté. Ne
peuvent y prétendre que les hôtes de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld qui passent la
nuit dans un établissement hôtelier de la région et qui sont formellement enregistrés.
Olympiaregion Seefeld Card pour des enfants: Cette carte est proposée à
tous les enfants jusqu’à 15 ans révolus figurant sur le formulaire d’enregistrement
de leurs parents. Les avantages s’y afférant sont décrits dans la brochure du
pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld ou sur le site www.ors-card.com.
Utilisation: Pour profiter des avantages, le titulaire doit présenter son pass’
touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld. La validité du pass’ et l’identité du titulaire sont vérifiées par le prestataire du service à l’aide d’une machine de contrôle ou par simple inspection visuelle relevant le numéro du pass’ touristique et
le nom du titulaire. Celui-ci s’engage à présenter une pièce d’identité officielle
avec photo si la demande lui en est faite, afin de pouvoir bénéficier des avantages attendus et ne pas se voir opposer un refus.
Auto-contrôle: Veuillez vous assurer d’être en possession d’un pass’ touristique correctement rempli.
Fraude: En cas d’utilisation frauduleuse ou suspicion d’utilisation frauduleuse, le
prestataire partenaire du pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion Seefeld est autorisé
et tenu de saisir le pass’ sans le remplacer. En cas de fraude ou d’utilisation frauduleuse avérée, une plainte sera déposée. Le titulaire du pass’ touristique sera tenu
pour responsable en cas d’utilisation frauduleuse de son pass’ par des tiers. S’il
subit un vol ou une perte, il est tenu de le signaler immédiatement à l’établissement
hôtelier qui l’héberge. Il ne peut prétendre au remplacement du pass’.
Protection des données: En acceptant le pass’ touristique de l’Olympiaregion
Seefeld, le titulaire autorise également que ses coordonnées puissent être utilisées à des fins de marketing par l’Olympiaregion Seefeld, notamment pour la
participation automatique au tirage au sort mensuel. Cela étant, le titulaire peut
révoquer à tout instant cette autorisation. L’Olympiaregion Seefeld s’engage à
ne pas transmettre ces données à des tiers.
Tribunal compétent: Le tribunal compétent pour tous litiges, demandes
d’indemnisation ou de garanties résultant de l’utilisation du pass’ touristique de
l’Olympiaregion Seefeld, est le Tribunal de la ville d’Innsbruck. Toute application
est soumise au droit autrichien.
