COME ACQUISTARE
Scegli il prodotto
Clicca sul prodotto che ti interessa, nella sezione SHOP e nella categoria di riferimento. Scegli
l’articolo di tuo interesse selezionandolo nel menù contestuale della categoria, e infine scegli la
quantità.
Subito sotto troverai l'icona “aggiungi al carrello”.
Verifica/Modifica il tuo prodotto
Sarai indirizzato al carrello. Lì devi seguire le istruzioni per la modalità di pagamento e di spedizione.
Nel caso il prodotto non sia disponibile, non ci sarà la possibilità di acquistarlo erroneamente,
quindi vedrai sotto il suo nome la seguente dicitura: "Quantità: 0"
Puoi contattarci per richiedere il prodotto esaurito.
Per aggiungere altri prodotti, basta andare alle categorie e eseguire la stessa procedura.
Per eliminare un prodotto dal carrello basta cliccare sul'icona “X” di fianco al prodotto
Per cambiare la quantità basta digitare la quantità giusta nell’apposito spazio.
Quando hai finito di aggiungere i prodotti al tuo carrello clicca "checkout” e segui le istruzioni.
Registrazione o login
Se sei registrato basta inserire la tua mail e la tua password. Se hai dimenticato la password clicca
su “Reimposta password” che trovi sotto a sinistra.
La registrazione sul sito consente di tenere traccia dei tuoi acquisti.
Se non sei registrato il sistema chiederà i tuoi dati.
Procedi con il pagamento
Alla fine avrai un riferimento d’ordine e riceverai una email con il riepilogo ed eventuali coordinate
per il pagamento.

RICORDATI DI SEGNALARE UN NUMERO DI TELEFONO VALIDO.
Gli ordini pervenuti entro le 13:00 sono processati il giorno stesso. Dopo questo orario
saranno processati il giorno dopo. Non processiamo ordini il sabato e la domenica.
Per qualsiasi problema o variazione nell’acquisto, si prega di contattare entro 12 ore il customer
service [email protected] e fare riferimento al numero d’ordine.
HOW TO BUY
Select product
Click on the product you're interested in the SHOP and in the reference category. Select the item of
your interest by select in the context menu of the category, and then choose the quantity.
Just below you'll find the icon " add to basket".
Check/Change your product
You will be directed to your basket. There you follow the instructions for payment and delivery.
In case the product is not available, then you will see under this words: "Quantity: 0"
You can contact us when the product is out of stock, and you can order it.
To add other products, just go to the categories and perform the same procedure.
To remove a product from the basket just click on the icon "X" next to the product
To change the quantity, enter the right quantity in the space provided.
When you have finished adding products to your basket click "checkout" and follow the instructions.
Register or login
If you are registered, just enter your email and password. If you forgot the password click on "Reset
Password" under, at the left.
The registration on the website allows you to keep track of your purchases.
If you are not registered, the system will ask for your information.
Payment
At the end you'll have a number of order and you will receive an email with a summary and possible
coordinates for payment.

REMEMBER TO ENTER A VALID TELEPHONE NUMBER.
Orders received before 13:00 are processed the same day. After this time will be processed
the next day. We do not process orders on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you have any problem or if you have need some change the purchase, please contact customer
service within 12 hours by email to [email protected] and refer to the order number.
